[0015] 図 4, 5もまた、この発明の実施態様の一例を示す図であり、図 4は図 1と同様なお むつ 1の一部分を示し、図 5は、図 4の V-V切断面を示している。なお、図 5の Aは非 伸長状態のリアウィング 12を示し、図 5の Bは伸長状態のリアウィング 12を示している 。図示例におけるおむつ 1のリアウィング 12に設けられたフック部材 16では、個々の フック集合体 21のベースシート 22が互いに幅方向 Aへ離間した状態でキヤリヤシ一 ト 31に接着剤 32を介して接合し、そのキヤリャシート 31が個々のフック集合体 21の 直下に相当する部分に塗布された接着剤 24を介してリアウィング 12に接合している 。キヤリャシート 31は、非伸長性のもので、隣り合うフック集合体 21と 21との間ではリ ァウィング 12に接合しておらず、その隣り合うフック集合体 21と 21との間に長さ方向 Bへ延びる切り裂き案内部 33を有する。切り裂き案内部 33は、例えばキヤリャシート 31に設けられたミシン目やスリットであって、リアウィング 12が幅方向 Aへ引張られる と、キヤリャシート 31はその切り裂き案内部 33において容易に破断し、リアウィング 1 2が、図 5の Bの状態となる。図 5の Aのフック部材 16を使用するおむつでは、図 1一 3 のフック部材 16と同様な作用、効果が得られる他に、個々のフック集合体 21が予め キヤリャシート 31に接合され、次いでそのキヤリャシート 31がリアウィング 12に接合さ れるという順序でのおむつ 1の製造が可能になる。このような順序であれば、比較的 微細なフック集合体 21でも、それをリァウィング 12に接合することが容易になる。
[0016] 図示例のおむつ 1では、表面シート 2や裏面シート 3、コア 4等の各部材に対して周 知慣用の材料を使用することができる。また、裏面シート 3は、その最外層が不織布、 より好ましくは嵩の高い不織布で形成されていると、フック部材 16のフック 23の係合、 離脱が可能となるので図 1におけるループ部材 17を省くことができる場合がある。ま た、フロントウィング 11がそのような不織布で形成される場合には、そのフロントウィン グ 11に対してのフック 23の係合、離脱が可能になる。リアウィング 12には、弾性繊維 を含む不織布やプラスチックエラストマ一からなるフィルム等を使用することができる。 キヤリャシート 31は、その破断を容易にするために、分子鎖や繊維が長さ方向 Bに配 向しているプラスチックフィルムや布地、紙等の材料で作ることができ、これら材料に よる場合には切り裂き案内部 33を省くことも可能になる。
使い捨ておむつを例にとって説明したこの発明は、使い捨ての医療用ガウンや包 帯等の各種着用物品において実施することができる。

Claims

請求の範囲
[1] 着用状態において互いに向かい合う第 1面と第 2面とを有し、前記第 1面と第 2面と 力 Sフック部材とループ部材とからなるメカ二カルファスナによって取り外し可能に連結 される着用物品であって、
前記第 1面の所要部位に前記フック部材が設けられる一方、前記第 2面の所要部 位に前記ループ部材が設けられており、前記第 1面は少なくとも前記所要部位とその 近傍とが少なくとも一方向に弾性的に伸長可能であり、前記フック部材は剛性なベー スシートから 1本または 2本以上のフックが起立するフック集合体の複数からなり、前 記フック集合体の複数が前記第 1面の所要部位に少なくとも前記一方向へ互いに間 隔をあけて取り付けられていることを特徴とする前記着用物品。
[2] 前記フック集合体の複数が前記一方向と交差する方向にも互いに間隔をあけて取 り付けられている請求項 1記載の着用物品。
[3] 前記フック集合体の複数がそれら集合体と前記所要部位との間に介在する非伸長 性のキヤリャシートに設けられるとともに、前記キヤリャシートが前記所要部位に取り 付けられており、前記キヤリャシートが前記所要部位とともに前記一方向へ引張られ ると、前記一方向において隣り合う前記フック集合体と前記フック集合体との間で破 断して前記所要部位の前記弾性的な伸長を可能にする請求項 1または 2記載の着 用物品。
[4] 前記着用物品が開放型のおむつであって、前記第 1面が前記おむつの内面であり 、前記所要部位が前記おむつに形成されたウィング部分であり、前記一方向が前記 ウィング部分における前記おむつの幅方向である請求項 1一 3のいずれかに記載の 着用物品。
[5] 前記第 2面が前記おむつの外面である請求項 1一 4のいずれかに記載の着用物品
[6] 前記第 1面と前記第 2面とは、弾性的に伸長可能な不織布からなる前記おむつのゥ イング部分の内面と外面とであり、前記不織布が前記ループ部材を兼ねている請求 項 4または 5記載の着用物品。
[7] 前記フック集合体の前記ベースシートは、前記第 1面に対して 2— 200mm2の取り 付け面積を有するものである請求項 1一 6のいずれかに記載の着用物品。
[8] 前記フック集合体の複数が前記一方向において互いに 1一 5mm離間している請 求項 1一 6のいずれかに記載の着用物品。
