Abstract

　メインテナンスを容易にかつ低コストで行うことができる導電性接触子ユニットを提供する。この目的のため、長手方向に伸縮自在な第１部材、およびその第１部材の一端部に接触可能な第２部材をそれぞれ有し、検査対象に対して信号の入出力を行う複数の導電性接触子と、導電性材料によって形成され、複数の導電性接触子の各々が有する第１部材を収容可能な孔部が形成された保持基板と、複数の導電性接触子の各々が有する第２部材を抜け止めした状態で保持し、検査対象と対向する側の保持基板の表面に、第１部材の軸線と当該第１部材に対応する第２部材の軸線とが一致するように着脱自在に取り付けられる抜け止め基板と、を備える。
