Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein als abgedichtete Stützrolle (1) ausgebildetes Radialwälzlager, welches im Wesentlichen aus einem ohne axiale Borde ausgebildeten, dickwandigen Außenring (2) mit einer im Profil balligen Außenmantelfläche (3), einem ebenfalls ohne axiale Borde ausgebildeten, massiven Innenring (4) sowie einer Vielzahl zwischen der Innenmantelfläche (5) des Außenrings (2) und der Außenmantelfläche (6) des Innenrings (4) abrollender Wälzkörper (7) besteht, die in Umfangsrichtung entweder käfiglos direkt nebeneinander oder durch einen Lagerkäfig (8) gleichmäßig zueinander beabstandet angeordnet sind. An den axialen Randbereichen (9, 10) des Innenrings (4) sind darüber hinaus zwei sich radial erstreckende Anlaufscheiben (11, 12) befestigt, die zur Axialführung der Wälzkörper (7) sowie im Zusammenwirken mit zwei das Radialwälzlager abdichtenden Dichtungen (13, 14) zugleich zur Axialführung des Außenrings (2) vorgesehen sind. Dieses Radialwälzlager zeichnet sich erfindungsgemäß dadurch aus, dass zumindest die Außenmantelfläche (6) des Innenrings (4) glattzylindrisch ausgebildet ist und die Anlaufscheiben (11, 12) durch zwei direkt auf die Randbereiche (9, 10) dieser Außenmantelfläche (6) aufgepresste dünnwandige Profilblechringe gebildet werden, während die beiden Dichtungen (13, 14) als profilierte Kunststoffdichtringe mit dünnwandigen Blechhalteringen (15, 16) ausgebildet sind, die entweder direkt in die Randbereiche (17, 18) der ebenfalls glattzylindrisch ausgebildeten Innenmantelfläche (5) des Außenrings (2) oder in die Mantelflächen von in die Randbereiche (17, 18) dieser Innenmantelfläche (5) eingearbeiteten Freistichen (19, 20) eingepresst sind.
