Abstract

Un système de couches à faible émissivité et à haute tenue au traitement thermique pour substrats transparents comprend un revêtement antireflet inférieur constitué de plusieurs couches partielles et comportant une couche essentiellement constituée de ZnO à laquelle est adjacente une couche fonctionnelle à base d'argent, une couche essentiellement métallique de blocagesur la couche à base d'argent, un revêtement antireflet supérieur constitué de plusieurs couches partielles et un revêtement de recouvrement éventuellement constituée de plusieurs couches partielles. Le revêtement antireflet supérieur présente : une couche partielle en ZnO ou en un oxyde mixte ZnMeOx qui contient du ZnO ou une succession de couches d'oxydes mixtes de type ZnO: Al / ZnMeOx, -une couche partielle en Si3N4 ou en SixOyNz et entre ces deux couches partielles une couche de séparation d'une épaisseur de 0,5 à 5 nm, constituée d'un oxyde métallique ou d'un oxyde mixte à réseau cristallin cubique, qui empêche un contact direct entre ces deux couches partielles; cette couche améliore les propriétés mécaniques du revêtement.
