Description
(a)前記車両1が市街地を走行して車両1の停止および発進を繰り返す状況、または
(b)前記車両1が低速で、かつ、略一定車速で走行する状況
になり、エンジン回転数が低く前記メインオイルポンプ38から吐出される圧油量が低下した場合でも、前記メインオイルポンプ38および前記サブオイルポンプ52を共に駆動させる状態である「2ポンプ駆動状態」を選択せずに済む。つまり、前記メインオイルポンプ38を駆動させ、かつ、サブオイルポンプ52を停止させる状態である「1ポンプ駆動状態」を選択することができる。したがって、オイルポンプを駆動するために必要な動力損失を一層低減することができる。
Claims (4)
- 複数の圧油吐出口を備えたオイルポンプと、前記複数の圧油吐出口のうち第1の圧油吐出口に接続される高油圧経路と、この高油圧経路よりも低圧となる中油圧経路と、この中油圧経路よりも低圧となる低油圧経路と、前記複数の圧油吐出口のうち第2の圧油吐出口を、前記高油圧経路または前記中油圧経路または前記低油圧経路に選択的に切り替えて接続する接続状態切替機構とを有する油圧制御装置において、
前記接続状態切替機構は、前記第2の圧油吐出口を、前記中油圧経路または前記低油圧経路に選択的に切り替えて接続する切替弁を有しており、
前記中油圧経路における圧油の必要量に基づいて前記切替弁を制御することにより、前記第2の吐出口と前記中油圧経路とを接続し、かつ、前記第2の吐出口と前記低油圧経路とを遮断する第1の接続状態と、前記第2の吐出口と前記低油圧経路とを接続し、かつ、前記第2の吐出口と前記中油圧経路とを遮断する第2の接続状態とを選択的に切り替える切替弁制御装置が設けられていることを特徴とする油圧制御装置。 - 車両の駆動力源から車輪に至る動力伝達経路に流体伝動装置が設けられており、この流体伝動装置は、入力回転部材と出力回転部材との間で流体の運動エネルギにより動力伝達をおこなう構成を有しており、
前記入力回転部材と出力回転部材との間で摩擦力により動力伝達をおこなうロックアップクラッチが設けられており、このロックアップクラッチを係合させる係合用油圧室と、このロックアップクラッチを解放させる解放用油圧室とが設けられており、前記中油圧経路の圧油が前記係合用油圧室および前記解放用油圧室に供給されるように構成されており、前記解放用油圧室の油圧が高められた場合は前記ロックアップクラッチが解放され、前記係合用油圧室の油圧が高められた場合は前記ロックアップクラッチが係合される構成を有しており、
前記切替弁制御装置は、前記ロックアップクラッチを解放させる場合に、前記第1の接続状態を選択する一方、前記ロックアップクラッチを係合させる場合に、前記第2の接続状態を選択する制御をおこなうことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の油圧制御装置。 - 前記接続状態制御機構は、前記高油圧経路における圧油の必要量が多い場合は、前記2の吐出口と前記高油圧経路とを接続し、かつ、前記第2の吐出口を、前記中油圧経路および前記低油圧経路から遮断する構成であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の油圧制御装置。
- 前記ロックアップクラッチの係合・解放を制御する信号油圧を出力するソレノイドバルブが設けられており、
前記切替弁制御装置は、前記ソレノイドバルブから出力される信号油圧を用いて前記切替弁を制御することにより、前記第1の接続状態と第2の接続状態とを選択的に切り替える制御をおこなうことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の油圧制御装置。
