  • the apparatus and the method for treating ballast water that controls the flow rate of the ballast water or cooled seawater used as a raw material of sodium hypochlorite in accordance with the concentration of NaCl in the seawater and constantly maintains the current efficiency of the electrolysis module, thereby preventing the treatment efficiency from being lowered in accordance with salt contents different by port and providing the reliability.
