Abstract

 金型が2つ以上に分割されてなり、分割された金型の間に枠体用キャビティが形成され、枠体用キャビティには連通孔を介して補助キャビティが設けられており、補助キャビティに連通する連通孔が、枠体用キャビティの溶融状態の樹脂の合流点、ゲート付近、固定部品ようキャビティ付近、あるいは、枠体の厚みの大きい枠体用キャビティ付近に設けられていることを特徴とする射出成形用金型が提供される。
