Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé pour améliorer le comportement d'insertion d'un fil de trame, notamment d'un filament de trame synthétique, lors de la fabrication d'un tissu sur une machine à tisser à tuyères, en particulier sur une machine à tuyères à air. L'invention vise à limiter la modification du fil de trame à une longueur de fil de trame, notamment relativement à une détérioration de la structure du fil de trame, la modification résultant d'un processus de tourbillonnement connu dans le tube mélangeur d'une tuyère principale et la longueur de fil de trame étant ensuite un déchet, ladite invention visant aussi à renoncer à l'opération de fixation par air de fixation. A cet effet, le fil de trame (7) restant dans la tuyère principale (1) est pincé par un dispositif de pincement (6) dans le sens de l'insertion de la trame (15) après l'injecteur (2) de la tuyère principale (1), la longueur du fil de trame (7) insérée dans le pas de chaîne est nouée par fermeture du pas de chaîne, puis le fil de trame (7) est soumis à un processus de tourbillonnement sur la longueur restant entre le dispositif de pincement (6) et le nouage côté insertion dans une zone d'angle de rotation déterminée de l'arbre principal de la machine à tisser.
