Abstract
En los últimos años, con la creciente diversidad de diseño de material impreso y una mayor definición de las imágenes impresas por serigrafía sobre partes eléctricas y electrónicas compuestas de sustratos de resina termoplástica y serigrafía para la decoración de gráficos, la demanda es cada vez mayor para la producción con costo menor y más conveniente de material impreso que comprende tanto patrones finos como patrones sólidos de área amplia. También una mayor calidad y mayor definición de la visibilidad de las imágenes impresas se desea que comprende ambos patrones finos y patrones sólidos, mediante la mejora de la nitidez de las secciones de borde de imagen en patrones sólidos y al mismo tiempo también se obtiene una propiedad de nivelación satisfactoria. Además, se desea la flexibilidad para material impreso de alta calidad/alta definición para permitir el conformado de forma tridimensional. Una composición de la tinta para la serigrafía para ser utilizada sobre un sustrato de resina termoplástica, que puede producir material impreso que comprende tanto un patrón de imagen sólida como un patrón de imagen fina con la anchura de propagación de no más de 10 µm desde las dimensiones de diseño de imagen de la placa de impresión en los bordes o contornos de cualquier sección en la imagen impresa, cuando se produce material impreso por serigrafía sobre un sustrato de resina termoplástica utilizando una placa serigráfica de malla 360 formada por una malla de acero inoxidable, de alta resistencia, sin deformación, con un diámetro de filamento de 25 µm, en el que el valor del radio de flujo medido de la composición de la tinta es de 13.0 a 24.0 mm después de 1 minuto desde el inicio de la medición por un método de medición de la propiedad de flujo usando un medidor de propagación a 25°C de acuerdo con JIS K5701-1:2000, la desigualdad "F60" - "F45" = 1.0 mm se cumple, en el que "F60" se define como el valor del radio de flujo después de 1 minuto y "F45" se define como el valor del radio de flujo medido después de 45 segundos desde el inicio de la medición por el método de medición de la propiedad de flujo usando el medidor de propagación, la viscosidad es de 5 a 180 Pas medida con un viscosímetro rotatorio de tipo BH a 25°C, el índice tixotrópico (valor TI) es de 2.0 a 8.0, la composición contiene un disolvente con un punto de ebullición de no menos de 170°C a no menos de 70% en masa del total de disolvente y un polímero termoplástico con un peso molecular promedio en peso de no menos de 4000 y con un Tg de 20 a 95°C a no menos de 10% en masa con respecto a la composición de la tinta total, y que puede producir productos de imprenta, en el que la película de revestimiento de la imagen impresa tiene un porcentaje de elongación de no menos de 250% bajo la conformación al vacío o la conformación a presión.
