Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé permettant de maintenir un fil de trame (9) dans la zone d'une filière principale de machine à tisser à tuyères, notamment une machine à tisser à tuyères d'air, comportant en particulier une duite multicolore, avant l'insertion d'un fil de trame (9) dans une foule (20) formée par des fils de chaîne (10). Selon ce procédé, le fil de trame (9) est fixé par serrage après un injecteur (1) dans le tube mélangeur de la tuyère principale, dans le sens d'insertion et n'est libéré que peu de temps avant l'insertion, lorsqu'une impulsion de pression est initiée par la tuyère principale, pour l'insertion du fil de trame (9). Pour assurer la commande de la machine à tisser à tuyères correspondante, un dispositif de serrage (6) comprend un capteur de pression (7) qui est relié par l'intermédiaire de lignes de signaux (11) et (14), ainsi que par l'intermédiaire de conduites d'air comprimé (15) et (17), à une source d'air comprimé (8), à une commande de machine (13), à des soupapes (8) et à une alimentation en air comprimé (3) de l'injecteur (1). Le dispositif de serrage (6) se trouve entre une première section de tube mélangeur (4) et une seconde section de tube mélangeur (5), auxquelles se raccorde un dispositif de coupe (18). L'invention concerne en outre un procédé selon lequel la section de fil de trame est fixée par serrage, mais l'air de retenue n'est injecté que pendant la période comprise entre l'arrivée côté réception d'un fil de trame (9) inséré immédiatement avant et le déclenchement de l'impulsion de pression pour l'insertion du prochain fil de trame requis en fonction du dessin, lorsque le serrage est suspendu.
