Abstract

　広告情報の利用状況に応じて課金可能な課金システムを構築可能とする車載機器を提供する。 　本発明の車載機器は、広告情報を受信したか否かを示す情報、受信した広告情報を表示させたか否かを示す情報、広告情報に示される広告対象地点に自車が到達までに自車Ｃが停止したか否かを示す情報の何れか又は全てを含むアップリンク情報を格納する。そして、それぞれの情報を広告料の課金対象とする。
