Abstract

 油温が低く作動油の粘性が高い状態でも、オイルポンプが空気を吸い込むことを抑制でき、オイルポンプの効率を高めることができる油圧制御装置を提供する。  オイルパン(25)と、オイルポンプ(2)と、オイルパン(25)とオイルポンプ(2)との間に設けられたストレーナ(24)と、オイルポンプ(2)から供給される作動油の油圧を所定圧に調圧する調圧弁(4)と、調圧弁(4)による調圧後の作動油が供給され、作動油の冷却を行うオイルクーラ(5)と、オイルクーラ(5)へ供給される作動油が流れるクーラ供給油路(p2)に入力ポート(6a)が接続され、クーラ供給油路(p2)内の作動油の油圧が所定の開弁圧以上となったときに入力ポート(6a)を出力ポート(6b)に連通させるクーラバイパス弁(6)とを備え、クーラバイパス弁(6)の出力ポート(6b)を、オイルポンプ(2)の吸入ポート(21a、22a)とストレーナ(24)との間の吸入油路(p1)に接続するクーラバイパス油路(p3)を備える。
