Claims (7)
- ケーブルと、前記ケーブルの先端部を覆うように樹脂成形により設けられる樹脂成形体と、を備え、
前記樹脂成形体は、前記ケーブルの先端部を覆うように設けられる本体部と、該本体部と一体成形され、前記樹脂成形体を取付対象物に固定するためのフランジ部と、を有し、
前記フランジ部には、該フランジ部を前記取付対象物にボルト固定する際にボルトを通すためのボルト穴が形成されている樹脂成形体付きケーブルの製造方法であって、
前記本体部を成形する本体部成形部と、前記フランジ部を成形するフランジ部成形部と、を備え、前記本体部成形部の前記ケーブルの外皮と対向する位置に樹脂を流し込むための第1の樹脂流入口及び前記本体部成形部よりも前記ボルト穴側の前記フランジ部成形部に樹脂を排出するための排出口を形成した金型に樹脂を流し込んで前記樹脂成形体を成形することで、
前記樹脂成形体を樹脂成形する際に、前記第1の樹脂流入口を介して前記本体部成形部の基端部の前記ケーブルの外皮と対向する位置から樹脂を流し込み、前記本体部成形部よりも前記ボルト穴側の前記フランジ部成形部から樹脂を排出するようにした
ことを特徴とする樹脂成形体付きケーブルの製造方法。 - 前記排出口は、前記ボルト穴を介して前記本体部成形部と対向する位置の前記フランジ部成形部に形成され、
