Abstract
【解決手段】回転軸AX1に対して傾斜したコロ軸AX2を周りに回転するテーパコロ110を有するテーパコロ軸受100は、テーパコロが転動する転動面121を有するアウターレース120と、アウターレースに囲まれ、回転軸を定めるインナーレース130と、コロ軸の延設方向におけるテーパコロの変位を規制するようにアウターレースとインナーレースとの間に配置された保持器140と、を備える。テーパコロは、第1端面111と、第1端面111よりも周方向外側に位置する第2端面112と、を含む。保持器は、組立時に第1端面に当接し、テーパコロの変位を規制する規制輪141を含む。規制輪は、第1端面側のインナーレースまたはアウターレースのうち少なくとも一方に連結される。

Description
本発明者等は、コロ軸受の負荷容量を増大するために、長い軸長寸法を有するコロをコロ軸受に組み込むための様々な構造を案出した。第1実施形態において、例示的なコロ軸受が説明される。
保持器と係合する凹部は、延長面に形成されてもよい。この場合、第1規制輪と転動面との重畳長さは短くなる。この結果、長いテーパコロが、テーパコロ軸受に組み込まれることができる。第2実施形態において、延長面に形成された凹部を有する例示的なテーパコロ軸受が説明される。
保持器と係合する凹部は、転動面に形成されてもよい。この場合、インナーレースは、延長面を有さなくてもよい。この結果、テーパコロ軸受は、軽量化される。第3実施形態において、転動面に形成された凹部を有する例示的なテーパコロ軸受が説明される。
転動面に凹設される凹部の凹設方向は、テーパコロの回転軸に対して直角であってもよい。この場合、凹部と係合する突部の突出方向も、テーパコロの回転軸に対して直角に設定される。第4実施形態において、テーパコロの回転軸に対して直角な方向に凹設及び突設される係合構造を有する例示的なテーパコロ軸受が説明される。

- 回転軸に対して傾斜したコロ軸を周りに回転するコロを有するコロ軸受であって、
前記コロが転動する外転動面を有するアウターレースと、
前記アウターレースに囲まれ、前記回転軸を定めるインナーレースと、
前記コロ軸の延設方向における前記コロの変位を規制するように前記アウターレースと前記インナーレースとの間に配置された保持器と、を備え、
前記コロは、第1端面と、前記第1端面よりも周方向外側に位置する第2端面と、を含み、
前記保持器は、組立時に前記第1端面に当接し、前記コロの前記変位を規制可能な規制輪を含み、
前記保持器は、前記第1端面側の前記インナーレースまたは前記アウターレースのうち少なくとも一方に連結される
コロ軸受。 - 前記インナーレースは、前記外転動面に対向する対向面を含み、
前記保持器は、前記対向面に凹設された凹部に係合する突部を含む
