Abstract

 貯蔵時においてゲル化を抑制しゾル状を維持することができる貯蔵安定性に優れ、特に40°C以上の環境における貯蔵安定性に優れると共に、これを用いて得られる成形体において柔軟性を有し耐チッピング性に優れ、工業的に極めて有用なプラスチゾル用の(メタ)アクリル系重合体粒子や、その製造方法、これを用いたプラスチゾル組成物を提供することにある。  単量体又は単量体混合物(A)を重合して得られる重合体(a)の存在下、単量体又は単量体混合物(B)を重合して重合体(b)を形成する(メタ)アクリル系重合体粒子の製造方法であって、重合体(a)のFOXの式から求められるガラス転移温度(Tg)が90°C以上であり、重合体(a)の溶解度パラメーターが19.90(J/cm3)1/2以下であり、重合体(b)の溶解度パラメーターが20.22(J/cm3)1/2以上である。
