Description

壁挂式布料机
技术领域
本发明涉及建筑工程机械领域, 尤其涉及混凝土浇注用布料机。
背景技术
目前, 在建筑的施工中常用到布料机对墙壁和楼面进行混凝土浇注, 现有的布料机 主要有三种:
1、楼面式布料机, 如图 1所示, 楼面式布料机 13安装时先在楼面上预留一定尺寸 的安装孔, 将至少三个支撑框架用膨胀螺栓分别安装在不同建筑物楼面 12的预留安装 孔上, 再通过楔块将布料机固定在支撑框架上。 其主要缺陷: 一是需在建筑物楼面 12 开孔, 布料机爬升后再将此孔堵死。二是因最上一层楼面浇注时间不长, 达不到楼面式 布料机的安装强度, 只能安装在第二层以下, 限制了布料机的浇注高度。三是有些高层 建筑要求先浇注墙壁, 再浇注楼面, 墙壁往往比楼面高出几层,如采用楼面式布料机不 能对较高的墙壁进行浇注。
2、落地式布料机;如图 2所示,布料机的支腿 17直接座落在楼面上。其主要缺陷: 一是落地式布料机 14的布料半径在 19米以下,因布料半径不够大,浇注完一片区域后, 需移动布料机再浇注另一片区域, 且需重新安装混凝土输送管。
3、 电梯井布料机, 如图 3所示, 在建筑群施工中, 电梯井 18—般在建筑的中心。 其主要缺陷: 电梯井布料机 15处于建筑中心, 只能覆盖一座建筑, 对另一附近的建筑 施工时, 需移动并重新装卸布料机, 壁挂式布料机 16无需移动即可对附近建筑进行施 工。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是克服现有技术的不足, 提供一种安装方便快捷, 可沿建 筑物墙壁爬升, 覆盖面积更广的壁挂式布料机。
本发明的壁挂式布料机,包括立柱、支撑框架和布料臂架,支撑框架套设于立柱上, 布料臂架装设于立柱顶端, 立柱底部设有支撑座, 支撑座和支撑框架通过固定装置与建 筑物墙壁固接。
所述立柱上设有顶升装置, 顶升孳置包括顶升油缸、支撑装置、 设于立柱上的多个 支撑体和对称布置在立柱两侧的支座,'支座装设于支撑框架上,顶升油缸装设于支座上, 支撑装置装设于顶升油缸的活塞杆上并与支撑体配合, 所述支座上设有防坠块, 防坠块 一端装设于支座上, 另一端布置在两个支撑体之间。
所述支撑体为设于立柱上的多个刚性管, 位于活塞杆上方的刚性管内装设有支撑 轴, 所述支撑装置为装设于活塞杆上的固定支撑块, 固定支撑块与支撑轴配合。
所述支撑体为立柱上的多个固定托块,所述支撑装置包括支撑架和装设于支撑架上 的转动托块, 转动托块与固定托块配合, 转动托块一端铰接在支撑架上, 另一端布置在 两个固定托块之间。
所述防坠块一端铰接在支座上, 另一端布置在两个支撑体之间, 防坠块与支座铰接 的一端还设有回位弹簧, 回位弹簧的另一端与支座相连。
所述支座上设有导向槽, 导向槽内设有压缩弹簧, 所述防坠块一端设于导向槽内并 与压缩弹簧相连, 另一端布置在两个支撑体之间。
所述立柱上装设有提升装置, 提升装置包括提升绳索、动力装置和转轮, 动力装置 装设于布料机立柱上端,转轮装设于动力装置的输出轴上,提升绳索一端绕设于转轮上, 另一端与支撑框架相连。
所述转轮为链轮, 提升绳索一端为与支撑框架相连的钢丝绳, 另一端为绕设于链轮 上的链条。
所述固定装置设有纵向和横向腰型孔。
本发明的优点在于:
1、 通过支撑座和支撑框架将布料机安装在建筑物墙壁上, 在建筑群施工中, 比同 等臂长的其他布料机所覆盖的实际施工高度更高, 施工面积更广; 2、 采用自动顶升装 置与自动提升装置, 使布料机可随建筑物墙壁的升高而向上爬升, 从而减少工人的劳动 强度, 提高工作效率, 节约工作时间和施工成本; 3、 在固定装置上设计有两组腰形孔, 可有效减少安装的误差, 将支撑座和支撑框架准确定位。

实施例 1 : 如图 4、 图 5、 图 6、 图 7、 图 8、 图 10所示, 本发明的壁挂式布料机, 包 ¾ 立柱 2、 支撑框架 5、 紧固件 8和布料臂架 3, 支撑框架 5套设于立柱 2上, 紧固件 8装设 支撑框架 5和立柱 2之间, 起固定作用, 布料臂架 3装设于立柱 2顶端, 立柱 2底部设有 3 撑座 1, 支撑座 1和支撑框架 5通过固定装置 9与建筑物墙壁 10固接, 如图 9所示, 固定 置 9设有纵向和横向腰型孔 91。立柱 2上设有顶升装置 4, 顶升装置 4包括防坠块 41、顶升 油缸 42、 支撑装置 45、 设于立柱 2上的多个支撑体 46和对称布置在立柱 2两侧的支座 43, 顶升油缸 42装设于支座 43上,支撑装置 45装设于顶升油缸 42的活塞杆 47上并与支撑体 46 配合, 支座 43上设有防坠块 41, 防坠块 41一 铰接在支座 43上, 另一端布置在两个支撑 体 46之间, 支撑体 46为立柱 2上的多个刚性管 461, 位于活塞杆 47上方的刚性管 461内装 设有支撑轴 462。 支撑装置 45为装设于活塞杆 47上的固定支撑块 451, 固定支撑块 451与 支撑轴 462配合, 防坠块 41与支座 43铰接的一端还设有回位弹簧 44, 回位弹簧 44的另一 端与支座 43相连。布料机静置时,刚性管 461落在防坠块 41上,防坠块 41托起刚性管 461, 将布料机支撑, 顶升过程中, 位于防坠块 41下方的刚性管 461推动防坠块 41如图 6中箭头 所示方向转动, 回位弹簧 44被拉伸, 刚性管 461过后, 防坠块 41在回位弹簧 44作用下自 动回位。 本实施例中支撑轴 462分为两段, 两段支撑钾 462分别穿设于刚性管 461两端; 刚性管 461内设有定位销 464, 支撑轴 462上设有与定位销 464配合的定位槽 465, 安装支 撑轴 462时, 将定位槽 465对准定位销 464插入刚性管 461, 再将支撑轴 462旋转一定角度 即可将支撑轴 462定位在刚性管 461内。 立柱 2上装设有提升装置 7, 提升装置 7包括提升 绳索 71、 动力装置 73和转轮 74, 为提高传动效率, 防止提升绳索 71打滑, 本实施例中将 转轮 74设为链轮 75, 提升绳索 71—端设为绕设于链轮 75上的链条 72, 另一端为与支撑框 架 5相连的钢丝绳 76, 动力装置 73装设于布料机立柱 2上端, 链轮 75装设于动力装置 73的 输出轴上, 链条 72的长度足够使支撑框架 5提升到位, 支撑框架 5上设有与钢丝绳 71配合 的导向轮 52和吊环 51。
工作原理: 在浇灌建筑物墙壁 10的时候埋设预埋件 6, 通过固定装置 9和预埋件 6将 支撑座 1、支撑框架 5装设于建筑物墙壁 10上, 使布料机被安装在建筑物墙壁 10上, 成为 壁挂式布料机。 固定装置 9设有腰型孔 91, 可以消除预埋件 6的预埋误差, 保证布料机的 安装精度。 随着建筑物墙壁 10的不断升高, 布料机的工作高度将达不到工程需求, 此时 可利用顶升装置 4将布料机顶升一定高度。 顶升装置 4工作时, 先将支撑轴 462分别插入 布料机立柱 2上的刚性管 461两端, 并将顶升油缸 42伸缩端与支撑轴 462连接, 再将布^ 机立柱 2与支撑框架 5之间的紧固件 8卸下, 将连接支撑座 1与墙壁 10的固定装置 9卸下, 顶升油缸 42顶升支撑轴 462带动布料机上升, 顶升过程中, 位于防坠块 41下方的刚性管 461推动防坠块 41如图 6中箭头所示方向转动, 回位弹簧 44被拉伸, 刚性管 461过后, 防 坠块 41在回位弹簧 44作用下自动回位, 顶升油缸 42的活塞杆 47退回时, 刚性管 461回落 在防坠块 41上, 防坠块 41托起刚性管 461, 将布料机支撑。 将支撑轴 462抽出, 并下移至 靠近活塞杆 47的刚性管 461内, 与活塞杆 47连接, 进入下一轮顶升循环。如此循环几次, 即可将布料机顶升至所需要的作业高度, 此时将紧固件 8重新安装到位, 再通过固定装 置 9将支撑座 1固定在墙壁 10上即可完成布料机的顶升。 顶升完成后, 顶升装置 4相对立 柱 2的位置下降了, 为便于下一次顶升, 需用提升装置 7将支撑框架 5提升一定高度。 支 撑框架 5提升时, 将钢丝绳 76与最髙处的支撑框架 5上的吊环 51连接, 拆卸此支撑框架 5 与立柱 2之间的紧固件 8以及连接支撑框架 5和墙壁 10的固定装置 9,使其被钢丝绳 76吊起 悬挂, 开动动力装置 73, 链轮 75带动链条 72和钢丝绳 76提升支撑框架 5; 支撑框架 5提升 到位后, 关闭动力装置 73, 将支撑框架 5与立柱 2之间的紧固件 8装好, 再断开支撑框架 5 与钢丝绳 76的连接, 此支撑框架 5提升完成。提升下一个支撑框架 5时, 将钢丝绳 76通过 导向轮 52与下一个支撑框架 5相连,拆卸此支撑框架 5与立柱 2之间的紧固件 8以及连接支 撑框架 5和墙壁 10的固定装置 9, 开动动力装置 73, 支撑框架 5被提升, 提升到位后关闭 动力装置 73, 将支撑框架 5与立柱 2之间的紧固件 8再次装好, 支撑框架 5完成提升。 固定 装置 9、 顶升装置 4和提升装置 7三者的配合使用, 使壁挂式布料机能安装在建筑物墙壁 10上, 并能随建筑物墙壁 10的升髙而升髙, 从而满足工程施工的需求。
实施例 2: 如图 7、 图 8、 图 10、 图 11、 图 12、 图 13、 图 14所示, 本发明的壁挂式布 料机, 包括立柱 2、 支撑框架 5、 紧固件 8和布料臂架 3, 支撑框架 5套设于立柱 2上; 紧固 件 8装设于支撑框架 5和立柱 2之间, 起固定作用; 布料臂架 3装设于立柱 2顶端; 立柱 2底 部设有支撑座 1, 支撑座 1和支撑框架 5通过固定装置 9与建筑物墙壁 10固接, 如图 9所示, 固定装置 9设有纵向和横向腰型孔 91。立柱 2上设有顶升装置 4,顶升装置 4包括防坠块 41、 顶升油缸 42、支撑装置 45、设于立柱 2上的多个支撑体 46和对称布置在立柱 2两侧的支座 43, 顶升油缸 42装设于支座 43上, 支撑装置 45装设于顶升油缸 42的活塞杆 47上并与支撑 体 46配合, 支座 43上设有导向槽 431, 导向槽 431内设有压缩弹簧 48, 防坠块 41一端设于 导向槽 431内并与压缩弹簧 48相连, 另一端布置在两个支撑体 46之间。支撑体 46为立柱 2 上的多个固定托块 463, 支镎装置 45包括支撑架 453和装设于支撑架 453上的转动托块 452, 转动托块 452与固定托块 463配合, 转动托块 452—端铰接在支撑架 453上, 另一端 布置在两个固定托块 463之间, 防坠块 41与固定托块 463均位于布料机立柱 2被顶升时刚 性管 461的运动轨迹上。布料机静置时, 防坠块 7通过其上方的固定托块 23将布料机立柱 2托起; 顶升过程中, 位于防坠块 41下方的固定托块 463推动防坠块 41如图 13中箭头所示 方向移动, 固定托块 463过后, 防坠块 41在压缩弹簧 48作用下自动回位; 立柱 2上装设有 提升装置 7, 立柱 2上装设有提升装置 7, 提升装 *7包括提升绳索 71、 动力装置 73和转 轮 74, 为提高传动效率, 防止提升绳索 71打滑, 本实施例中将转轮 74设为链轮 75, 提 升绳索 71—端设为绕设于链轮 75上的链条 72, 另一端设为与支撑框架 5相连的钢丝绳 76, 动力装置 73装设于布料机立柱 2上端, 链轮 75装设于动力装置 73的输出轴上, 链条 72的长度足够使支撑框架 5提升到位,支撑框架 5上设有与钢丝绳 71配合的导向轮 52和吊 环 51。
工作原理: 在浇灌建筑物墙壁 10的时候埋设预埋件 6, 通过固定装置 9和预理件 6 将支撑座 1、支撑框架 5装设于建筑物 ½壁 10上,使布料机被安装在建筑物墙壁 10上, 成为壁挂式布料机。固定装置 9设有腰型孔 91,可以消除预埋件 6的预埋误差,保证布 料机的安装精度。 随着建筑物墙壁 10的不断升高, 布料机的工作高度将达不到工程需 求, 此时可利用顶升装置 4将布料机顶升一定高度。 布料机顶升前, 先将布料机立柱 2 与支撑框架 5之间的紧固件 8卸下, 将连接支撑座 1与墙壁 10的固定装置 9卸下, 顶 升油缸 42顶升支撑轴 462带动布料机上升, 顶升装置 4工作时, 位于防坠块 41下方的 固定托块 463推动防坠块 41如图 13中箭头所示方向移动, 固定托块 463过后, 防坠块 41在压缩弹簧 48作用下自动回位;顶升油缸 4的活塞杆 47伸长至极限后,如果布料机 还需顶升, 活塞杆 47缩回, 固定托块 463与转动托块 452分离, 布料机被防坠块 41托 起, 活塞杆 47带动支撑架 453和支撑架 453上的转动托块 452持续下降, 当转动托块 452遇到下方的固定托块 463时,转动托块 452被固定托块 463推动如图 14中箭头所示 方向转动, 当固定托块 463过后, 转动托块 452在自重力作用下回位。 活塞杆 47回缩 完成后, 顶升装置即可再次顶升布料机, 如此循环顶升几次, 即可将布料机顶升至所需 要的作业高度, 此时将紧固件 8重新安装到位, 再通过固定装置 9将支撑座 1固定在墙 壁 10上即可完成布料机的顶升。 布料机静置时, 防坠块 41通过其上方的固定托块 463 将立柱 2托起。在壁挂式布料机不需顶升时, 将紧固件 8重新安装在固定支架 8与立柱 2之间。 顶升完成后, 顶升装置 4相对立柱 2的位置下降了, 为便于下一次顶升, 需用 提升装置 7将支撑框架 5提升。支撑框架 5提升时,将钢丝绳 76与最高处的支撑框架 ί 上的吊环 51连接, 拆卸此支撑框架 5与立柱 2之间的紧固件 8以及连接支撑框架 5和 墙壁 10的固定装置 9, 使其被钢丝绳 76吊起悬挂, 开动动力装置 73, 链轮 75带动链 条 72和钢丝绳 76提升支撑框架 5; 支撑框架 5提升到位后,关闭动力装置 73, 将支撑 框架 5与立柱 2之间的紧固件 8装好, 再断开支撑框架 5与钢丝绳 76的连接, 此支撑 框架 5提升完成。提升下一个支撑框架 5时, 将钢丝绳 76通过导向轮 52与下一个支撑 框架 5相连,拆卸此支撑框架 5与立柱 2之间的紧固件 8以及连接支撑框架 5和墙壁 10 的固定装置 9, 开动动力装置 73, 支撑框架 5被提升, 提升到位后关闭动力装置 73, 将 支撑框架 5与立柱 2之间的紧固件 8再次装好, 支撑框架 5完成提升。 固定装置 9、 顶 升装置 4和提升装置 7三者的配合使用, 使壁挂式布料机能安装在建筑物墙壁 10上, 并能随建筑物墙壁 10的升高而升高, 从而满足工程施工的需求。

Claims

权 利 要 求
1、 一种壁挂式布料机, 包括立柱(2)、 支撑框架(5)和布料臂架(3), 支撑框架 (5)套设于立柱(2)上, 布料臂架(3)装设于立柱(2)顶端, 其特征在于立柱(2) 底部设有支撑座(1), 支撑座 (1)和支撑框架 (5)分别通过固定装置(9) 与建筑物 墙壁(10)连接。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述壁挂式布料机, 其特征在于所述立柱(2)上设有顶升装置 (4),顶升装置(4)包括防坠块(41)、顶升油缸(42)、支撑装置(45)、设于立柱(2) 上的多个支撑体(46)和布置在立柱(2)两侧的支座(43), 支座(43)装设于支撑框 架(5)上,顶升油缸(42)装设于支座(43)上, 支撑装置(45)装设于顶升油缸(42) 的活塞杆(47)上并与支撑体(46) 配合, 所述支座 (43)上设有防坠块(41), 防坠 块(41)一端装设于支座 (43)上, 另一端布置在两个支撑体 (46)之间。
3、根据权利要求 2所述壁挂式布料机,其特征在于所述支撑体(46)为设于立柱(2) 上的多个刚性管(461),位于活塞杆(47)上方的刚性管(461)内装设有支撑轴(462), 所述支撑装置(45)为装设于活塞杆(47)上的固定支撑块(451), 固定支撑块(451) 与支撑轴 (462)配合。
4、根据权利要求 2所述壁挂式布料机,其特征在于所述支撑体(46)为设于立柱(2) 上的多个固定托块(463),所述支撑装置(45)包括支撑架(453)和装设于支撑架(453) 上的转动托块 (452),'转动托块(452) 与固定托块(463)配合, 转动托块(452) — 端铰接在支撑架(453)上, 另一端布置在两个固定托块(463) 之间。
5、 根据权利要求 2至 4中任一项所述壁挂式布料机, 其特征在于所述防坠块(41) 一端铰接在支座(43)上, 另一端布置在两个支撑体(46)之间, 防坠块(41)与支座 (43)铰接的一端还设有回位弹簧(44), 回位弹簧(44) 的另一端与支座(43)相连。
6、 根据权利要求 2至 4中任一项所述壁挂式布料机, 其特征在于所述支座(43)上 设有导向槽(431), 导向槽(431) 内设有压缩弹簧(48), 所述防坠块(41)一端设于 导向槽(431) 内并与压缩弹簧 (48) 相连, 另一端布置在两个支撑体(46) 之间。
7、 根据权利要求 1至 4中任一项所述壁挂式布料机, 其特征在于所述立柱(2)上 设有提升装置(7), 提升装置(7)包括提升绳索(71)、 动力装置(73)和转轮(74) 动力装置 (73)装设于布料机立柱 (2)上, 转轮(74)装设于动力装置 (73) 的输 ϋ 轴上, 提升绳索 (71)—端绕设于转轮(74)上, 另一端与支撑框架 (5)相连。 8、 根据权利要求 5所述壁挂式布料机, 其特征在于所述立柱 (2)上装设有提升装 置 (7), 提升装置 (7)包括提升绳索 (71 )、 动力装置 (73) 和转轮(74), 动力装置

9、 根据权利要求 6所述壁挂式布料机, 其特征在于所述立柱(2)上装设有提升装 置 (7), 提升装置 (7)包括提升绳索 (71 )、 动力装置 (73 )和转轮(74), 动力装置 (73 )装设于布料机立柱(2)上端, 转轮(74) 装设于动力装置 (73 ) 的输出轴上, 提升绳索 (71 ) —端绕设于转轮(74)上, 另一端与支撑框架 (5)相连。
10、 根据权利要求 8所述壁挂式布料机, 其特征在于所述转轮(74)为链轮 (75), 提升绳索(71 )—端为与支撑框架(5)相连的钢丝绳(76), 另一端为绕设于链轮(75) 上的链条(72)。
11、 根据权利要求 9所述壁挂式布料机, 其特征在于所述转轮(74) 为链轮(75), 提升绳索(71 )—端为与支撑框架(5)相连的钢丝绳(76), 另一端为绕设于链轮(75) 上的链条(72)。
12、根据权利要求 1至 4中任一项所述壁挂式布料机, 其特征在于所述固定装置(9) 设有纵向和横向腰型孔(91 )。
13、 根据权利要求 10所述壁挂式布料机, 其特征在于所述固定装置 (9)设有纵向 和横向腰型孔(91 )。
