- a switch for setting writability, a contact point, and the like can be provided in the main body of the memory card by a simple shape change. Further, by providing the notch and the write enable / disable setting element on the side of the memory card main body, the ratio of the effective area in which a semiconductor memory or the like can be built can be increased, and the entire memory card can be reduced.
