Claims (15)

  1. 一種透明導電性薄膜,其係於透明薄膜基材上依序具有第1介電體層、第2介電體層、及透明導電層,第1介電體層之厚度d21 大於第2介電體層之厚度d22 ,第1介電體層之厚度d21 為8~40 nm,第2介電體層之厚度d22 為3~25 nm,第1介電體層之厚度d21 與第2介電體層之厚度d22 的厚度差d21 -d22 為3~30 nm。
  2. 如請求項1之透明導電性薄膜,其中至少透明導電層經圖案化,包含不具有透明導電層之圖案開口部及具有透明導電層之圖案部。
  3. 如請求項2之透明導電性薄膜,其中第2介電體層與透明導電層同樣進行圖案化。
  4. 如請求項2或3之透明導電性薄膜,其中對圖案部照射白色光時之反射光與對圖案開口部之正下方照射白色光時之反射光的反射率差ΔR為1%以下,且色差ΔE為6.7以下。
  5. 如請求項1之透明導電性薄膜,其中第1介電體層之折射率大於第2介電體層之折射率。
  6. 如請求項1之透明導電性薄膜,其中第1介電體層係藉由濕式塗佈而形成。
  7. 如請求項1之透明導電性薄膜,其中第2介電體層係藉由濕式塗佈而形成。
  8. 如請求項1之透明導電性薄膜,其中透明薄膜基材之折射率n1 、第1介電體層之折射率n21 、第2介電體層之折射率n22 、及透明導電層之折射率n3 滿足n22 <n21 <n1 <n3 之關係。
  9. 如請求項1之透明導電性薄膜,其中透明導電層之折射率n3 與第2介電體層之折射率n22 之差n3 -n22 為0.1以上。
  10. 如請求項1之透明導電性薄膜,其中第1介電體層之折射率n21 為1.5~1.7,第2介電體層之折射率n22 為1.4~1.5。
  11. 如請求項2或3之透明導電性薄膜,其中圖案部之光學厚度之合計與圖案開口部之光學厚度之合計的差為35 nm~90 nm。
  12. 一種透明導電性薄膜,其以至少於單面配置有透明導電層之方式經由透明黏著劑層而積層有至少2片如請求項1之透明導電性薄膜。
  13. 一種透明導電性薄膜,其以於單面配置有透明導電層之方式於如請求項1之透明導電性薄膜之單面經由透明黏著劑層而貼合透明基體。
  14. 一種觸控面板,其具備如請求項1之透明導電性薄膜。
  15. 如請求項14之觸控面板,其為投影型靜電電容方式或矩陣型電阻膜方式。
