Claims (9)
- 外径縁にツバを有する外輪と、所要数のころを保持した保持器との組み合わせ構造を含み、前記ツバの先端縁に内径側へ張り出した係合爪が設けられ、前記係合爪によって外輪と保持器とが非分離状態に一体化されたスラスト軸受において、前記外輪の軸線に対し直交する軸線を持った同一構造の仮想外輪が前記外輪の一定の基準線と平行な姿勢を保ち、当該外輪の前記ツバを設けた面上に前記仮想外輪がそのツバを設けた面を前記基準線側に向けた状態で載り、前記両外輪の係合爪とツバ又はツバ相互が2点で係合した限界係合状態における当該外輪の係合爪と前記仮想外輪のツバとの間に、ゼロ以上の径方向スキマδ又は軸方向のスキマφが存在することを特徴とするスラスト軸受。
- 前記外輪の係合爪と仮想外輪のツバとの間の径方向スキマδは、前記係合爪の前記基準線からの張り出し量h1が、前記限界係合状態における仮想外輪のツバ先端縁の前記基準線からの高さh2を越えない大きさ(h1≦h2)に設定されることにより形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のスラスト軸受。
- 前記ツバの軸方向の高さH2が、前記係合爪の軸方向の内部高さH3を越える高さ(H2>H3)に設定されたことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のスラスト軸受。
- 前記係合爪の周方向長さW1と、係合爪相互間の周方向長さW2の関係が、W1>W2であることを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれかに記載のスラスト軸受。
- 前記保持器とツバとの間に径方向の軸受内部スキマが設けられ、前記係合爪が前記軸受内部スキマより大きく内径側へ張り出すように曲げ加工によって形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれかに記載のスラスト軸受。
- 前記係合爪が周方向に断続状態に設けられたことを特徴とする請求項1から5のいずれかに記載のスラスト軸受。
- 前記係合爪の内側辺が相互に連続し、その内側辺によって多角形が形成されることを特徴とする請求項1から5のいずれかに記載のスラスト軸受。
- 前記係合爪の内側辺の張り出し形状が凹形円弧状である場合において、当該凹形円弧状の曲率半径Rと、前記外輪の半径rと前記張り出し量h1とがR>r−h1の関係に設定されたことを特徴とする請求項6に記載のスラスト軸受。
- 前記ころを保持した保持器が前記外輪と内輪の間に介在され、前記内輪の内周縁に設けられたツバに前記保持器に対する係合爪が設けられ、外輪、保持器、内輪の三部材が非分離状態に一体化されたことを特徴とする請求項1から8のいずれかに記載のスラスト軸受。
