Speciiicntion forming part of Design No. 9,255, dated May 2, 1876i application filed Mnl-ch 19, 1874. [Term of Patent 7 years] To all whom it mag/concern Be it known that we, CONRAD HARRIS and EDWARD KUMMER, both of Cincinnati, in the county of Hamilton and State of Ohio, have invented a new and useful Design for a Coal Heating-Stove, of which the following is a. full, clear, and exact description, reference being had to the accompanying.photographiciiiustration, making pnrt of this speciticetion.

The nature of' our design is fnily represented in the accompanying photographic il|ustrntion, to which reference is inode.

The stove is, in general contour, a. vertically arranged cylinder, supported upon feet. which have a, leaf-like ornament, A, formed upon their fronts, near'the upper end. The base is molded around its edge, the receding surface of the molding being ornamented as at a, and the surface ot' the base has scrolls a' formed on it.. The section B above the base has rectnngunr checkered panels b, the aslrpit door in said section having e like checkered surface. The register U, of l'rusto conical form, has a grated appearance, and is divided 'from section B hyn moldedand ornamented flange, c. The fire pot is encircled by paneled latticework d, constituting the lower portion of the middle section D, in the upper portion of which the iredoors are arranged, the upper and lower parts of s'aid section being divided by enornamental belt, d1. The fire-doors have mica Windows, provided with ornamental oornices d2. The upper section E has a series of checkered panels, e, formed on it, and connects, by n molded and ornnniented base, F, with the middle section. The checkered panels e are separated by bars e having a cross ried surface. The cover G and urn H are also ornamented in the nmnner illustrated.
