Abstract

 軽量・細径化に伴う強度低下を改善するとともに、耐食性とリサイクル性に優れる電線導体および絶縁電線を提供すること。  純銅よりなる第一素線と、銅合金よりなる第二素線とを撚り合わせて電線導体を構成する。このとき第一素線の断面積は、電線導体全体の断面積に対して10~90%の範囲内にあることが好ましい。このような電線導体を構成する銅合金としては、Cu-Ni-Si合金や、Sn、Ag、MgまたはZnを含有する銅合金などを例示することができる。電線導体は、円形圧縮されていても良い。また、電線導体の外周を絶縁体で被覆してなる絶縁電線とする。
