Abstract
熱電変換モジュール用基板1は、セラミックス材料を主成分とし可撓性を有する。また、熱電変換モジュール2は、熱電変換モジュール用基板1の少なくとも一面に、複数の熱電素子3,4が、各熱電素子3,4の長手方向を基板1の幅方向に沿うように基板1の長手方向に並んで設けられており、複数の熱電素子3,4の端部に、複数の熱電素子3,4を電気的に直列に接続する電極5が設けられている。
