Abstract

Problema En los últimos años, la serigrafía de alta velocidad usando prensas de cilindros se lleva a cabo con una mayor variedad de diseños para el material impreso, no sólo para la decoración de gráficos, sino también para la serigrafía de alta velocidad en piezas eléctricas y electrónicas, así como el aumento de alta definición de las imágenes impresas, y la demanda va en aumento por el costo más conveniente y más bajo y una producción más rápida de material impreso que comprende tanto los patrones finos como patrones sólidos de área amplia. También se desea una mayor calidad y mayor definición de la visibilidad de las imágenes impresas que comprenden tanto los patrones finos como patrones sólidos, mediante la mejora de la nitidez de las secciones de borde de imagen en patrones sólidos y al mismo tiempo la obtención de una propiedad de nivelación satisfactoria. Medios de solución Una composición de tinta para serigrafía de alta velocidad, que es una composición de tinta para serigrafía alta velocidad de alta calidad/alta definición, cuando la producción de material impreso por serigrafía de alta velocidad sobre un objeto que se desea imprimir, utilizando una placa de serigrafía hecha mediante trabajo plano realizado por una película de emulsión fotosensible sobre una placa de impresión de malla de poliéster de 355 mallas/pulgada, a una velocidad de escobilla de goma de 400 mm/seg, produce material impreso con una anchura de propagación o difusión de borde de la imagen impresa de no más de 10 µm a partir de las dimensiones de diseño de la imagen impresa de la placa de impresión, la composición de tinta para la serigrafía de alta velocidad que contiene un disolvente con un punto de ebullición de no menos de 170°C a no menos de 70% en peso del total de disolvente, y un prepolímero o polímero con un peso molecular promedio en peso de no menos de 2000 a no menos de 7% en peso con respecto a la composición total de la tinta, y que tiene una viscosidad de no menos de 6 Pa.s y menos de 30 Pa.s, medido con un viscosímetro rotatorio de tipo BH a 25°C, y un índice tixotrópico (valor TI) de 2.0 a 8.0, el valor del radio de flujo medido de 14.0 a 24.0 mm después de 1 minuto desde el comienzo de la medición por un método de medición de propiedad de flujo usando un medidor de propagación a 25°C de acuerdo con JIS K5701- 1:2000.
