Definitions
- the invention relates to a nozzle for a vacuum cleaner, 00004 in particular for an electric vacuum cleaner, with a 00005 nozzle edge, which is assigned to 00006 when using a suction surface.
- 00007 00008 A large number of such vacuum cleaner nozzles are known in the 00009 prior art. For example, refer to EP-Bl 00010 302 515. From this a nozzle edge is known which consists of a rotatable roller, the 00012 roller having cam structures.
- the 00013 cam structures are also provided in such a way that they are phase-shifted with respect to one another in individual sections 00014, so 00015 that in the area of a cam structure there is always a passage 00016 by a certain distance from a suction surface.
- a nozzle for a 00020 vacuum cleaner so that on the one hand a high 00021 suction power is achieved, but on the other hand 00022 coarse dirt particles can also be absorbed.
- the nozzle edge must be relatively far away from the suction surface 00027 in order to allow the throughput of the coarse dirt particles to 00028.
- the aim is that 00029 the nozzle edge is as close as possible to a suction surface 00030 in order to achieve a high flow velocity in the area of the nozzle edge through the 00031 suction and thus 00032 entrainment of dust and / or dirt particles to 00033.

- 00226 00227 By rotating the wall section 7 about the rotary axis 00228 se 13, the cellular wheel 5 is movable on a circular arc 00229 bar, as can be seen in particular from a comparison of 00230 FIGS. 2 and 3. As a result, the 00231 cellular wheel 5 can be moved overall in the vertical direction.
- An angle nozzle edge 14 is also formed on the wall section 7, as can be seen from the cross-sectional view of FIG. 00234 according to FIG. 2 and FIG. 3.
- This 00236 runs to the wall section 7 at an acute angle 00237 Alpha.
- the angle 00238 alpha is approximately 65 '. 00239 00240 If a wall 15 is moved with the nozzle 1 in the course of a suction process against 00241, the wall section 7 and the angle nozzle edge 14, 00243 are pivoted 00243 as indicated in FIG. 3. It is essential here that
- valve body 18 00263 cellular wheel 5 part of a valve body 18.
- 00264 body is accommodated in the housing body 3 in such a way
- ERSArZBLATT (RULE 26) 00278 of the valve body 18 can be reached in the 00279 position shown in FIG. 4.
- 00280 00281
- an angle 00282 nozzle edge 14 is formed, which extends at an angle alpha to 00283 the wall section 7 or - based on the illustration 00284 according to FIG. 4, to a vertical V.
- the 00285 Alpha angle is preferably an acute angle.
- 00286 00287 it is also essential that the angle nozzle edge 14 in the operating position 00289 according to FIG. 4 is the most protruding part of the nozzle 1.
- FIGS. 5a to f the process of 00297 rolling over / passing over a dirt part SC is shown as an example, which is larger than the radius of the cellular wheel 00299 5. If the dirt part SC according to FIG. 5b for contacting 00300 the cellular wheel 5 comes, this is optionally raised by 00301 a blocking process, as shown, 00302 according to FIG. 5 c. This results in a rotation 00303 of the entire flap body 18 about the axis of rotation 13.
- FIGS. 6a and b show the movement of the flap body 00332 pers 18 against a wall 15 when the vacuum cleaner or nozzle 1 00333 is started.
- 00334 there is contact between the angle nozzle edge 14 and the 00336 wall 15, whereby a pivoting about the axis of rotation 13 00337 takes place and the nozzle wheel 5 is raised and the angle Nozzle edge 00338 14 is simultaneously lowered.
- the suction space S 00339 is thereby extended again into the corner 16, so 00340 that complete suction can take place.
- a cellular wheel 5 is created, as it were, which is part 00344 of a single further cell, which is limited by the wall section 00345 7 and the angle nozzle edge 14 00346.
- larger dirt parts SC the part of the 00347 larger cell wheel is pivoted overall, while at 00348 smaller pieces of dirt - what in the drawing
