Abstract

"PROCESSO PARA A RETENçãO DE UM FIO DE TRAMA E FIEIRA, ESPECIALMENTE PARA A REALIZAçãO DO PROCESSO". A presente invenção refere-se a um processo para a retenção de um fio de trama (9) na região de um bocal principal de uma fieira, especialmente fieira a ar, especialmente com introdução multicolorida de trama, antes da introdução de um fio de trama (9) em uma cala (20), formada por fios de urdume (1 0), no qual o fio de trama (9), na direção da introdução após um injetor (1) dentro do tubo misturador do bocal principal passa a ser retido, sendo liberado somente pouco antes da introdução, quando for liberado pelo bocal principal um impulso de pressão para a introdução do fio de trama (9). Para o controle da fieira correspondente, um conjunto de aperto (6) possui um sensor de pressão (7) que está unido através de linhas de sinalização (11) e (14), bem como linhas de ar comprimido (15) e (17) com uma fonte de ar comprimido (8), um controle de máquina (13), válvulas (8) e uma conexão de ar pressurizado (3) do injetor (1). O conjunto de aperto (6) encontra-se entre um primeiro segmento de tubo misturador (4) e um segundo segmento de tubo misturador (5) que é seguido de um conjunto de corte (18). Além disso, é descrito um processo no qual o segmento do fio de trama é mantido apertado, mas é insuflado ar de retenção apenas durante o tempo entre a chegada do lado da captação de um fio de trama (9) introduzido imediatamente antes e a liberação do impulso de pressão para a introdução do próximo fio de trama, condicionado a padronagem, durante o aperto suspenso.
