Abstract

一种支承辊,用于冶金行业板带矫直机。轴与端盖通过螺纹连接,两列滚针轴承装配在轴与外套之间,端盖通过隔套固定滚针轴承限制其轴向位移;外套及端盖上配有轴承沟道,钢球通过轴承沟道将外套及端盖装配成一体;端盖上带有凹凸槽,与外套上的螺旋结构组成螺旋迷宫式组合密封结构;端盖上带有密封槽,密封槽内装配密封圈;外套上两端的螺旋结构的螺旋方向相反。本发明可有效防止支承辊在恶劣工况下,粉尘、杂质及污水的侵入,满足密封性要求;可彻底解决启动阻力问题,满足高速运转要求;可满足支承辊同时承受径向和轴向载荷要求;整个支承辊结构简单,配合面减少,装配简单,提高了支承辊的综合精度。

技术领域
本发明涉及冶金行业设备技术领域,具体是一种用于板带矫直机的支承旋转类部件。
背景技术
目前,冶金有色板带矫直设备正朝着高速化发展,设备对于支承辊承载、启动力矩等要求越来越高。在较恶劣的工况环境下,支承辊不仅要求启动力矩小,还应满足承载高密封性能好等要求。但通常情况下,支承辊常采用唇形密封,启动摩擦力大,粉尘等易侵入支承辊内部,导致润滑失效,难以满足启动力矩小、密封性能可靠等技术要求。
发明内容
为克服现有技术的不足,本发明的发明目的在于提供一种支承辊,以满足其在恶劣工况环境下的防尘防水要求,同时满足板带高速运动状态下载荷大、启动力矩小的需求。
为实现上述发明目的,本发明的轴与端盖通过螺纹连接,两列滚针轴承装配在轴与外套之间,端盖通过隔套固定滚针轴承限制其轴向位移;外套及端盖上配有轴承沟道,钢球通过轴承沟道将外套及端盖装配成一体;端盖上带有凹凸槽,与外套上的螺旋结构组成螺旋迷宫式组合密封结构。
所述端盖上带有密封槽,密封槽内装配密封圈。
所述端盖及外套的螺旋迷宫式组合密封结构内装有润滑油脂。
所述轴上装配有用于预防端盖松动的挡圈。
所述外套上两端的螺旋结构的螺旋方向相反。
所述端盖、挡圈、密封圈、钢球、滚针轴承为左、右对称结构。
本发明与现有技术相比,采用端盖与外套配合所形成的螺旋迷宫式组合密封,可有效防止支承辊在恶劣工况下,粉尘、杂质及污水的侵入,满足密封性要求,解决了现有唇形密封在恶劣工况下极易失效的缺点。同时,螺旋迷宫式组合密封属非接触式密封,可彻底解决启动阻力问题,满足高速运转要求。且本发明采用双滚针排列和角接触球轴承组合方式,可满足支承辊同时承受径向和轴向载荷要求。并且采用外套作为角接触球轴承的外圈,端盖作为角接触球轴承的内圈,整个支承辊结构简单,配合面减少,装配简单,提高了支承辊的综合精度。

具体实施方式
如图1、图2所示,本发明的轴1与端盖3通过螺纹连接,两列滚针轴承6装配在轴1与外套8之间,端盖3通过隔套7固定滚针轴承6限制其轴向位移,所述端盖3上带有密封槽,密封槽内装配密封圈4,所述轴1上装配有挡圈2,用于预防端盖3的松动;外套8及端盖3上配有轴承沟道,钢球5通过轴承沟道将外套8及端盖3装配成一体;端盖3上带有凹凸槽10,与外套8上的螺旋结构9组成螺旋迷宫式组合密封结构,可有效防止支承辊在恶劣工况下,粉尘、杂质及污水的侵入,可彻底解决支承辊启动阻力问题,满足高速运转要求,所述外套8两端的螺旋结构9的螺旋方向相反,所述端盖3及外套8的螺旋迷宫式组合密封结构内装有润滑油脂,外套8上螺旋方向与润滑脂流动方向相反,运转时,泄露的润滑脂在螺旋推力的作用下被推回,从而实现密封。本发明的端盖3、挡圈2、密封圈4、钢球5、滚针轴承6为左、右对称结构。
多个支承辊轴两端固定在板带矫直机上,外套8在板带摩擦力作用下绕轴1转动,从而实现板带的输送和传递。支承辊通过滚针轴承6承受板带传递的径向载荷,外套8、端盖3钢球5组成角接触式球轴承,通过调整接触角度大小,可满足支承辊不同轴向载荷要求,使支承辊同时承受径向和轴向载荷。

1.一种支承辊,其特征在于:轴(1)与端盖(3)通过螺纹连接,两列滚针轴承(6)装配在轴(1)与外套(8)之间,端盖(3)通过隔套(7)固定滚针轴承(6)限制其轴向位移;外套(8)及端盖(3)上配有轴承沟道,钢球(5)通过轴承沟道将外套(8)及端盖(3)装配成一体;端盖(3)上带有凹凸槽(10),与外套(8)上的螺旋结构(9)组成螺旋迷宫式组合密封结构。
2.根据权利要求1所述的支承辊,其特征在于:所述端盖(3)上带有密封槽,密封槽内装配密封圈(4)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的支承辊,其特征在于:所述端盖(3)及外套(8)的螺旋迷宫式组合密封结构内装有润滑油脂。
4.根据权利要求1所述的支承辊,其特征在于:所述轴(1)上装配有用于预防端盖(3)松动的挡圈(2)。
5.根据权利要求1所述的支承辊,其特征在于:所述外套(8)上两端的螺旋结构(9)的螺旋方向相反。
6.根据权利要求1所述的支承辊,其特征在于:所述端盖(3)、挡圈(2)、密封圈(4)、钢球(5)、滚针轴承(6)为左、右对称结构。
