本发明涉及一种漆包铜合金线。
背景技术
目前市面上所用的漆包铜合金线,包括导体层与覆盖在导体层外的绝缘层,这样的漆包铜合金线在使用时绝缘层容易受疲劳强度影响产生裂缝,导致漏电甚至存在火灾等安全隐患。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种漆包铜合金线,其结构简单,制造方便,具有安全性高,降低安全隐患的特点。
为了达到上述目的,本发明的技术方案是:
一种漆包铜合金线,包括导体层和包覆在导体层外的绝缘层,所述导体层与绝缘层之间还设有塑料薄膜;所述导体层由铜镁、铜银、铜铬锆合金材料制成的铜合金材料。
所述铜镁合金中镁含量为0.2质量%,所述铜银合金中银含量为4%,所述铜铬锆合金中铬含量为0.3质量%,锆含量为0.2%。
所述绝缘层内开设有延展孔。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明其结构简单,制造方便,具有安全性高,降低安全隐患的特点。

具体实施方式
实施例1
如图1所示一种漆包铜合金线,包括导体层1和包覆在导体层外的绝缘层2,所述导体层1与绝缘层2之间还设有塑料薄膜3,由于塑料薄膜的延展性非常好,当该铜合金线在动态环境中使用,即使绝缘层受疲劳强度导致产生裂缝,仍然有塑料薄膜起到绝缘,防漏电,达到提高安全性,降低安全隐患的效果;所述导体层1为铜镁、铜银、铜铬锆合金材料制成的铜合金材料。
所述铜镁合金中镁含量为0.2质量%,所述铜银合金中银含量为4%,所述铜铬锆合金中铬含量为0.3质量%,锆含量为0.2%。
所述绝缘层2内开设有延展孔4,可通过模具一次制造而成,延展孔用于提高绝缘层的延展性,从而间接提高其疲劳强度,保障绝缘层的正常使用寿命,达到降低安全隐患的效果。
本实施例的一种漆包铜合金线,其结构简单,制造方便,具有安全性高,降低安全隐患的特点。

1.一种漆包铜合金线,其特征在于:包括导体层(1)和包覆在导体层外的绝缘层(2),所述导体层(1)与绝缘层(2)之间还设有塑料薄膜(3);所述导体层(1)为铜镁、铜银、铜铬锆合金材料制成的铜合金材料。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种漆包铜合金线,其特征在于:所述铜镁合金中镁含量为0.2质量%,所述铜银合金中银含量为4%,所述铜铬锆合金中铬含量为0.3质量%,锆含量为0.2%。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种漆包铜合金线,其特征在于:所述绝缘层(2)内开设有延展孔(4)。
