Description
本發明係有關於一種在廣泛利用於圖形領域或電氣.電子零件相關領域等之圖像圖型形成的網版印刷中,可同時以1步驟之網版印刷精度良好地印刷微細點圖型、細線圖型等的微細圖型、以及、較大面積之實心圖型的高品位高精細網版印刷用塗墨組成物、網版印刷該塗墨組成物之印刷物及該印刷物之製造方法。
近來,在汽車儀表板、家電製品之顯示板、平板終端之框邊或殼體之圖案等的圖形裝飾印刷物中隨著設計的多樣化、高精細化持續進展,簡易且低成本地生產共存有微細圖型(例如直徑100μm左右的點圖型或細線圖型等)與面積較大的實心圖型之印刷物的要求增加。又,在實心圖型中,基於提升圖像邊緣部的銳利度並使整平性更良好,而要求共存有微細圖型與實心圖型之印刷圖像的視認性的進一步高品位高精細化。更且,在電氣.電子領域中的導電性迴路印刷或黑色矩陣印刷領域中,除細
線的穩定印刷性外,亦逐漸要求該印刷圖像無浸滲或垂流而成銳利之高度的高精細性,而且,為達低成本化,較理想的是無關印刷面積的大小,能以1次的步驟視認性良好且高精細地進行印刷。
就以往的網版印刷而言,在印刷100μm左右的點圖型或細線圖型時一般係使用呈高黏度且流動性經減少之10~200Pa.s左右的網版印刷用塗墨來進行印刷,但以該高黏度網版印刷用塗墨印刷實心圖型時,由於流動性差,發生實心圖型的不平整或印刷不均而無法避免損及印刷物的視認性。又,為良好地印刷實心圖型而使用數Pa.s左右的低黏度網版印刷用塗墨時,在實心圖型圖像邊緣部發生超過50~100μm左右的垂流,而且,微細圖型發生粗化、垂流或浸滲而無法避免損及印刷物的視認性,因此,對於微細圖型與實心圖型,不易以分別適度地經過調整之個別的塗墨個別地進行網版印刷,而以1步驟之網版印刷製作共存有微細圖型與實心圖型的印刷物。
另一方面,就噴墨印刷而言,一般認定其為能以1步驟精度良好地印刷共存有微細圖型與實心圖型的印刷物者,而嘗試進行諸多採用噴墨印刷之高品位高精細印刷的試運轉,但噴墨印刷在由直徑30μm左右的頭噴嘴噴射塗墨液滴,使該液滴彈著於被印刷體時,會擴散成最低直徑50μm左右,因此,終究造成尤為圖像邊緣部之銳利的直線性發生瑕疵。
此外,平版印刷也被認為是可製作高品位高
精細印刷物的印刷方式,但因刷版的構造呈網眼狀,印刷圖像成為網點的集合印刷,因此,與噴墨印刷同樣地無法避免圖像邊緣部之銳利的直線性發生瑕疵;而且,印刷膜厚薄至1~2μm左右,再者,若與網版印刷物相比,在高膜厚、高耐久性、高耐候性、高耐藥品性、對各種被印刷體之強固的接著性、豐富的機能性等方面較網版印刷物為差,故而,尤其是對於汽車儀表板、家電製品之顯示板、平板終端之框邊或殼體之圖案、電氣.電子零件中之迴路印刷、調光用之黑色矩陣等要求耐久性、機能性等的印刷物製作屬不適合。
於此,先前專利文獻1(日本特開2010-047716號公報)中揭露一種可形成高精細之圖型的網版印刷用導電性塗墨組成物及導電性塗膜,但其中未有對共存有微細圖型與實心圖型的印刷之塗墨的流動性相關的技術探討,從而,微細圖型雖可獲得良好的印刷精度,但實心圖型的整平性差且發生了印刷不均。又,先前專利文獻1中僅限於與導電性塗墨組成物之微細圖型印刷有關的技術範圍。
又,先前專利文獻2(日本特開2003-238876號公報)及先前專利文獻3(日本特開2003-294930號公報)中揭露一種可形成高精細之圖型的網版印刷用塗墨組成物,但與前述先行專利文獻1相同,雖揭露可精度良好地印刷微細圖型之技術,但卻未揭露同時以1步驟印刷實心圖型時之塗墨組成物相關的技術。

本發明係有鑑於上述問題而完成者,係有關於一種到目前為止在網版印刷中仍屬無法實現之可同時以1步驟網版印刷印刷微細點圖型、細線等的微細圖型、以及、較大面積之實心圖型的高品位高精細網版印刷用塗墨組成物、網版印刷該塗墨組成物之印刷物及該印刷物之製造方法。
本發明係有關於一種網版印刷用塗墨組成物,其係在使用以線徑為25μm的高強度無變形不鏽鋼網製版之360網目的網版刷版對被印刷體進行網版印刷而製作印刷物時,可製作相對於前述刷版的圖像設計尺寸,印刷之前述印刷圖像的邊緣的垂流寬度為10μm以內之印刷物的高品位高精細網版印刷用塗墨組成物,其特徵為含有溶劑全體的70重量%以上之沸點為170℃以上的溶劑,含
有相對於前述塗墨組成物總量為2重量%以上之重量平均分子量2000以上的預聚物或聚合物,而且,以BH型旋轉黏度計在25℃下所得的黏度為30~180Pa.s、搖變度為2.0~8.0。
根據本發明之網版印刷用塗墨組成物,能以網版印刷以1次的網版印刷步驟高品位高精細地印刷微細圖型與面積較大的實心圖型。
諸如上述,本發明係有關於一種網版印刷用塗墨組成物,其係在使用以線徑為25μm的高強度無變形不鏽鋼網製版之360網目的網版刷版對被印刷體進行網版印刷而製作印刷物時,可製作相對於前述刷版的圖像設計尺寸,印刷之印刷圖像的邊緣的垂流寬度為10μm以內之印刷物的高品位高精細網版印刷用塗墨組成物,其特徵為含有溶劑全體的70重量%以上之沸點為170℃以上的溶劑,含有相對於前述塗墨組成物總量為2重量%以上之重量平均分子量2000以上的預聚物或聚合物,而且,以BH型旋轉黏度計在25℃下所得的黏度為30~180Pa.s、搖變度為2.0~8.0。
更且,本發明係有關於一種網版印刷用塗墨組成物,
其中前述塗墨組成物其依循JIS K5701-1:2000,在25℃下藉由平行版黏度計(展塗計)以流動性測定法開始測定1分鐘後之前述塗墨組成物的流動半徑測定值為14.0~19.0mm。
再者,本發明係有關於一種網版印刷用塗墨組成物,其中將前述塗墨組成物之前述藉由平行板黏度計以流動性測定法開始測定1分鐘後的流動半徑測定值定義為「F60」,將45秒後的流動半徑測定值定義為「F45」時,「F60」-「F45」≦1.0mm。
再者,本發明係有關於一種網版印刷用塗墨組成物,其中前述塗墨組成物係至少含有著色材、體質顏料、填料中的任1種或複數種或彼等之組合,該著色材、體質顏料或填料係在前述塗墨組成物中以35μm以下之平均粒徑分散的狀態存在。
再者,本發明係有關於一種網版印刷用塗墨組成物,其中前述塗墨組成物為圖形裝飾網版印刷用塗墨組成物。
再者,本發明係有關於一種網版印刷用塗墨組成物,其中前述塗墨組成物係使用於黑色矩陣、黑色條帶、阻劑圖型、間隔物或導光板之點形成的網版印刷用塗墨組成物。
再者,係有關於一種網版印刷用塗墨組成物,其中前述塗墨組成物係包含填料,該填料係具有導電性,而且,該填料係在前述塗墨組成物中以10μm以下之平均粒徑分散的狀態存在。
再者,本發明係有關於一種印刷物,其特徵為使用前述網版印刷用塗墨組成物對被印刷體進行網版印刷而成。
再者,本發明係有關於一種印刷物之製造方法,其係前述印刷物的製造方法,其特徵為藉由將前述網版印刷用塗墨組成物網版印刷於被印刷體來製造印刷物。
本發明之網版印刷用塗墨組成物係含有溶劑全體的70重量%以上之沸點為170℃以上的溶劑。若未含有溶劑全體的70%以上之沸點為170℃以上的溶劑時,由於網版刷版上的塗墨迅速乾燥,使網版刷版發生由塗墨乾燥被膜引起的堵塞,在微細圖型或實心圖像邊緣部產生瑕疵而無法獲得高品位高精細的印刷物。
本發明之網版印刷用塗墨組成物所含有之沸點為170℃以上的溶劑以外的溶劑不特別限定,為了藉由共沸來緩和沸點為170℃以上的溶劑的蒸發速度而使前述網版印刷塗墨組成物在網版上的穩定性更良好,較佳使用沸點不低於100℃的溶劑。
作為本發明中之沸點為170℃以上的溶劑,可舉出異佛爾酮、二元酸酯(DBE)、3-甲氧基-3-甲基丁醇、3-甲氧基-3-甲基丁基乙酸酯、乙二醇單丁醚乙酸酯、超過沸點170℃之煤焦石油腦、二乙二醇單乙醚(乙酸酯)、二乙二醇單丁醚(乙酸酯)、三乙二醇單丁醚(乙酸酯)等的有機溶劑、及/或、藉活化能射線硬化之(甲基)丙烯酸酯單體、乙烯基醚單體、醯胺單體等。
又,作為本發明中之沸點不低於100℃的溶劑之較佳實例,可舉出二甲苯、環己酮、沸點160~170℃之煤焦石油腦、沸點為150~170℃之礦油精、1-甲氧基-2-丙醇、1-甲氧基丙基-2-乙酸酯、二丙酮醇等。
本發明中,溶劑中只要含有溶劑全體量的70重量%以上之沸點為170℃以上者即可,而為了使微細圖型的網版印刷性更穩定,該溶劑的沸點較佳取190℃以上。
然而,由於使用沸點超過250℃的礦物油或植物油等作為溶劑時印刷塗膜的乾燥性會變差,因此,當使用沸點超過250℃的溶劑時,較理想的是相對於溶劑全體量取5重量%以內。
又,本發明之網版印刷用塗墨組成物係至少含有相對於該塗墨組成物總量為2重量%以上之重量平均分子量2000以上的預聚物或聚合物作為黏結劑樹脂。
預聚物或聚合物的重量平均分子量未達2000時,會發生印刷塗膜對被印刷體的接著性或耐久性減弱的缺點;另一方面,重量平均分子量超過200000時,對溶劑的溶解性變差,製造該塗墨組成物需極度耗時費力。因此,更佳之重量平均分子量範圍為4000~100000左右的範圍。
又,重量平均分子量2000以上的預聚物或聚合物的含量相對於該塗墨組成物總量未達2重量%時,會導致印刷塗膜對被印刷體之接著性或耐久性的降低、或發
生所謂著色劑的分散不良所致之對印刷塗膜的不平整或針孔的產生之不良情形。另一方面,若含有超過70重量%時,則黏度變得過高而不易實施均勻的網版印刷、或沸點為170℃以上的溶劑之摻合比率減少,使塗墨在網版刷版上變得更容易乾燥而易使微細圖型發生堵塞。因此,更佳之含量係相對於塗墨組成物總量為5~70重量%左右,再更佳之範圍為10~70重量%,最佳之範圍為15~60重量%,使用於圖形裝飾網版印刷用塗墨時亦較佳為此程度。
本發明之預聚物或聚合物只要是重量平均分子量2000以上,且含量取相對於該塗墨組成物總量為2重量%以上~可溶於該塗墨組成物中之溶劑的摻合量則其種類或摻合比不特別限定,應避免毒性對入類或生物較強者、環境負擔較高者等危險有害性較高者。
作為前述預聚物之實例,可舉出以活化能射線硬化之胺基甲酸酯丙烯酸酯、聚酯丙烯酸酯、環氧丙烯酸酯等;作為前述聚合物,可舉出聚酯樹脂、胺基甲酸酯改質聚酯樹脂、環氧改質聚酯樹脂、丙烯酸改質聚酯樹脂等的各種改質聚酯樹脂、氯乙烯-乙酸乙烯酯共聚合樹脂、丁醛樹脂、聚醚胺基甲酸酯樹脂、聚酯胺基甲酸酯樹脂、聚碳酸酯胺基甲酸酯樹脂、環氧樹脂、酚樹脂、丙烯酸樹脂、聚醯胺樹脂、聚醯胺醯亞胺樹脂、聚烯烴樹脂、氯化聚烯烴樹脂、氯化橡膠、三聚氰胺樹脂、尿素樹脂、乙基纖維素樹脂、硝基纖維素樹脂、纖維素.乙酸酯丁酸
酯(CAB)、纖維素.乙酸酯丙酸酯(CAP)等的改質纖維素樹脂類、松香樹脂、馬來酸樹脂、天然樹脂、醇酸樹脂等,此等可單獨使用或併用之。
再者,本發明之網版印刷用塗墨組成物係具有以BH型旋轉黏度計得到的黏度為30~180Pa.s的黏度,更佳為50~120Pa.s。黏度小於30Pa.s時,微細圖型或實心圖像邊緣部發生浸滲或垂流而無法獲得高品位高精細的印刷圖像,另一方面,黏度大於180Pa.s時則塗墨在網版刷版上不均勻、或塗墨由網版刷版的脫落更趨惡化,致實心圖像產生不均、或者微細圖型或圖像邊緣部產生瑕疵。
又,本發明之網版印刷用塗墨組成物其搖變度(TI值)為2.0~8.0,更佳的是TI值較理想為4.0~7.0。TI值未達2.0時塗墨的流動性較大,縱使例如黏度為180Pa.s,於印刷後隨時間經過印刷圖像仍會發生垂流而使得微細圖型或圖像邊緣部變粗。又,TI值超過8.0時,縱使例如黏度為30Pa.s,塗墨網版刷版從突出量仍過會,使微細圖型或圖像邊緣部發生浸滲而無法獲得銳利的印刷圖像、或者隨時間經過流動性過度惡化,尤其在實心圖像上發生不平整。
於此,本發明中的前述TI值係指25℃下之以BH型旋轉黏度計2旋轉所得的黏度值與以20旋轉所得的黏度值得比,亦即,表示[以BH型旋轉黏度計2旋轉所得的黏度值/以BH型旋轉黏度計20旋轉所得的黏度值]的
值。
又,本發明中,前述塗墨組成物其依循JIS K5701-1:2000,在25℃下藉由平行版黏度計(展塗計)以流動性測定法開始測定1分鐘後之前述塗墨組成物的流動半徑測定值(以下表記為流動值)較佳為14.0~19.0mm。更佳為15.0~18.0mm。流動值未達14.0mm時,由於有塗墨不易從網版刷版突出的傾向,因此需耗費增加網版印刷時之刮板的印刷壓力等工夫;另一方面,流動值大於19.0mm時,由於有塗墨從網版刷版突出的量增多的傾向,因此需耗費縮小網版印刷時之刮板的印刷壓力等工夫。
更且,前述流動值係如前述表示在並行板黏度計開始測定1分鐘後之塗墨流動的半徑值(於此,將其定義為「F60」),於此,將並行板黏度計開始測定45秒後的半徑值定義為「F45」時,前述塗墨組成物只要為前述的流動值範圍,而且,「F60」-「F45」≦1.0mm則可更佳地獲得穩定的高品位高精細印刷圖像。其原因在於,印刷時的塗墨具有適度的流動性,而且印刷後成為不易隨時間經過大幅度地擴大垂流的流動性特性。
本發明之前述塗墨組成物係至少使用以線徑為25μm的高強度無變形不鏽鋼網製版之360網目的網版刷版對被印刷體進行網版印刷而製作印刷物時,可製作相對於前述刷版的圖像設計尺寸,印刷之圖像的邊緣的垂流寬度為10μm以內之印刷物的高品位高精細網版印刷用塗
墨組成物。該印刷圖像的邊緣的垂流寬度超過10μm時,以目視亦可辨識出該印刷圖像相對於前述刷版之圖像設計的粗化,該印刷圖像可看出變模糊而稱不上是高品位高精細的裝飾印刷。
所述前述高品位高精細網版印刷用塗墨組成物係如前述,可透過至少含有溶劑全體的70重量%以上之沸點為170℃以上的溶劑,至少含有相對於前述塗墨組成物總量為2重量%以上之重量平均分子量2000以上的預聚物或聚合物,而且,以BH型旋轉黏度計在25℃下所得的黏度至少為30~180Pa.s、搖變度至少為2.0~8.0來調整。
加之,所述前述高品位高精細網版印刷用塗墨組成物係透過採用前述及/或後述之「較佳的要件及/或較理想的要件」,來更容易地製造之、或進一步提升作為印刷物之高品位高精細的品質。
於此,當前述刷圖像的邊緣的垂流寬度為「零」μm時,則完全無印刷之塗墨的垂流而能夠按照前述刷版的圖像設計進行印刷,但由於前述刷版係以編成網版篩的狀態存在,當印刷後塗墨完全無垂流時則會受到該網版篩存在的影響而在印刷圖像邊緣部容易產生微小的缺損或毛紋。從而,較理想的是前述裝飾印刷圖像的垂流寬度較佳為2~10μm,更佳為3~8μm。
其次,就較佳之網版篩、網版刷版、網版印刷條件的實例加以記述。
作為以高強度無變形不鏽鋼網製版之360網目的網版篩,可舉ASADA MESH(股)製之HS-D360(篩線徑為25μm 、經壓光加工處理之篩厚度29μm、開口率42%、ASADA MESH(股)所揭示之強度指數2.56)。
刷版為不鏽鋼.不鏽鋼之網目線劃混合版,以適當的市售感光性乳劑調成乳劑厚度7~20μm,更且,乳劑表面較佳經過平坦加工處理。
就網版印刷條件,可舉出使用硬度60~90度之刮板,間隙取3~7mm、刮板印壓取1.5~2.0mm壓入量、刮板角度取50~80度、刮板速度取80~300mm/秒、刮刀壓力取1.0~2.0mm壓入量作為較佳之一例。
於此,本發明之網版印刷用塗墨組成物係以在至少使用以線徑為25μm的高強度無變形不鏽鋼網製版之360網目的網版刷版進行網版印刷的印刷物中,可製作相對於前述刷版的圖像設計尺寸,印刷之圖像的邊緣的垂流寬度為10μm以內之印刷物為必須要件,從而,即便使用以其他的網版篩製版的網版刷版進行印刷,當網版印刷用塗墨組成物處於本發明之必須要件的範疇時,該網版印刷用塗墨組成物亦屬本發明之技術範疇。
另外,理所當然者,使用以超過360網目(例如500網目、640網目、840網目等)的高強度無變形不鏽鋼網製版的網版刷版時,理應印刷圖像邊緣的垂流會更少,而且印刷圖像邊緣部會更為銳利。
又,當本發明之網版印刷用塗墨組成物含有
著色材、體質顏料、填料的任1種或複數種或彼等之組合時,該著色材、體質顏料、填料較佳在前述塗墨組成物中以35μm以下之平均粒徑分散的狀態存在。分散後若存在有平均粒徑超過35μm的著色材、體質顏料、填料時,前述360網目之網版刷版的網孔間隙會發生堵塞而有印刷圖像產生缺損或針孔的可能性。
使著色材、體質顏料、填料分散於本發明之網版印刷用塗墨組成物的方法不特別限定,舉例來說,有採用攪拌翼攪拌式分散機、珠粒式分散機、三輥磨機式分散機的分散。
前述著色劑、前述體質顏料、前述填料不特別限定,作為前述著色劑之實例,可舉出偶氮顏料、重氮顏料、雙偶氮顏料、酞菁顏料、蒽醌系顏料、異吲哚啉顏料、二噁嗪顏料、喹吖啶酮顏料、苝系顏料、碳黑顏料、色澱黑顏料、苝黑顏料、苯胺黑顏料、氧化鐵顏料、鈦顏料、硫化鋅顏料、及、各種彩色染料等,此等能以1種或組合複數種使用,此類著色材較佳以相對於塗墨組成物為95重量%以下的摻合比使用。更佳為50重量%以下。
作為前述體質顏料之實例,可舉出(微粒子)二氧化矽、滑石、碳酸鈣、碳酸鎂、膨潤土、沉降性硫酸鋇、氧化鋅、氧化鋁等,此等能以1種或組合複數種使用,此類體質顏料較佳以相對於塗墨組成物為30重量%以下的摻合比使用。
作為前述填料之實例,可舉出樹脂珠、金屬
粒子、金屬粉、金屬氧化物粉、石墨、珍珠顏料、螢光顏料、蠟粒子、蛋白質粉末等。又,亦可為與紫外線吸收材料、抗菌材料、熱吸收材料、折射率調整材料、滑動性賦予材料、防滑動性材料、蓄光性材料、偏光性材料、抗反射材料、擴散性材料等的機能性材料類似者。此等能以1種或組合複數種使用,此類填料較佳以相對於塗墨組成物為95重量%以下的摻合比使用,更佳為50重量%以下,再更佳為30重量%以下。
將前述塗墨組成物作為圖形裝飾網版印刷用塗墨使用時,可製作在目前的網版印刷中無法實現之具有圖像邊緣部優良的直線性、微細點無缺損或垂流之優良的精密性,而且,同時兼備豐富的色彩表現性、各種機能性之高品位高精細的圖形裝飾網版印刷物。
又,含有前述著色劑、前述體質顏料、前述填料等的本發明之網版印刷用塗墨組成物不限於前述圖形裝飾網版印刷物,在使用於用以提高顯示器之視認性的黑色矩陣或條帶印刷、供發揮作為阻劑之機能的圖型印刷、用以防止構件與構件接觸的間隔物印刷、為了在導光板確保均勻的輝度而設計成特定之面積的點印刷等對電氣.電子零件的印刷時亦可製作高精細的網版印刷物。
一般而言,黑色矩陣或條帶印刷大多使用隱蔽性較高的黑色塗墨;阻劑印刷或間隔物印刷大多使用白色塗墨、黑色塗墨、彩色塗墨、透明塗墨、擴散性塗墨、及/或彼等的混合塗墨;導光板點印刷則大多使用含有二氧化矽或
各種珠粒等具有光擴散性機能之填料的塗墨。
本發明之前述塗墨組成物所含的填料亦可為具有導電性的填料。作為所述導電性填料,可舉出金粉、銀粉、銅粉、鐵粉、銦粉、鎢粉、及/或、彼等的氧化物或錯合物、甚或石墨、碳黑等。而且,含該導電性填料的印刷塗墨組成物,透過選擇導電性填料的種類及摻合量,可形成符合印刷塗膜之目的的電阻值,例如,適當選擇體積電阻值10-2Ω/cm以下、10-2Ω/cm~10Ω/cm、10Ω/cm~106Ω/cm等的範圍。又,前述導電性填料,彼等可單獨使用或組合複數種使用。
所述導電性填料,為了確保印刷物中的穩定的電阻值性能,係以在前述塗墨組成物中以10μm以下之平均粒徑分散的狀態存在為佳。又,就其摻合量,為獲得符合目的的電阻值,較佳在前述塗墨組成物中以95重量%以下的摻合量範圍摻合對目的性能屬合適的量。
在使用導電性填料的導電性網版印刷用塗墨組成物中,作為黏結劑樹脂較佳相對於該導電性網版印刷用塗墨組成物總量以2~40重量%左右使用重量平均分子量3000~30000左右的聚酯樹脂、丙烯酸樹脂、環氧樹脂、硝基纖維素樹脂、乙基纖維素樹脂、松香改質馬來酸樹脂、胺基甲酸酯丙烯酸酯預聚物、聚酯丙烯酸酯預聚物、環氧丙烯酸酯預聚物等、及由彼等之組合構成的樹脂或預聚物等。又,作為溶劑,能以溶劑總量的70重量%以上的量使用前述沸點為170℃以上的溶劑,更且,前述
導電性填料較佳如上述,依據目標之導電性能以相對於導電性網版印刷用塗墨組成物總量為95重量%以下的量使用,亦可進一步視需求添加消泡劑、整平劑、分散劑等的添加劑。
又,在以該導電性網版印刷用塗墨組成物形成的塗膜中,若要求體積電阻值比10-2Ω/cm左右更低的電阻值時,較佳將金粉、銀粉、銅粉、鐵粉、銦粉、鎢粉、及/或彼等的氧化物或錯合物用於導電性填料;要求10-2Ω/cm~10Ω/cm左右的體積電阻值時,較佳將石墨、碳黑、或、彼等之組合用於導電性填料;要求超過10Ω/cm的體積電阻值時則較佳將碳黑主要使用於導電性填料。
又,本發明係提供一種印刷物,其特徵為使用前述網版印刷用塗墨組成物對被印刷體進行網版印刷而成。
更且,本發明係提供一種印刷物之製造方法,其特徵為藉由將前述網版印刷用塗墨組成物網版印刷於被印刷體來製造印刷物。
於此,在本發明所提供的印刷物及印刷物之製造方法中,作為所使用的被印刷體,可舉出銅版紙、塗佈紙、各種合成紙、木材、塗裝版、玻璃、金屬、聚酯(PET)、聚碳酸酯(PC)、丙烯酸、聚丙烯(PP)、聚乙烯(PE)、氯乙烯等、各種板狀基材、片狀基材、膜上基材等。
以下,將本發明之實施例與比較例示於[表1]。此外,本發明不限定於此實施例。
對於實施例及比較例之網版印刷用塗墨組成
物,將表1記載之材料以該表記載的摻合比(重量%)使用漿葉旋轉式攪拌機均勻地攪拌混合後利用三輥磨機分散機以2道次進行製造,並針對塗墨組成物以前述方法測定黏度、TI值、流動值(F60)、F60-F45值。
其次,將實施例及比較例之網版印刷用塗墨組成物使用以ASADA MESH(股)製之HS-D360(篩線徑為25μm 、經壓光加工處理之篩厚度29μm、開口率42%、ASADA MESH(股)所揭示之強度指數2.56)製版的網版刷版(乳劑厚度15μm、乳劑面經平坦加工處理)網版印刷於表1記載之被印刷體。此時的網版印刷條件係設為「硬度80度刮板、間隙5mm、刮板印壓1.5mm壓入量、刮板角度75度、刮板速度100mm/秒、刮板壓力1.5mm壓入量」。
此外,該網版刷版其印刷圖像設計係設計成共存有100μm 點圖型、與印刷方向平行的100μm縱細線圖型、與印刷方向垂直且具有150μm之間隙的線寬100μm的橫細線圖型以及1邊為100mm的正方形的實心圖型。
印刷實施例及比較例之網版印刷用塗墨組成物時之圖像邊緣的垂流寬度的測定係以配載有微距量測機能之數位顯微鏡200倍觀察在網版刷版中印刷有與印刷方向垂直且具有150μm之間隙的線寬100μm的橫細線圖型的印刷塗膜圖像部分,測定印刷之前述橫細線的間隙後,算出與刷版設計間隙值150μm的差。例如,印刷之前述
橫細線的間隙為140μm時,則與刷版設計間隙值150μm的差為10μm,但就前述橫細線而言,由於圖像邊緣係存在於兩側,故單側之圖像邊緣的垂流寬度為5μm,而將其作為「圖像邊緣的垂流寬度」。
印刷圖像之高品位高精細度的評定係以目視及數位顯微鏡200倍觀察,依下述方式判定。此外,針對印刷至第20張的印刷物實施該評定。
[100μm 點之印刷圖像的高品位高精細度]的評定
◎:100個之該點的形狀全無缺損等瑕疵。
○:100個中的1~5個之該點有微細的缺損、浸滲、形狀變形。
△:100個中的6~30個之該點有缺損、浸滲、形狀變形。
×:100個中的31個以上之該點有些許的異常。
[100μm橫細線之印刷圖像的高品位高精細度]的評定
◎:完全無垂流、變形、浸滲、缺損等瑕疵。
○:雖有10μm左右的粗化、細化,但無浸滲、缺損等瑕疵。
△:發生了11μm以上的粗化、細化。
×:發生了細線的缺損。

精細度]的評定
◎:整平性良好,為平滑的印刷圖像。
○:整平性稍差,但為實用上的容許範圍。
△:整平性屬實用上的容許範圍,但發生了印刷不均。
×:整平性差而實用上無可容許,且發生了印刷不均。
此外,使用實施例1之塗墨組成物網版印刷線寬200μm的黑色矩陣(格子)印刷、及、線寬150μm的黑色條帶線的結果,可獲得無浸滲或缺損等瑕疵且線的單側垂流寬度為5μm之高精細的網版印刷物。
又,使用實施例2之塗墨組成物印刷包含100μm線寬的阻劑圖型的結果,可獲得無浸滲或缺損等瑕疵且圖型邊緣的垂流寬度為6μm之高精細的網版印刷物。
又,使用實施例7之塗墨組成物印刷80μm見方面積、膜厚25μm的間隔物圖型的結果,可獲得無浸滲或缺損等瑕疵且圖型邊緣的垂流寬度為10μm之高精細的網版印刷物。
又,使用實施例8之塗墨組成物印刷包含100μm 之點圖型的導光板點群的結果,可獲得無浸滲或缺損等瑕疵且圖型邊緣的垂流寬度為7μm之高精細的網版印刷物。
又,以實施例9、實施例10之塗墨組成物所製作之塗膜的體積電阻值測定結果,各為7.1×10-1Ω/cm、3.4×10-1Ω/cm,可確認獲得作為導電性塗膜之所預期的性能。
Claims (7)
- 一種網版印刷用塗墨組成物,其係依循JIS K5701-1:2000,在25℃下藉由平行版黏度計(展塗計(spread meter))以流動性測定法開始測定1分鐘後之前述塗墨組成物的流動半徑測定值為14.0~19.0mm,且將前述藉由平行板黏度計以流動性測定法開始測定1分鐘後的流動半徑測定值定義為「F60」,將45秒後的流動半徑測定值定義為「F45」時,「F60」-「F45」≦1.0mm;該塗墨組成物係為在使用以線徑為25μm的高強度無變形不鏽鋼網製版之360網目的網版刷版對被印刷體進行網版印刷而製作印刷物時,可製作相對於前述刷版的圖像設計尺寸,經印刷之印刷圖像的邊緣的垂流寬度為10μm以內之印刷物的高品位高精細網版印刷用塗墨組成物;該塗墨組成物含有溶劑全體的70重量%以上之沸點為170℃以上的溶劑,且含有相對於前述塗墨組成物總量為2重量%以上之重量平均分子量2000以上的預聚物或聚合物,而且該塗墨組成物以BH型旋轉黏度計在25℃下所得的黏度為30~180Pa‧s、搖變度(TI值)為2.0~8.0。
- 如請求項1之網版印刷用塗墨組成物,其中前述塗墨組成物係至少含有著色材、體質顏料、填料中的任1種或彼等之組合,該著色材、體質顏料或填料係在前述塗墨組成物中以35μm以下之平均粒徑分散的狀態存在。
- 如請求項1或2之網版印刷用塗墨組成物,其中 前述塗墨組成物為圖形裝飾網版印刷用塗墨組成物。
- 如請求項1或2之網版印刷用塗墨組成物,其中前述塗墨組成物係使用於黑色矩陣、黑色條帶、阻劑圖型、間隔物或導光板之點形成的網版印刷用塗墨組成物。
- 如請求項1或2之網版印刷用塗墨組成物,其中前述塗墨組成物係包含具有導電性的填料,而且,該填料係在前述塗墨組成物中以10μm以下之平均粒徑分散的狀態存在。
- 一種印刷物,其特徵為使用如請求項1~5中任一項之網版印刷用塗墨組成物對被印刷體進行網版印刷而成。
- 一種印刷物之製造方法,其係印刷物的製造方法,其特徵為藉由將如請求項1~5中任一項之網版印刷用塗墨組成物網版印刷於被印刷體來製造印刷物。
