於建材、玻璃等之表面形成光觸媒層,若照射紫外線或可見光,光觸媒激發,藉其,分解、除去有機物等,或顯現親水性、防霧性、防污性等。若建材、玻璃等之表面成為親水性,與水之接觸角度變小,附著於表面之水滴擴展,成為水膜,故可防止水滴造成表面塗裝之燒傷,或可防止微細的水滴附著所產生的霧狀,提昇視野。又,於建材、玻璃等之表面即使污垢附著,因光觸媒親水性的效果,雨等之水潛入於污垢之下面,剝離污垢,故可得到易洗淨污垢之防污性效果。進一步,藉光觸媒親水性製作水膜而冷卻夏場的壁面以調節室溫等,應用於各種方面。
以往,固定建材、玻璃等之時,於各建材之接頭部分或玻璃與框部(窗部)之間隙係主要以來自雨水之防水與從外部施加之應力所產生之建材、玻璃等膨脹收縮的吸收為目的,可使用密封材。此密封材係主要可舉例如聚矽氧系、改性聚矽氧系、聚硫醚系、聚胺基甲酸酯系之4種,但,任一者均受密封材之可塑化成分的滲出而污染之光觸媒層成為撥水性的狀態,故有很難顯現光觸媒層之親水性效果的問題。因此,在專利文獻1中係已記載為防止密封材之可塑化成分的溶出,使氟系、聚矽氧系、改性聚矽氧系、聚硫醚系、聚異丁烯系之樹脂塗膜形成於密封材的表面。

在前述專利文獻1中係形成氟系、聚矽氧系、改性聚矽氧系、聚硫醚系、聚異丁烯系之樹脂塗膜作為密封材成分之溶出防止層,但因長期間使用,防止溶出之效果弱,密封材成分會徐緩地滲出,光觸媒受污染,光觸媒親水性降低之問題仍存在。
本發明人等探究各種於密封材的可塑化成分等滲出防止具有長期間效果之樹脂的結果,發現於環氧樹脂使聚合性不飽和單體接枝聚合或其聚合而成之改性環氧樹脂其效果高,終完成本發明。
亦即,本發明係一種防止光觸媒親水性降低之方法,其係在用以固定(密封)於至少一部份表面形成有光觸媒層的物品之密封材之表面,形成於環氧樹脂上含有使聚合性不飽和單體接枝聚合或共聚合而成之改性環氧樹脂之透明性密封材成分滲出防止層。
又,本發明係一種物品的處理方法,其係具備:於以密封材所固定(密封)之物品表面至少一部份形成光觸媒層的步驟、於前述密封材之表面形成前述之透明性密封材成分滲出防止層之步驟。尤其係一種玻璃構造物之處理方法,其係具備:於玻璃與框部之間填充有密封材之玻璃構造物中,於前述玻璃之表面至少一部份形成光觸媒層的步驟、於前述密封材之表面形成前述之透明性密封材成分滲出防止層之步驟。
又,本發明係一種物品,其係於物品表面之至少一部分具備光觸媒層,於用以固定(密封)物品之密封材表面具備前述之透明性密封材成分滲出防止層,尤其係一種玻璃構造物,其係於玻璃與框部之間填充有密封材之玻璃構造物,且於玻璃之表面至少一部份具備光觸媒層,於前述密封材之表面具備前述之透明性密封材成分滲出防止層。
進一步本發明係一種防止光觸媒親水性降低用透明性組成物,其係於環氧樹脂中含有使聚合性不飽和單體接枝聚合或共聚合而成之改性環氧樹脂。
藉由在用以固定(密封)於至少一部份表面形成有光觸媒層的物品之密封材之表面,形成於環氧樹脂上含有使聚合性不飽和單體接枝聚合或共聚合而成之改性環氧樹脂之透明性密封材成分滲出防止層,可防止密封材之滲出,可長期間維持光觸媒親水性。又,前述之密封材成分滲出防止層係即使增厚膜厚,亦具有透明性,故適宜於玻璃構造物等之透明性物品。
又藉由具備:於以密封材所固定(密封)之物品表面至少一部份形成光觸媒層的步驟、於前述密封材之表面形成前述之密封材成分滲出防止層之步驟,在零件被施工之現場可形成光觸媒層、密封材成分滲出防止層。
又藉由於物品表面之至少一部分具備光觸媒層,於用以固定(密封)物品之密封材表面具備前述之密封材成分滲出防止層,可長期間維持光觸媒親水性。藉此,又,可長期間防止水滴造成表面塗裝之燒傷,或可長期間防止微細的水滴附著所產生的霧狀,並可提昇視野。又,亦可對物品長期間賦予易洗淨物品表面之污垢的防污性效果、室溫調節功能。
進一步,為於環氧樹脂上含有使聚合性不飽和單體接枝聚合或共聚合而成之改性環氧樹脂之光觸媒親水性降低防止用透明性組成物,除新設之光觸媒性物品外,亦可適用於已設之光觸媒性物品,可使用於光觸媒親水性之降低防止。
[用以實施發明之形態]
本發明係防止因密封材成分的滲出所造成之光觸媒親水性降低的方法,在用以固定(密封)於至少一部份表面形成有光觸媒層的物品之密封材之表面,形成於環氧樹脂上含有使聚合性不飽和單體接枝聚合或共聚合而成之改性環氧樹脂之透明性密封材成分滲出防止層。就物品而言係可使用各種者。例如就構成建築物者而言,可使用常被使用之各種PC板、窯業系建材、金屬系建材等。尤其於建築物之外裝材所使用的建材、玻璃等係可活用光觸媒親水性,故適宜。又,亦可使用於建築物之內裝材所使用的建材、玻璃等。於物品之表面的至少一部分係形成光觸媒層。光觸媒層宜為透明者,若光觸媒層為透明,亦可使用於玻璃等之透明性物品,故於可適用之物品限制很少,故佳。又,亦可於物品之表面預先形成基底層(第一層),於其上形成光觸媒層(第二層)。
所謂光觸媒係若照射具有其能帶以上之能量的光,為顯現光觸媒功能(光觸媒親水性)之粒子,可使用一種或二種以上氧化鈦、氧化鋅、氧化鎢、氧化鐵、鈦酸鍶等之公知的金屬化合物半導體。尤其,宜為具有優異之光觸媒功能、化學上安定且無毒之氧化鈦。氧化鈦係除了氧化鈦之外,尚包含一般被稱為含水氧化鈦、水合氧化鈦、正鈦酸、偏鈦酸、氫氧化鈦者,銳鈦礦型、板鈦礦型、金紅石型等之中任一者的結晶形,又,亦可為此等之混晶形。進一步為提昇觸媒之功能,於其粒子內部及/或其粒子表面亦可含有由V、Fe、Co、Ni、Cu、Zn、Ru、Rh、Pt、Pd及Ag所構成之群中選出的元素之至少一種的金屬及/或其化合物。光觸媒之粒徑,因具有優異之光觸媒功能,宜為微細者,更佳係1~500nm之範圍,更宜為1~400nm之範圍,最宜為1~300nm的範圍。
又,光觸媒係宜具有藉可見光之照射所激發之可見光應答能的氧化鈦。一般可激發氧化鈦之紫外光係於自然光中只含有數%,故藉由使光觸媒形成可見光應答型,可有效地利用自然光而有效地分解被處理對象物。具有可見光應答能的氧化鈦係可使用公知者,可適宜使用例如:於氧化鈦粒子摻雜硫(S)、氮(N)、碳(C)等之異種元素者,於氧化鈦粒子使異種之金屬離子固溶者,使鹵化鉑化合物或羥氧化鐵等擔持於氧化鈦粒子的表面者,或,氧化鈦粒子與氧化鐵、氧化鎢等可見光區域顯現光觸媒活性之化合物者進行複合者,改變氧化鈦之鈦與氧的組成者等。
為於物品之表面形成光觸媒層係宜使用至少含有光觸媒與溶劑之組成物、進一步使用至少含有光觸媒與溶劑與用以固定光觸媒之黏結劑的組成物。溶劑係可使用甲苯、二甲苯等之芳香族系、丁醇、異丙醇、乙醇等之醇系、環己烷等之烴系、醋酸乙酯、醋醇丁酯、甲基丁基酮或水等。又,黏結劑係可使用有機系黏結劑、無機系黏結劑之任一者。有機系黏結劑可舉例如丙烯酸樹脂、環氧樹脂、聚酯樹脂、醋酸乙烯酯樹脂、聚乙烯醇、尿素樹脂、酚樹脂、氟樹脂、聚矽氧樹脂、有機聚矽氧烷、聚胺基甲酸酯樹脂、紫外線硬化樹脂、電子束硬化樹脂等。又,無機系黏結劑可舉例如水玻璃、膠體二氧化矽、水泥、石膏、水玻璃、硼蠟等。使光觸媒、溶劑、依需要之黏結劑使用公知之方法而混合以得到組成物。組成物中之光觸媒的量宜為5~98重量%,更宜為25~98重量%、最宜為30~98重量%,尤宜為40~98重量%。使用水泥或石膏時,光觸媒之含量宜為5~40重量%。更宜為5~25重量%。光觸媒之量若少於前述之下限範圍,無法充分得到光觸媒之功能,故不佳,又,若多於前述之上限範圍,很難分散,故不佳。又,於光觸媒層形成用組成物中係亦可適當調配分散劑、分散安定劑、偶合劑、硬化劑、交聯劑、聚合起始劑、黏度調整劑、增黏劑等。
宜使前述之光觸媒層形成用組成物塗佈或噴向建材、玻璃等之物品,然後,以20~200℃左右的溫度乾燥而形成光觸媒層。又,依需要而亦可以200~700℃左右的溫度燒成。為塗佈或噴向光觸媒層形成用組成物,係可以以往公知的方法進行,例如以含浸法、浸塗法、旋塗法、刮塗法、輥塗法、線棒塗佈法、逆式輥塗佈法、刷毛塗佈等塗佈,或,以噴塗法等之方法噴出。光觸媒層之厚度係可適當設定,但,為確保透明性,宜為0.001~1000μm左右。光觸媒層係亦可形成於密封材成分滲出防止層之上,更宜從離密封材成分滲出防止層約1~5mm左右而形成。
定位物品而固定時,使各物品之接頭部分(目地部分)或框部(窗部)之間隙部分密材(用以遮蔽空氣或水等之密閉手段)之密封材係可使用以往公知之密封材,可舉例如聚矽氧系、改性聚矽氧系、聚硫醚系、聚胺基甲酸酯系之樹脂。尤其對於使用聚矽氧系樹脂與硬化劑之二液硬化型的密封材,效果高,進一步對於使用六亞甲基二異氰酸酯、4,4’-二苯基甲烷二異氰酸酯、甲苯基二異氰酸酯、二甲苯二異氰酸酯、芳香族異氰酸酯等之異氰酸酯化合物作為硬化劑之密封材,可得到優異之效果。
於物品上之密封材的表面係形成於環氧樹脂上含有使聚合性不飽和單體接枝聚合或共聚合而成之改性環氧樹脂之透明性密封材成分滲出防止層。密封材成分滲出防止層係除了後述之透明性改性環氧樹脂外,進一步亦可含有分散劑、分散安定化劑、偶合劑、硬化劑、交聯劑、聚合起始劑、黏度調整劑、增黏劑類、改質樹脂等之塗料用添加劑等,但使用鋁薄片等之著色顏料而使密封材成分滲出防止層不透明化。
於透明性改性環氧樹脂所使用之環氧樹脂係可使用一般之環氧樹脂,但宜為於1分子中具有2個以上的環氧基、且平均環氧當量約為150~約1000的範圍之環氧樹脂,更宜平均環氧當量約為150~約500的範圍。若環氧樹脂之環氧當量超過約1000,所得到之改性環氧樹脂對溶劑油(Mineral spirit)之溶解性降低,或硬化性降低,故不佳。環氧樹脂係可舉例如雙酚A型環氧樹脂、雙酚F型環氧樹脂、雙酚AD型環氧樹脂,使上述環氧樹脂以二鹼酸等改性之環氧酯樹脂、脂環式環氧樹脂、聚甘醇型環氧樹脂、含有環氧基之丙烯酸樹脂等。具體上係可使用DER-331J(Dow Chemical公司製)、EPON #828、834、806H(油化Shell公司製)、GY#260(旭Ciba公司製)、Epomix R#140P(三井石油化學工業公司製)、Epotohto YD128(東都化成公司製)、ERL-4221、4229(Union Carbide公司製)、Denacol EX-830(長瀨化成工業公司製)等之市售品。又,該環氧樹脂係宜為平均環氧當量約150~約1000的範圍內者,但即使併用例如環氧當量約1500左右的環氧樹脂,若全體平均環氧當量為約150~約1000的範圍內之環氧樹脂的混合物即可使用。
於透明性改性環氧樹脂所使用之聚合性不飽和單體係可舉例如含有羧基之單體及其他之聚合性不飽和單體。含有羧基之單體可舉例如丙烯酸、甲基丙烯酸、巴豆酸、衣康酸、馬來酸、富馬酸、2-羧基乙基(甲基)丙烯酸酯、2-羧基丙基(甲基)丙烯酸酯、5-羧基戊基(甲基)丙烯酸酯等。其他之聚合性不飽和單體可舉例如(甲基)丙烯酸甲酯、(甲基)丙烯酸乙酯、(甲基)丙烯酸丙酯、(甲基)丙烯酸異丙酯、(甲基)丙烯酸正丁酯、(甲基)丙烯酸異丁酯、(甲基)丙烯酸第三丁酯、(甲基)丙烯酸己酯、(甲基)丙烯酸2-乙基己酯、(甲基)丙烯酸正辛酯、丙烯酸癸酯、(甲基)丙烯酸硬脂酯、丙烯酸月桂酯、(甲基)丙烯酸環己酯等之丙烯酸或甲基丙烯酸之碳數1~24的烷基酯或環烷基酯;(甲基)丙烯酸甲氧基丁酯、(甲基)丙烯酸甲氧基乙酯、(甲基)丙烯酸乙氧基丁酯等之丙烯酸或甲基丙烯酸的碳數2~18之烷氧基烷基酯;2-羥乙基(甲基)丙烯酸酯、3-羥丙基(甲基)丙烯酸酯、羥丁基(甲基)丙烯酸酯等之丙烯酸或甲基丙烯酸之碳數2~8的羥基烷基酯;苯乙烯、α-甲基苯乙烯、氯化乙烯、丁二烯等。又,與密封材之附著性、乾燥性等之點,適宜使含有烷氧基甲矽烷基的單體作為共聚合成分。含有烷氧基甲矽烷基的單體可舉例如乙烯基三甲氧基矽烷、乙烯基三乙氧基矽烷、乙烯基三(2-甲氧基乙氧基)矽烷、γ-(甲基)丙烯醯基氧丙基三甲氧基矽烷、乙烯基三乙醯氧矽烷、γ-(甲基)丙烯醯基氧丙基三乙氧基矽烷等。
透明性改性環氧樹脂係宜例如對於上述環氧樹脂100重量份使上述聚合性不飽和單體為10~2000重量份的範圍內之比例進行混合,偶氮雙異丁腈、苯甲醯基過氧化物等之聚合起始劑、較佳係使接枝化有效率地進行,在苯甲醯基過氧化物等之過氧化物系聚合起始劑的存在下、以60~150℃左右的範圍內一般加熱反應1~10小時左右,進行接枝聚合或共聚合。
尤其,上述透明性改性環氧樹脂係聚合性不飽和單體包含含羧基之單體者,對環氧樹脂之接枝聚合或共聚合後,使羧基與環氧基反應而成者為適宜。羧基與環氧之反應係其當量比成為1:0.05~1:0.5之範圍內的比率,例如在環氧基/羧基反應觸媒的存在下一般加熱反應1~10小時左右所得到。環氧基/羧基反應觸媒可舉例如溴化四乙基銨、溴化四丁基銨、氯化四乙基銨、溴化四丁基鏻、氯化三苯基苯甲基鏻等之4級鹽觸媒;三乙基胺、三丁基胺等之胺類等。又,反應溫度係適宜為120~150℃左右。
為形成密封材成分滲出防止層係於上述之透明性改性環氧樹脂依需要而調製含有稀釋溶劑、硬化劑、矽烷偶合劑、有機錫化合物等之組成物而使用。進一步可依需要而調配改質樹脂、增黏劑、分散劑等之塗料用添加劑等,但為確保透明性,不使用鋁薄片等之著色顏料。
就稀釋改性環氧樹脂之溶劑而言,可使用高引火點、高沸點及低公害性之溶劑油等的石油系溶劑。石油系溶劑可舉例如溶劑油、石腦油、市售品之SOLVESSO 100、150、200(Exsson化學公司製)、Swasolve 100、200、310(丸善石油化學公司製)、A Solvent(日本石油公司製)等,可適宜使用引火點為40℃以上之高引火點溶劑。此等係可單獨亦可併用2種以上,亦可以此等作為主成分而併用少量其他之溶劑。其他之溶劑可舉例如甲苯、二甲苯、溶劑石腦油等之烴系溶劑、甲乙酮、甲基異丁基酮等之酮系溶劑、醋酸乙酯等之酯系溶劑等。使用量可適當設定。
以於上述改性環氧樹脂中組合環氧樹脂用硬化劑為宜。將改性環氧樹脂與環氧樹脂用硬化劑分別置入各別的容器中,使用時將混合之2液型、或、將改性環氧樹脂與環氧樹脂用硬化劑置入同一之容器的一液型。環氧樹脂用硬化劑係可使用活性氫當量為40~300的範圍內的硬化劑即以往公知之環氧樹脂用硬化劑。具體上係可舉例如間二甲苯二胺、異佛爾酮二胺、二乙三胺、三乙四胺、二胺基二苯基甲烷等之脂肪族聚胺類;脂肪族聚胺之環氧樹脂加成物、酮胺化物、聚醯胺胺類、聚醯胺樹脂等,此等係可1種或混合2種以上而使用。其中,在本發明中適宜為酮胺化率80%以上、宜為90%以上酮胺化偶體酸改性聚醯胺樹脂。改性聚醯胺樹脂之酮胺化率未達80%時,有時塗膜之附著性或延伸率不充分,故不佳。酮胺化偶體酸改性聚醯胺樹脂之具體例可舉例如「7A122N90」(Henkel Japan公司製、商品名)等。又,形成1液型時,適宜為酮胺化率80%以上、宜為90%以上酮胺化聚胺。較佳之具體例可舉例如脂肪族系聚胺的酮胺化物之「Versamine K13」(Henkel JAPAN公司製、商品名)、或、Jeffamine系聚胺之酮胺化物「Adeka Hardner EH-235R」(旭電化工業公司製、商品名)等。使用量可適宜設定。
矽烷偶合劑係可舉例如γ-(2-胺基乙基)胺基丙基三甲氧基矽烷、γ-胺基丙基三乙氧基矽烷、N-(β-胺基乙基)-γ-胺基丙基三甲氧基矽烷、N-(β-胺基乙基)-γ-胺基丙基甲基二甲氧基矽烷等之含有胺基的矽烷偶合劑;γ-環氧丙烷基丙基三甲氧基矽烷、γ-環氧丙烷基丙基甲基二甲氧基矽烷等之含有縮水甘油基的矽烷偶合劑;γ-氫硫基丙基三甲氧基矽烷等之含有氫硫基的矽烷偶合劑等。又,亦可使用具有胺基之聚矽氧烷等。進一步形成1液型時,係亦可使用3(或2)-三乙氧基甲矽烷基-N-(1,3-二甲基亞丁基)丙基胺的酮胺化物等。
此等之中含有胺基的矽烷偶合劑一般係調配於硬化劑側,提高交聯密度,有助於附著性之提昇者,含有縮水甘油基的矽烷偶合劑係調配於成為基材之主劑側,提高交聯密度,有助於附著性之提昇者。又,含有氫硫基的矽烷偶合劑一般係調配於主劑側,提高交聯密度,不僅有助於附著性之提昇,亦有助於與硬化劑混合後之可使用時間的控制者。
就上述矽烷偶合劑而言,使用含有胺基之矽烷偶合劑時,係適宜相對於硬化劑之固形分100重量份調配0.1~10重量份。又,就上述矽烷偶合劑而言,使用含有縮水甘油基之矽烷偶合劑及/或含有氫硫基之矽烷偶合劑時,係相對於各別樹脂固形分100重量份調配0.1~10重量份。
有機錫化合物係作用為改性環氧樹脂具有烷氧基甲矽烷基時的縮合觸媒者,有機錫化合物可舉例如二丁基錫二月桂酸酯、二丁基錫單乙酸酯、二丁基錫二乙酸酯、三烷基錫乙酸酯、二辛基錫二月桂酸酯、二丁基錫二辛酸酯、二丁基錫二馬來酸酯等。此等之中,酯鏈長者亦可賦予可塑作用。有機錫化合物的含量係相對於樹脂固形分100重量份宜為0.1~10重量份之範圍內。含量不足0.1重量份時,與密封材面的附著性降低,故不佳。
密封材成分滲出防止層係宜使含有上述之改性環氧樹脂之組成物塗佈或噴向建材、玻璃等之物品的密封材表面,然後,以20~200℃左右的溫度乾燥而形成。又,依需要而亦可以200~700℃左右的溫度燒成。塗佈或噴向組成物,係可以以往公知的方法進行,例如以含浸法、浸塗法、旋塗法、刮塗法、輥塗法、線棒塗佈法、逆式輥塗佈法、刷毛塗佈等塗佈,或,以噴塗法等之方法噴出。密封材成分滲出防止層係宜形成如被覆密封材之表面全體,進一步更宜超過密封材表面而於其周圍約5~15mm左右形成防止層。若密封材成分滲出防止層為透明,亦易使用於玻璃等之透明性物品,可適用之物品限制少,故佳。密封材成分滲出防止層之厚度係可適宜設定,但為確保透明性係宜為0.001~1000μm左右。於密封材材之表面預先形成底塗層,於其上亦可形成密封材成分滲出防止層。
預先形成於密封材之表面的底塗層係就以往底塗用而言公知之樹脂無特別限定而可使用,可舉例如濕氣硬化型胺基甲酸酯樹脂、胺交聯之環氧樹脂組成物、異氰酸酯交聯之丙烯酸樹脂組成物、末端含有烷氧基甲矽烷基的聚矽氧樹脂、及於此等樹脂一部分混合氯化聚烯烴樹脂者等。
又,本發明之物品的處理方法,其係具備:(1)於以密封材所固定(密封)之物品表面至少一部份形成光觸媒層的步驟、(2)於前述密封材之表面形成前述之透明性密封材成分滲出防止層之步驟。尤其一種玻璃構造物之處理方法,其係具備:在玻璃與框部(窗部)之間填充密封材的玻璃構造物中,(1’)於前述玻璃之表面至少一部份形成光觸媒層的步驟、(2’)於前述密封材之表面形成前述之透明性密封材成分滲出防止層之步驟。在前述(1)或(1’)之步驟中,於物品之表面形成光觸媒層,係亦可使用任一的方法,但宜為使用前述之光觸媒層形成用樹脂組成物而形成者。又,在前述(2)或(2’)之步驟中,為形成透明性密封材成分滲出防止層係宜使用含有前述之透明性改性環氧樹脂的組成物而形成者。
又,如前述所記載般,本發明之物品,其係於物品表面之至少一部分具備光觸媒層,於用以固定(密封)物品之密封材表面具備前述之透明性密封材成分滲出防止層,物品係可使用各種PC板、窯業系建材、金屬系建材等。尤其,於建築物之外裝材所使用的建材、玻璃等係可活用光觸媒親水性,故適宜。又,於建築物之內裝材所使用的建材、玻璃等亦可使用。又,本發明之玻璃構造物,其係於玻璃與框部(窗部)之間填充有密封材之玻璃構造物,且於玻璃之表面至少一部份具備光觸媒層,於前述密封材之表面具備前述之透明性密封材成分滲出防止層。
如前述所記載般,本發明之防止光觸媒親水性降低用透明性組成物,其係於環氧樹脂中含有使聚合性不飽和單體接枝聚合或共聚合而成之改性環氧樹脂。聚合性不飽和單體宜為含有含羧基之單體者,且接枝聚合或共聚合後使羧基與環氧基反應而成之改性環氧樹脂。進一步,更宜為含有前述之環氧樹脂用硬化劑者。

以下,舉出實施例而更詳細說明本發明。又,在各別之「份」及「%」係任一者均為重量基準。
丙烯酸改性環氧樹脂的製造例
使溶劑油532份「Epikote 828EL」(油化Shell Epoxy公司製、雙酚A型環氧樹脂、環氧基當量187)429份在氮氣流下加熱至140℃,以3小時滴入下述之乙烯基單體及聚合起始劑的混合物,滴入後熟成2小時。然後,饋入溴化四乙基銨0.2份,進行反應約2小時,樹脂酸價成為0.3 mgKOH/g以下之時點添加溶劑油157份,得到丙烯酸改性環氧樹脂(試料A)。樹脂溶液係不揮發成分65%、環氧當量652(固形分)。
(乙烯基單體及聚合起始劑之混合物的調配處方)
甲基丙烯酸 10份
苯乙烯 250份
乙基丙烯酸酯 200份
異丁基甲基丙烯酸酯 200份
2-乙基己基丙烯酸酯 290份
γ-甲基丙烯醯氧丙基三甲氧基矽烷 50份
第三丁基過氧化-2-乙基己酸酯 80份
防止光觸媒親水性降低用透明組成物之製造例
以表1所示之調配組成調整主劑及硬化劑,使硬化劑之活性氫當量/主劑之環氧當量的比率成為0.8,混合主劑及硬化劑而得到防止光觸媒親水性降低用透明組成物(試料B)。又,表1中之(注1)~(注6)係如下述般。
(註1)「TSL 8350」:東芝Silicone公司製、商品名,γ-環氧丙烷基異丙基三甲氧基矽烷
(註2)「TSL 8380」:東芝Silicone公司製、商品名,γ-氫硫基丙基三甲氧基矽烷
(註3)「A SOLVENT」:日本石油公司製、商品名、石油系溶劑
(註4)「7A122N90」:Henkel Japan公司製、商品名、酮胺化聚醯胺型硬化劑、活性氫當量=210、酮胺化率95%、不揮發成分90%
(註5)「TSL 8331」:東芝Silicone公司製、商品名,γ-胺基丙基三甲氧基矽烷
(註6)「Neostann U-1000」:日東化成股份公司製:二丁基錫二月桂酸酯
實施例1、2
於玻璃板上使用東芝Tosseal 381(1液硬化型)、Sunstar Penguin Seal 2520(2液硬化型)而使各別之密封材成型,固定。然後,對前述之密封材實施掩罩,於玻璃面塗佈光觸媒塗料(ST-K 253、石原產業公司製),常溫乾燥後,除去掩罩後,於密封材表面塗刷防止光觸媒親水性降低用透明性組成物(試料B),常溫乾燥,形成透明性密封材成分滲出防止層,得到本發明之玻璃構造物。分別為實施例1、2。
比較例1、3
在實施例1、2中,除未形成滲出防止層以外,其餘係與實施例1、2同樣做法,得到比較對象之玻璃構造物。分別為比較例1、3。
比較例2、4
在實施例1、2中,除使用聚矽氧樹脂(SR 2405、Toray DowCorning公司製)取代前述組成物(試料B)而形成滲出防止層以外,其餘係與實施例1、2同樣做法,得到比較對象之玻璃構造物。分別為比較例2、4。
光觸媒親水性試驗
將於實施例1、2,比較例1~4所得到之玻璃構造物置入促進曝露試驗機(QUV、Qlab公司製),經過特定時間後,藉目視依下述基準判定水散布所產生之光觸媒塗佈面的親水性效果。
判定基準:○良好,△略彈起傾向,×彈起大
將其結果表示於表2中。未形成密封材成分滲出防止層時,任一者之密封材種類亦於72小時後,以習知之聚矽氧系樹脂形成滲出防止層時,以1液硬化型之密封材於48小時後,以2液硬化型144小時後,光觸媒親水性效果降低。但,依本發明,形成密封材成分滲出防止層時,以1液硬化型於288小時後,以2液硬化型504小時後,均可看到光觸媒親水性效果,可維持長時間。
[產業上之利用可能性]
若依本發明,可形成與各種密封材之附著性優異、進一步塗佈性作業、防止滲出污染性、耐衝擊性、貯存安定性等優異之密封材成分滲出防止層,可長時間維持光觸媒親水性效果。
Claims (11)
- 一種防止光觸媒親水性降低之方法,其係在用以固定於至少一部份表面形成有光觸媒層的物品之密封材之表面,形成透明性密封材成分滲出防止層,該防止層係含有於環氧樹脂使聚合性不飽和單體接枝聚合或共聚合而成之改性環氧樹脂。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項之防止光觸媒親水性降低之方法,其中聚合性不飽和單體為含有含羧基之單體者,且接枝聚合或共聚合後使羧基與環氧基反應而成之改性環氧樹脂。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項之防止光觸媒親水性降低之方法,其中透明性密封材成分滲出防止層係使用防止光觸媒親水性降低用透明性組成物所形成者,且該防止光觸媒親水性降低用透明性組成物係含有於環氧樹脂中使聚合性不飽和單體接枝聚合或共聚合而成之改性環氧樹脂。
- 如申請專利範圍第3項之防止光觸媒親水性降低之方法,其中防止光觸媒親水性降低用透明性組成物所包含之聚合性不飽和單體為含有含羧基之單體者,且改性環氧樹脂係為接枝聚合或共聚合後使羧基與環氧基反應而成之改性環氧樹脂。
- 如申請專利範圍第3或4項之防止光觸媒親水性降低之方法,其中進一步含有環氧樹脂用硬化劑。
- 一種物品的處理方法,其係具備:於以密封材所固定之物品表面至少一部份形成光觸媒層的步驟、於前述密 封材之表面形成如申請專利範圍第1或2項之密封材成分滲出防止層之步驟。
- 一種玻璃構造物之處理方法,其係具備:於玻璃與框部之間填充有密封材之玻璃構造物中,於前述玻璃之表面至少一部份形成光觸媒層的步驟;於前述密封材之表面形成如申請專利範圍第1或2項之密封材成分滲出防止層之步驟。
- 一種物品,其係於物品表面之至少一部分具備光觸媒層,於用以固定物品之密封材表面具備如申請專利範圍第1或2項之密封材成分滲出防止層。
- 如申請專利範圍第8項之物品,其係建材。
- 如申請專利範圍第9項之物品,其係外裝材。
- 一種玻璃構造物,其係於玻璃與框部之間填充有密封材之玻璃構造物,且於玻璃之表面至少一部份具備光觸媒層,於前述密封材之表面具備如申請專利範圍第1或2項之密封材成分滲出防止層。
