Description
図1は、実施形態に係る減速機の半断面図である。
図1に示すように、減速機1は、出力軸としてのキャリア2(内側部材)と、キャリア2の外周側でキャリア2の中心軸線(軸線O)と同軸上に配置されたケース3(外側部材)と、図示しない入力軸の回転を減速してキャリア2に伝達する減速機構4と、キャリア2とケース3との間に配置された第1主軸受5、第2主軸受6およびオイルシール7(シール部材)と、を備える。減速機1は、入力軸をケース3に対して回転させ、入力軸の入力回転から減速した出力回転を得るように、ケース3とキャリア2とを軸線O回りに相対回転させる偏心揺動型の歯車伝動装置である。なお、以下の説明では、軸線Oに沿う方向を軸方向といい、軸線Oに直交して軸線Oから放射状に延びる方向を径方向といい、軸線O回りに周回する方向を周方向という。また、以下の説明で用いる「軸方向の内側」はケース3の中心側を意味し、「軸方向の外側」はケース3の中心とは反対側を意味する。
図2に示すように、第1主軸受5は、円すいころ軸受である。第1主軸受5は、ケース3と第1キャリアブロック20の基部21との間に配置されている。第1主軸受5は、アウターレース51と、インナーレース52と、複数のころ53(転動体)と、保持器54と、を備える。
図3および図4は、実施形態に係る減速機の組み立て方法を説明する図である。
図3に示すように、キャリア2をケース3に組み付ける際には、予めケース3に第1主軸受5のアウターレース51、複数のころ53、および保持器54とオイルシール7とを装着する。具体的に、以下の手順で装着する。まずアウターレース51をケース3の内周面11に装着する。次いで、複数のころ53を保持した保持器54を軸方向の外側からケース3の内側に挿入し、支持溝71に保持器54の被支持部72を引っ掛ける(第1工程)。これにより、保持器54が支持手段8によって所定位置でケース3に支持される。さらにオイルシール7をケース3の内側に挿入し、ケース3の内周面に装着する(シール取付工程)。また、キャリア2を第1キャリアブロック20と第2キャリアブロック30とに分割しておき、予め第1キャリアブロック20の基部21の外周面22に第1主軸受5のインナーレース52を装着する。
例えば、上記実施形態では、第1主軸受5が円すいころ軸受であるが、これに限定されず、アンギュラ玉軸受であってもよい。
Claims (6)
- インナーレースを有する内側部材と、
アウターレースを有し、前記内側部材と相対回転可能に設けられ、内周面に支持溝が形成された外側部材と、
前記インナーレースと前記アウターレースとの間に配置され複数の転動体を保持するとともに、前記内側部材を前記外側部材に組み付ける際に、前記支持溝に入り込むとともに前記複数の転動体が前記アウターレースの転動面に接触する状態で前記外側部材に支持される被支持手段を有する保持器と、
を備え、
前記外側部材の内側に前記保持器を軸方向の外側から挿入できる回転機構。 - 内側部材と、
前記内側部材と相対回転可能に設けられた外側部材と、
前記内側部材と前記外側部材との間に配置され複数の転動体を保持する保持器を有する軸受と、
前記内側部材と前記外側部材との間に介在するシール部材と、
前記内側部材を前記外側部材に組み付ける際に、前記複数の転動体が前記軸受のアウターレースの転動面に接触する状態で前記外側部材に支持されて前記保持器を前記シール部材と前記軸受のアウターレースとの間に留める被支持手段と、
を備え、
前記外側部材の内側に前記保持器を軸方向の外側から挿入できる回転機構。 - 前記シール部材は前記保持器よりも前記軸方向の外側に位置し、
前記内側部材は前記外側部材よりも前記軸方向の外側で径方向の外側に張り出したフランジ部を有し、
前記シール部材の内径は前記フランジ部の外径および前記保持器の外径よりも小さい
請求項2に記載の回転機構。 - 内部に減速機構が配置され、内周面に支持溝が形成された外側部材と、
前記外側部材の内周側で前記外側部材の所定の軸線と同軸上に配置され前記外側部材と相対回転可能に設けられた内側部材と、
前記内側部材に設けられ前記外側部材よりも軸方向の外側で径方向の外側に張り出したフランジ部と、
前記内側部材と前記外側部材との間に配置され複数の転動体を保持する保持器を有する軸受と、
前記内側部材と前記外側部材との間に介在し前記保持器よりも前記軸方向の外側に位置し、前記フランジ部の外径および前記保持器の外径よりも小さい内径のシール部材と、
前記保持器に設けられ前記内側部材を前記外側部材に組み付ける際に前記支持溝に入り込むとともに前記軸受の前記転動体がアウターレースの転動面に接触する状態で前記外側部材に支持される被支持手段と、
を備え、
前記外側部材の内側に前記保持器を前記軸方向の外側から挿入できる減速機。 - アウターレースまたはアウターレースを有する外側部材の内側に軸方向の外側から保持器を挿入して、前記外側部材の内周面に形成された支持溝に前記保持器の被支持部を引っ掛けることにより、転動体が前記アウターレースの転動面に接触する状態で前記保持器を支持する第1工程と、
前記第1工程の後にインナーレースを有する内側部材を前記外側部材の内周に配置する第2工程と、
を備える回転機構の製造方法。 - 請求項5に記載の回転機構の製造方法において、
前記第1工程と前記第2工程との間に、前記内側部材と前記外側部材とをシールするシール部材を前記外側部材に取り付けるシール取付工程を備える
回転機構の製造方法。
