Abstract

 スラストころ軸受は、複数のころと、保持器と、軌道面と外周鍔部と第1の爪部とを有する円環状の第1の軌道輪と、軌道面と内周鍔部と第2の爪部とを有する円環状の第2の軌道輪とを備える。そして、外周鍔部と保持器の外縁部との間および内周鍔部と保持器の内縁部との間には第1の軌道輪と第2の軌道輪との偏芯回転を許容する軸受内部隙間が設けられている。また、第1および第2の爪部のうちの少なくとも一方は、曲げ加工によって形成された張出部である。さらに、張出部に対面する保持器の縁部は、軌道面に対面する側の角部に第1の傾斜部13cと、厚み方向反対側の角部に第1の傾斜部13cより径方向長さが相対的に短い第2の傾斜部13dとを有する。
