Abstract

【課題】従来の2パルスロケットモータでは、第1推進薬及び第2推進薬がロケットモータの前後方向に配置されているため、第1推進薬の初期燃焼面積を確保するために性能を低下させてしまう可能性があることと、隔膜の破断性や残存性が不明瞭であり第2推進薬を想定通りに着火できない可能性があるという問題がある。 【解決手段】本発明の2パルスロケットモータは、圧力容器内に第2推進薬が第1推進薬の外周部に配置されており、第1推進薬の内周面が圧力容器の前後方向のほぼ全長に亘って露出されるため性能を低下させることなく初期燃焼面積を確保できることと、隔膜に接合或いは切れ込みを入れて脆弱部を設けることにより隔膜の破断位置と破断後の隔膜の挙動をコントロールできることと、第2推進薬の内周面と隔膜との間に第2推進薬よりも着火性がよく燃焼速度が速い点火薬を備えたことにより、隔膜の離反と第2推進薬の着火を補助することができる。
