Abstract

Une couronne télescopique comprend une couronne primaire susceptible d'être fixée sur le moignon d'une dent et une couronne secondaire glissable sur la couronne primaire. Une partie de retenue montée dans la paroi interne de la couronne secondaire comprend un cliquet qui pénètre dans un évidement d'encliquetage de la couronne primaire. Afin d'obtenir avec des moyens minimes un positionnement fiable et défini de la prothèse pourvue de cette couronne télescopique, tout en évitant l'encastrement de la partie de retenue élastique dans le matériau de la couronne secondaire, la partie de retenue (5) est en forme d'U, porte le cliquet (6) au milieu de sa base (9) et ses branches (10) font saillie sur le côté opposé au cliquet (6). La partie de retenue (5) est insérée dans un évidement (11) de la paroi interne de la couronne secondaire (3), sur les parois latérales de laquelle les branches (10) peuvent s'appuyer, le fond de la couronne secondaire étant situé à une distance de la base (9) de la partie de retenue (5) qui correspond au trajet élastique du cliquet (6).
