Abstract

Слоистая система, которая наносится способом PVD для покрытия детали, включает по меньшей мере один слой смешанных кристаллов многокомпонентного оксида с таким составом: (Ме11-xМе2x)2О3. При этом Ме1 и Ме2 каждый с по меньшей мере одним из элементов Al, Cr, Fe, Li, Mg, Mn, Nb, Ti, Sb или V. Элементы Ме1 и Ме2 отличаются один от другого. Кристаллическая решетка слоя смешанных кристаллов в слоистой системе, который наносится способом PVD, имеет структуру корунда, которая в измерительном методом рентгеновской дифракции спектра слоя смешанных кристаллов характеризуется по меньшей мере тремя соответствующими структурами корунда линиями. Кроме того, раскрыто способ нанесения покрытий вакуумным напылением для получения слоя смешанных кристаллов многокомпонентного оксида, а также соответствующим образом покрытые инструменты и детали.
