[0001] 本発明は、回路基板の回路基板面におけるシールド対象部分を覆ってシールドす るシールドケースを有するシールド構造に関するものである。
背景技術
[0002] 図 13aにはシールド構造の一形態例が模式的な斜視図により示され (例えば特許 文献 1参照)、図 13bには図 13aのシールド構造の模式的な分解図が示されている。 このシールド構造 40は、回路基板 41の回路基板面におけるシールド対象部分 Zを シールドカバー 42により覆って回路基板 41のシールド対象部分 Zに形成されている 電気回路をシールドするものである。当該シールド構造 40において、回路基板 41の 基板面には、複数のシールドカバー取り付け用ベース 43がシールド対象部分 Zの周 縁部に点在配置されている。また、シールドカバー 42は、回路基板 41のシールド対 象部分 Zを覆うカバー面 44と、カバー面 44の周端部からシールド対象部分 Zの周縁 部に向けて伸設されて 、る周壁部 45とを有して構成されて 、る。このシールドカバー 42の周壁部 45には、その伸長先端側のシールドカバー取り付け用ベース 43の配置 位置に、取り付け用爪 46が形成されている。
[0003] シールドカバー取り付け用ベース 43は、図 13cに示されるように、直方体状の箱体 により構成されており、当該シールドカバー取り付け用ベース 43の上面には開口部 4 7が形成されている。その開口部 47の開口端縁部の互いに対向し合う部位力もそれ ぞれシールドカバー取り付け用ベース 43の内部に向けて対を成すパネ端子 48A, 4 8Bが伸張形成されている。それら対を成すパネ端子 48A, 48Bは互いに圧接し合う ように設けられている。このようなシールドカバー取り付け用ベース 43は、その底面を 回路基板 41の基板面に添わせる態様でもって回路基板 41に配設される。また、そ のようにシールドカバー取り付け用ベース 43が回路基板 41に配設されることにより、 パネ端子 48A, 48Bがグランド接続手段(図示せず)を介して回路基板 41のグランド に接地される。
[0004] シールドカバー 42は、図 13dに示されるように、取り付け用爪 46がシールドカバー 取り付け用ベース 43のパネ端子 48A, 48B間に差し込まれて当該パネ端子 48A, 4 8Bによって弾性挟持されることによって、回路基板 41に取り付けられると共に、回路 基板 41のグランドに接地されて回路基板 41のシールド対象部分 Zをシールドする。 なお、図 13b中の符号 50は電気回路を構成している部品を示している。

発明の開示
発明が解決しょうとする課題
[0006] ところで、シールドカバー取り付け用ベース 43等の部品を回路基板 41の基板面に 配設すべく部品を回路基板 41に搬送する場合に、部品の上面を搬送用吸着ノズル に吸着させ当該搬送用吸着ノズルによって部品を回路基板 41の予め定められた配 設位置まで搬送し載置することが行われることがある。この吸着搬送手法は、搬送用 装置の構造が簡単であることや、部品搬送の失敗率を低く抑えることができる等の理 由によって採用されることが多い。
[0007] しかしながら、上述したシールド構造 40のシールドカバー取り付け用ベース 43の上 面には開口部 47が形成されているために、搬送用吸着ノズルによってシールドカバ 一取り付け用ベース 43の上面を吸着することができない。このため、吸着搬送手法 によってシールドカバー取り付け用ベース 43を搬送することができず、他の搬送手法 を採用せざるを得ない。このために、例えば、構造が複雑で高価な搬送用装置が必 要になって製造コストが高くなる等の問題が生じる。
[0008] また、シールドカバー取り付け用ベース 43は、パネ端子 48A, 48Bの形成面が上 面となるように回路基板 41に配設しなければならない。つまり、シールドカバー取り付 け用ベース 43の天地の向きを気にしてシールドカバー取り付け用ベース 43を搬送し 載置しなければならない。このため、例えば、シールドカバー取り付け用ベース 43を 回路基板 41に搬送する前に、搬送対象の複数のシールドカバー取り付け用ベース 4 3の天地の向きを揃えて配列配置しておく等の準備が必要となり、手間が掛かる。ま た、その準備のための道具や材料を用意しなければならな力つたり、製造工数が増 加する。これらのことにより、コストが高くなるという問題が発生する。
課題を解決するための手段
[0009] この発明は次に示す構成をもって前記課題を解決するための手段としている。すな わち、この発明は、
回路基板の基板面におけるシールド対象部分を覆って回路基板のシールド対象 部分をシールドするシールドカバーを有するシールド構造において、
回路基板の基板面には、複数の中空の柱状のベース部材がその側周面を回路基 板面に沿わせた横向きの姿勢でシールド対象部分の周縁部に点在配置されており、 シールドカバーは、回路基板のシールド対象部分を覆うカバー面の周端部から回 路基板面のシールド対象部分の周縁部に向けて伸設される周壁部を有し、この周壁 部はその伸長先端側のベース部材の配置位置に対応する位置に差し込み片を有し ており、

発明の効果
[0011] この発明によれば、ベース部材の側周面の少なくとも上面となる部位には切れ目が 形成されて弾性変形可能な舌片部が形成されている。当該舌片部は、当該自由先 端の切れ目にシールドカバーの差し込み片が差し込まれたときの差し込み力によつ てベース部材の内部の空間部に向けて弾性変形し弾性復元力によりシールドカバ 一の差し込み片をベース部材に弹性保持する構成を有している。つまり、ベース部 材を回路基板に搬送して固定した後に、シールドカバーの差し込み片の差し込み力 によってベース部材の上面の切れ目に基づ!/、てベース部材の一部を弾性変形させ て弾性保持部を形成する構成とした。このため、ベース部材を回路基板に搬送して 搭載する際には、ベース部材の上面となる部位には舌片部形成用の切れ目が形成 されているだけで開口部が無い状態としておくことが可能である。これにより、ベース 部材を吸着搬送手法によって搬送することができ、吸着搬送手法以外の搬送手法に よってベース部材を搬送しなくて済むので、搬送手法に起因した製造コスト増加を防 止することができる。
[0012] また、この発明では、シールドカバーの差し込み片は、ベース部材における舌片部 の自由先端の切れ目に差し込まれる構成であり、その舌片部の自由先端は、切れ目 により構成されてエッジを有している。このために、シールドカバーの差し込み片をべ 一ス部材の舌片部の自由先端の切れ目に差し込んでいる際には、差し込み片の表 面を舌片部の自由先端のエッジが相対的に摺動移動して差し込み片の表面に必然 的に形成されてしまう酸ィ匕膜等の絶縁物を削り落とすことができる。シールドカバーが 、差し込み片とベース部材の弾性保持部 (舌片部)との接触接続部と、ベース部材と を介してグランドに接地される構成とする場合には、差し込み片の表面の酸ィ匕膜等の
絶縁物に妨げられることなぐシールドカバーの差し込み片と、ベース部材の弹性保 持部である舌片部とを電気的に良好に接続させることができて、シールドカバーを良 好にグランドに接地させることができる。これにより、シールドカバーによる回路基板の 電気回路のシールド性能に対する信頼性を向上させることができる。

[0016] 図 laには第 1実施例のシールド構造を上方側力 見た平面図が示され、図 lbには 図 laのシールド構造を図 laに示す矢印の向き (Xから:^ の向き)に見た場合の側 面図が示されている。また、図 2には図 laのシールド構造が模式的な分解斜視図に より示されている。第 1実施例のシールド構造 1は、回路基板 2の基板面におけるシ 一ルド対象部分 Zをシールドカバー 3により覆って回路基板 2のシールド対象部分 Z に形成されている電気回路をシールドするものである。このシールド構造 1の回路基 板 2の基板面には、複数のベース部材 4がシールド対象部分 Zの周縁部に点在配置 されている。

の側壁 5a〜5dのうちの何れかの側壁面が例えばベース部材搬送用吸着ノズル(図 示せず)によって吸着されて回路基板 2の基板面まで搬送される。そして、各ベース 部材 4は、その側周面 (側壁 5)を回路基板 2の基板面に沿わせた横向きの姿勢で、 例えば図 4aの模式的な断面図に示されるように、例えばはんだ等の導電性接合材 料 7により回路基板 2の予め定められた基板面の部位に接合固定される。この第 1実 施例では、回路基板 2におけるベース部材配設部位には導体ランドパターン(図示 せず)が形成され、その導体ランドパターンは回路基板 2に形成されているグランドに 電気的に接続されており、当該導体ランドパターンはグランド接地用の導体ランドパ ターンと成している。このため、各ベース部材 4が、それぞれ、導電性接合材料 7によ つて回路基板 2の設定の配設位置 (この第 1実施例では、グランド接地用の導体ラン ドパターン)に接合固定されることにより、各ベース部材 4は、導電性接合材料 7およ びグランド接地用の導体ランドパターンを介して回路基板 2のグランドに接地される。

[0020] シールドカバー 3は導体板により構成され、回路基板 2のシールド対象部分 Zを覆う カバー面 10と、このカバー面 10の周端部力もシールド対象部分 Zの周縁部に向けて 伸設される周壁部 11とを有して!/、る。このシールドカバー 3の周壁部 11の伸長先端 側には、ベース部材 4の配置位置に対応する位置に、差し込み片 12が形成されてい る。差し込み片 12は、図 5aに示されるように回路基板 2に固定されたベース部材 4の 側周面の上面となる部位 5aの切れ目 6に、図 5bに示されるように差し込まれるもので ある。この第 1実施例では、ベース部材 4において、その上面 5aの切れ目 6にシール ドカバー 3の差し込み片 12が差し込まれたときの差し込み力により、差し込み片 12の 差し込み位置の切れ目 6を自由先端とした対を成す舌片部 8A, 8Bが両開き状にベ 一ス部材 4の内部の空間部に向けて弾性変形する。それら対を成す舌片部 8A, 8B は、弾性復元力によってシールドカバー 3の差し込み片 12を図 lcに示されるように 挟持する弾性保持部と成している。このようにシールドカバー 3の差し込み片 12がべ
一ス部材 4の対を成す舌片部 8A, 8Bによって弾性挟持されることにより、シールド力 バー 3がベース部材 4を介して回路基板 2に取り付けられると共に、シールドカバー 3 の差し込み片 12とベース部材 4の舌片部 8A, 8Bとの弾性押圧接触部と、ベース部 材 4とを介してシールドカバー 3が回路基板 2のグランドに接地される。これにより、シ 一ルドカバー 3は回路基板 2のシールド対象部分 Zをシールドする。
[0021] ところで、この第 1実施例では、シールドカバー 3の差し込み片 12は、図 6a→図 6b →図 6cに示されるように、ベース部材 4の対を成す舌片部 8A, 8Bの自由先端間を 押し開くようにして当該舌片部 8A, 8Bの自由先端間に差し込まれる。図 6cに示され るような差し込み片 12のベース部材 4への差し込み中には、各舌片部 8A, 8Bの自 由先端のエッジ Eが差し込み片 12の表面を相対的に摺動移動して 、る状態となって いる。この第 1実施例では、差し込み片 12は導体により構成され、その表面には必然 的に酸化膜等の絶縁物が形成されている。その差し込み片 12の表面の絶縁物を、 前記差し込み片 12に対する舌片部 8A, 8Bの自由先端のエッジ Eの相対的な摺動 移動によって削り落とすことができる。つまり、ベース部材 4の舌片部 8A, 8Bによる差 し込み片 12の弾性押圧接触部分の絶縁物が除去されて、差し込み片 12の表面の 絶縁物の悪影響を受けずに、差し込み片 12とベース部材 4の舌片部 8A, 8Bとの良 好な電気的な接続を得ることができる。これにより、シールドカバー 3をベース部材 4 を介して回路基板 2のグランドに良好に接地させることができて、シールドカバー 3に よる回路基板 2のシールド性能に対する信頼性を高めることができる。
[0022] また、この第 1実施例では、ベース部材 4は筒状であり、当該ベース部材 4の両端面 が開口している。このため、ベース部材 4を回路基板 2に固定するための導電性接合 材料 7は、図 4aに示されるようにベース部材 4の両端面の開口部からベース部材 4の 内部に入り込んだ状態とすることができる。これにより、図 4bに示されるような両端面 が閉塞しているベース部材 4の両端面側に形成された導電性接合材料 7によってベ 一ス部材 4を回路基板 2に接合する場合に比べて、この第 1実施例の構成では、導 電性接合材料 7によるベース部材 4と回路基板 2との接合強度を強めることができる。 また、図 4bに示されるような両端面が閉塞しているベース部材 4の両端面側に導電 性接合材料 7を設けてベース部材 4を回路基板 2に接合固定する場合に、導電性接
合材料 7がはんだにより構成されている場合には、はんだの過剰な濡れ上がりに起 因してはんだのフラックス (絶縁物)が舌片部 8A, 8Bの形成位置まで濡れ上がってし まい、当該フラックスに因る舌片部 8A, 8Bとシールドカバー 3の差し込み片 12との良 好な電気的な接続を妨げる虞があった。これに対して、この第 1実施例では、導電性 接合材料 7はベース部材 4の両端面の開口部から内部に入り込むので、導電性接合 材料 7が過剰にベース部材 4を濡れ上がることを防止することができる。このことも、差 し込み片 12とベース部材 4の舌片部 8A, 8Bとの良好な電気的な接続に寄与するこ とがでさる。
[0023] さらに、この第 1実施例では、ベース部材 4の筒孔の断面形状が正方形状であり、ま た、ベース部材 4の 4つの側壁 (側面) 5a〜5dには、それぞれ、同じ形態の切れ目 6 が同じ位置に形成されている構成とした。この構成によって、ベース部材 4の何れの 側壁 5a〜5dが上面となってもシールドカバー 3の差し込み片 12をベース部材 4に差 し込んでシールドカバー 3をベース部材 4に取り付けることができる。つまり、ベース部 材 4を回路基板 2に配設すべくベース部材 4を回路基板 2に向けて搬送する際に、ベ 一ス部材 4の側面の天地の向きを気にすることなくベース部材 4を搬送して回路基板 2に接合固定することができる。これにより、ベース部材 4を搬送する前にベース部材 4の天地の向きを揃えて並べておく等の手間を無くすことができる。これにより、シー ルド構造 1の製造工程を簡略ィ匕することができて、コスト低減を図ることが可能となる。
[0024] この第 1実施例のシールド構造 1では、上述したような構成にカ卩えて次に示すような 構成をも備えている。つまり、回路基板 2のシールド対象部分 Zの周縁部にはシール ドカバー位置決め用孔部 14が形成され、シールドカバー 3の周壁部 11の伸長先端 側には、そのシールドカバー位置決め用孔部 14に嵌まる位置決め用突起部 15が形 成されている。シールドカバー 3の位置決め用突起部 15を回路基板 2のシールド力 バー位置決め用孔部 14に嵌め込むことにより、シールドカバー 3を位置精度良く回 路基板 2に取り付けることができる。

バー 3の差し込み片 12を差し込むときに舌片部 8A, 8Bが弾性変形し難くて作業効 率が低下することが懸念されることがある。このような場合には、例えば、ベース部材 4の舌片部 8A, 8Bを弾性変形し易くするために、ベース部材 4の側壁 5における弹 性変形部位に、例えば、図 7aに示されるようなノッチ 16や、図 7bに示されるような孔 部 17を形成してもよい。
[0026] また、この第 1実施例では、ベース部材 4は、その側壁 5に切れ目 6が形成されただ けの状態で回路基板 2に搬送されていたが、例えば、搬送前に、図 8aの模式的な展 開図や、図 8bに示されるようなベース部材 4を端面側力も見た側面図や、図 8cに示 されるようなベース部材 4の図 8aの β— β部分に対応する位置の断面図に示される ように、切れ目 6により形成された舌片部 8Α, 8Βの根元側を折り曲げ変形させておく 予備加工が施された状態のベース部材 4を回路基板 2に搬送してもよい。

[0029] この第 2実施例では、ベース部材 4は直方体状の筒状と成し、その筒孔の断面形状 は正方形状と成して 、る。このベース部材 4の側周面 (筒壁)を構成して!/、る 4つの側 壁 (側面) 5a〜5dには、それぞれ、同じ位置に同じ態様の切れ目 6が形成されて、対 を成す舌片部 8A, 8Bカゝら成る 2つの弾性保持部と、ノズル吸着面部 20とが形成され ている。つまり、ベース部材 4の各側壁 5a〜5dの両端側には、それぞれ、切れ目 6に よって対を成す舌片部 8A, 8Bが形成され、また、ベース部材 4の各側壁 5a〜5dの それぞれの舌片部 8A, 8B以外の部位はノズル吸着面部 20と成っている。ノズル吸 着面部 20はベース部材搬送用吸着ノズルによって吸着される部位であり、その面積
は、ベース部材搬送用吸着ノズルのノズル径ゃ、弾性保持部である舌片部 8A, 8B に必要な大きさ等を考慮して適宜設定される。
[0030] この第 2実施例では、各ベース部材 4には、舌片部 8A, 8Bの根元側を折り曲げて 舌片部 8A, 8Bの自由先端をベース部材 4の内部の空間部に向ける加工が予備カロ ェとして行われた状態で回路基板 2に接合固定されている。また、ベース部材 4は、 角パイプを予め定めた長さ間隔毎に切断して製造してもよいし、図 10dに示されるよ うな導体板 21を点線 Lの位置で折り曲げて筒状とし当該導体板 21の端縁同士を接 合すること〖こより製造してもよい。なお、図 10dの例では、導体板 21の接合対象の端 縁同士は互いに嵌め合うような形状となっており、これにより、より強固な接合を得るこ とができる。また、図 10b、図 10cに示される符号 22は、ベース部材 4を導体板 21に より構成した場合の接合部を示して!/、る。
[0031] この第 2実施例では、シールドカバー 3の周壁部 11の伸張先端側には、各ベース 部材 4の舌片部 8A, 8B (弾性保持部)の形成位置にそれぞれ対応する位置に、図 1 1に示されるような差し込み片 12が形成されて 、る。この差し込み片 12がベース部材 4の弾性保持部である舌片部 8A, 8Bの自由先端間に差し込まれ当該舌片部 8A, 8 Bによって弾性挟持されることによって、シールドカバー 3はベース部材 4に保持固定 されて回路基板 2に取り付けられると共に、ベース部材 4を介して回路基板 2のグラン ドに接地される。

[0033] なお、この発明は第 1や第 2の各実施例の形態に限定されるものではなぐ様々な 実施の形態を採り得る。例えば、第 1と第 2の各実施例では、シールドカバー 3は導 体により構成されて 、たが、シールドカバー 3は導体だけで構成されて 、なくともよ ヽ 。例えば、シールドカバー 3は絶縁体により構成され、その表面全体に導体膜が形成 され当該導体膜によりシールド機能を持つ構成としてもよい。

[0035] さらに、第 2実施例では、ベース部材 4の両端側にそれぞれ弾性保持部としての舌 片部 8A, 8Bが形成される形態であった力 例えば、ベース部材 4の一方側の端部 側のみに舌片部 8A, 8Bが形成され、その舌片部 8A, 8B以外の領域がノズル吸着 面部 20と成している形態であってもよい。さらに、第 1と第 2の各実施例では、ベース 部材 4の側周面を構成する全ての側壁 (側面)に、それぞれ、同じ位置に同じ形態の 切れ目 6が形成されて舌片部 8A, 8Bが形成されていた力 ベース部材 4を回路基 板 2に接合固定したときに少なくとも上面となる部位に切れ目 6が形成されて舌片部 8 A, 8Bが形成されていれば、ベース部材 4の全ての側面に切れ目 6 (舌片部 8A, 8B )が形成されていなくともよい。
[0036] さらに、第 2実施例では、各ベース部材 4には舌片部 8A, 8Bの根元側を予め折り 曲げ変形させておく予備加工が施された状態で回路基板 2に接合固定されていたが 、第 2実施例においても、第 1実施例と同様に、舌片部形成用の切れ目 6を形成した だけのベース部材 4を回路基板 2に接合固定する構成としてもよい。さら〖こ、第 2実施 例に示したベース部材 4にお 、て、例えばそのベース部材 4の筒壁の剛性によって は、ベース部材 4には、舌片部 8A, 8Bを弾性変形し易くするための例えば図 7aに示 されるノッチ 16と同様なノッチや、図 7bに示される孔部 17と同様な孔部が形成されて いてもよい。
[0037] さらに、第 1や第 2の各実施例では、シールドカバー 3を回路基板 2に位置精度高く 配設するために、回路基板 2にはシールドカバー位置決め用孔部 14が、また、シー ルドカバー 3には位置決め用突起部 15が、それぞれ、形成されていた力 例えばシ 一ルドカバー 3を他の手段により位置精度良く回路基板 2に配設することができる場 合には、上記シールドカバー位置決め用孔部 14および位置決め用突起部 15を設 けなくともよい。さらに、第 1と第 2の各実施例では、ベース部材 4が回路基板 2のダラ ンドに接地され、シールドカバー 3はそのベース部材 4を介して回路基板 2のグランド に接地されていた力 例えば、シールドカバー 3が他のグランド接地手段によってダラ ンドに接地される構成とする場合には、ベース部材 4を回路基板 2のグランドに接地し
なくともよい。この場合には、例えばベース部材 4を導体により構成しなくともよい。
[0038] さらに、第 1や第 2の各実施例では、ベース部材 4には対を成す舌片部 8 (8A, 8B) が形成され当該対を成す舌片部 8A, 8Bは両開き状にベース部材 4の内部の空間 部に向けて弾性変形する構造であった力 図 12aに示すように、ベース部材 4には片 開き状に弾性変形する舌片部 8が設けられて 、る構成であってもよ!/、。この場合には 、差し込み片 12は、舌片部 8の弾性復元力による押圧力によってベース部材 4に押 し付けられ舌片部 8とベース部材 4とにより挟持保持される。この場合にも、第 1や第 2 の各実施例で示したと同様の作用効果を奏することができる。なお、図 12aに示すよ うな片開きの舌片部 8を設ける場合には、切れ目 6の位置をベース部材 4の内壁面の 延長上の位置にほぼ一致させることにより、シールドカバー 3の差し込み片 12は、図 12b→図 12c→図 12dに示すように、舌片部 8を弾性変形させながらベース部材 4の 内壁面に沿ってベース部材 4の内部の空間部に差し込まれ、当該差し込み片 12は ベース部材 4の内壁面と舌片部 8によって挟持保持される。
産業上の利用可能性
[0039] この発明は、様々な装置のシールド構造に適用して製造工程の簡略ィ匕を図ること が可能である。
Claims
[1] 回路基板の基板面におけるシールド対象部分を覆って回路基板のシールド対象 部分をシールドするシールドカバーを有するシールド構造において、
回路基板の基板面には、複数の中空の柱状のベース部材がその側周面を回路基 板面に沿わせた横向きの姿勢でシールド対象部分の周縁部に点在配置されており、 シールドカバーは、回路基板のシールド対象部分を覆うカバー面の周端部から回 路基板面のシールド対象部分の周縁部に向けて伸設される周壁部を有し、この周壁 部はその伸長先端側のベース部材の配置位置に対応する位置に差し込み片を有し ており、
各ベース部材の側周面の少なくとも上面となる部位には切れ目が形成されてシー ルドカバーの差し込み片が差し込まれる位置を自由先端と成す弾性変形可能な舌 片部が形成されており、当該舌片部は、シールドカバーの差し込み片が自由先端の 切れ目に差し込まれたときの差し込み力によってベース部材の内部の空間部に向け て弾性変形し弾性復元力により自由先端がシールドカバーの差し込み片を押圧して シールドカバーをベース部材に保持固定させる弾性保持部と成していることを特徴と するシールド構造。
[2] 回路基板の基板面におけるシールド対象部分を覆って回路基板のシールド対象 部分をシールドするシールドカバーを有するシールド構造において、
回路基板の基板面には、複数の中空の柱状のベース部材がその側周面を回路基 板面に沿わせた横向きの姿勢でシールド対象部分の周縁部に点在配置されており、 シールドカバーは、回路基板のシールド対象部分を覆うカバー面の周端部から回 路基板面のシールド対象部分の周縁部に向けて伸設される周壁部を有し、この周壁 部はその伸長先端側のベース部材の配置位置に対応する位置に差し込み片を有し ており、
各ベース部材の側周面の少なくとも上面となる部位には切れ目が形成されてシー ルドカバーの差し込み片が差し込まれる位置をそれぞれ自由先端と成して対面する 対を成す弾性変形可能な舌片部が形成されており、これら対を成す舌片部は、シー ルドカバーの差し込み片が自由先端間の切れ目に差し込まれたときの差し込み力に
よって両開き状にベース部材の内部の空間部に向けて弾性変形し弾性復元力により 自由先端がシールドカバーの差し込み片を弹性挟持してシールドカバーをベース部 材に保持固定させる弾性保持部と成していることを特徴とするシールド構造。
[3] ベース部材の側周面の少なくとも上面となる部位には、ベース部材搬送用吸着ノズ ルによって吸着されるノズル吸着面部が形成されていることを特徴とする請求項 1又 は請求項 2記載のシールド構造。
[4] ベース部材は四角柱状と成しており、当該ベース部材の側周面を構成する 4つの 側面の全てが弾性保持部である舌片部を有した同じ形態であることを特徴とする請 求項 1乃至請求項 3の何れか一つに記載のシールド構造。
