Description

嵌入成形用裝飾片
本發明涉及裝飾片,更詳言之,涉及建築內裝、車輛內裝等,有高度美觀設計之要求,適用於嵌入成形領域之嵌入成形用裝飾片。
向來,基材片、各種印刷層及表面樹脂層依序層積而成之裝飾片,係用於壁紙、家具、建材等之裝飾,以及車輛內裝構件等之裝飾。
在如此之裝飾片領域,基材片係用氯乙烯片、氯乙烯-乙酸乙烯酯共聚物片等。這些因加工適性、印刷適性、壓花適性等優良,易於藉塑化劑之添加量調節硬度,並具廉價之優點而廣受採用。
然而,構成裝飾片之基材片若係氯乙烯片、氯乙烯-乙酸乙烯酯共聚物片,則燃燒時有產生氯乙烯單體、氯氣等之虞,並有損傷燃燒時所用焚化爐,污染環境之疑慮。
為解決如此問題,目前其一作法係,基材片材質以非氯乙烯系材料為之(例如專利文獻1、2)。
專利文獻1揭示,以聚烯烴系樹脂用作基材片之裝飾片;專利文獻2揭示,以丙烯酸樹脂用作基材片之裝飾片。

然而,這些文獻揭示之裝飾片其性能有時未必充分。
例如,現今製造汽車等車內裝飾用各種零件之際,多有金屬光澤、木紋裝飾片之採用,這些種種零件係以將裝飾片預先設置於模具內,之後將熔融樹脂射入模具內,將裝飾片及零件一體成形之所謂嵌入成形法製造。在如此用途中,以如上述專利文獻揭示之基材片用於裝飾片,常有與被著體之接著性、折曲加工性等問題。該嵌入成形法乃於模具內自裝飾片之基材片側以220~240℃之熔融樹脂按壓為之,此時樹脂之熱滿溢於裝飾片中,印刷層中之印墨流動,會損及美觀設計。
本發明乃鑑於如此狀況而作,其目的在提供燃燒時不產生氯氣等毒氣而無環境污染問題,所謂嵌入成形性亦優,適用於汽車等各種內裝之新穎裝飾片。
為解決上述課題,本發明乃至少基材片、印刷層及表面樹脂層所層積成之嵌入成形用裝飾片,其特徵為上述基材片係丁二烯成分比率佔全體之10~33重量%之ABS樹脂,上述表面樹脂層厚50~150μ m。
上述發明中,上述基材片之韋克斯軟化溫度(Vicat softening temperature)可係85~100℃,彎曲彈性模量1100~2000MPa。
上述發明中,上述印刷層至少可含熱塑性樹脂。
依上述發明,至少由基材片、印刷層及表面樹脂層所層積成之裝飾片,因上述基材片係由丁二烯成分比率佔全體之10~33重量%之ABS樹脂構成,可有ABS樹脂所具之 種種特性,具體言之剛性、硬度、加工性、耐衝擊性、彎曲疲勞性等。
依上述發明,並非單純使用ABS樹脂,形成ABS樹脂之丁二烯成分比率係限於特定值。在此,嵌入成形法中使用裝飾片時,如上述,該裝飾片於嵌入成形時與200℃以上之熔融樹脂接觸,以本案之裝飾片,可不起基材片ABS樹脂中含之丁二烯成分所致之獨特橡膠臭味而提升成形性。因此,適用於汽車內裝面板等裝飾用途。
本案之裝飾片因表面樹脂層厚度限於50~150μ m,如上述,即使與高溫熔融樹脂接觸,樹脂之熱亦不蓄積於裝飾片內而可輸往模具,故可防止構成印刷層之印墨因熱流動而減損美觀設計。
又,上述ABS樹脂構成之基材片因其韋克斯軟化溫度在85~100℃,彎曲彈性模量1100~2000MPa,嵌入成形之際可更加提升成形性。
本案之裝飾片中,上述印刷層至少可含熱塑性樹脂。本案之裝飾片如上述,印刷層中之印墨可防因熱而流動,即可用不禁熱之熱塑性樹脂為黏結劑成分等,印墨選擇自由度可予提升。使印刷層含熱塑性樹脂,可提升該印刷層之柔軟性,結果,嵌入成形時可提升裝飾片於模具之隨從性,可為更符美觀設計之成形物。
以下利用圖式具體說明本發明之裝飾片。
第1圖係用以說明本發明裝飾片構造之大略切面圖。
如第1圖,本發明之裝飾片10係由基材片11、印刷層12及表面樹脂層13層積而成。
(1)基材片
本發明之裝飾片10,其特徵為基材片11係由丁二烯成分比率佔全體之10~33%重量之ABS樹脂構成。以如此之ABS樹脂用作基材片,裝飾片及各種特性尤以嵌入成形性可予提升,且用於嵌入成形時亦無橡膠臭味產生,故適用於汽車等內裝零件之製造。
構成基材片11之ABS樹脂乃丙烯腈(Acrylonitrile)、丁二烯(Butadiene)、苯乙烯(Styrene)之共聚物。
本發明中,丁二烯成分比率之所以限於上述範圍,係因丁二烯成分比率若未達10重量%則裝飾片之韋克斯軟化溫度上升,彎曲彈性模量高,結果為作嵌入成形真空成形時漏氣嚴重,易起所謂冷凝線。彎曲彈性模量(剛性)高則進行乾式層積時,易有氣紋、鬆弛之層積不良發生。而丁二烯成分比率超過33重量%則裝飾片用於嵌入成形之際有產生橡膠臭味之虞,且線膨脹係數變大,成形時易因收縮產生應變。丁二烯成分比率必須佔全體之10~33重量%,24~33重量%更佳,27~30重量%尤佳。
本發明中,丁二烯成分比率佔全體之10~33重量%即可,其它成分比率(丙烯腈及苯乙烯)無特殊限制,可依所欲特性適當設計。例如,丙烯腈成分比率以佔全體之19~48 重量%為佳,而苯乙烯成分比率以佔全體之38~48重量%為佳。這些成分比率當然必須合計達100重量%。
如此之本發明裝飾片10之基材片11其韋克斯軟化溫度以85~100℃,彎曲彈性模量以1100~2000MPa為佳。韋克斯軟化溫度及彎曲彈性模量為如此值,則裝飾片之特性尤以嵌入成形性可予提升。
韋克斯軟化溫度指對於載置於加熱浴槽或加熱相中之試片,通過垂直針狀壓頭施以特定重量同時以一定速度使媒體(加熱浴槽或加熱相)升溫,針狀壓頭侵入試片1mm時媒體之溫度。本發明中係依JIS K 7206之測定方法求出之值。
韋克斯軟化溫度低於85℃則連續耐熱試驗中會產生所謂柚皮,耐熱蠕變低,而韋克斯軟化溫度超過100℃則層積時會有氣紋,真空成形時會起泡。
彎曲彈性模量在本發明中乃依ISO 178之測定方法求出之值。
彎曲彈性模量之值低於1100MPa則剛性低,而彎曲彈性模量高於2000MPA則連續乾式層積時鬆弛難以去除。基於剛性及鬆弛去除,彎曲彈性模量值係以1100~1300MPa為更佳。
如此之本發明裝飾片10之基材片11厚度無特殊限制,可依用途等適當選擇。例如300~700μ m左右即佳,考慮嵌入成形性則以400~600μ m左右為佳。
裝飾片10整體變厚則不只成本高,且因嵌入成形時射出之熔融樹脂之流動裝飾片被拉伸,兩端會起皺。因此,裝飾片10之總厚度以2.5~3.0μ m左右為佳。
(2)印刷層
其次說明本發明裝飾片10之印刷層12。
印刷層12乃經轉印印刷、昇華轉印印刷、噴墨印刷等習知印刷法由印墨形成之層。全面有圖案者可經凹輥塗敷、輥塗等習知塗敷法以塗料形成。
印刷層12之模樣無特殊限制,可依用途等適當選擇,有例如木紋、石紋、布紋、皮紋、幾何圖形、文字、記號或全面圖案等。印刷層12亦可係表現木紋等模樣之圖案層與全面圖案層之組合。全面圖案層通常被使用作為隱蔽層、著色層、著色隱蔽層等。
印刷層12因通常係印刷形成於基材片11,如第1圖乃形成於基材片11正面側,但不限於此,亦可形成於基材片11之反面、正反兩面或後敘表面樹脂層之反面、正面、正反兩面等。
構成本發明裝飾片10之印刷層12形成用印墨或塗料,其黏結劑可用聚酯樹脂、胺基甲酸酯樹脂、丙烯酸樹脂、乙酸乙烯酯樹脂、氯乙烯-乙酸乙烯酯共聚物、纖維素系樹脂或氯化聚乙烯、氯化聚丙烯等氯化聚烯烴樹脂等之1種或2種以上,無特殊限制。然而,本發明以含熱塑性樹脂為佳,聚酯‧胺基甲酸酯樹脂更佳。聚酯成分之熱塑 特性及胺基甲酸酯成分之熱硬化特性之均衡為最適,耐熱性、成形性亦良好。
而氯化聚乙烯因係含氯之樹脂,不用為佳。
用於上述印墨或塗料之著色劑可係鈦白、鋅白、氧化鐵紅、朱砂、群青、鈷藍、鈦黃、鉻黃、碳黑等無機顏料,異吲哚啉酮黃、漢撒黃A(Hansa Yellow A)、喹吖酮紅、永久紅4R、酞菁藍、陰丹士林藍RS(Indanthrene blue RS)、苯胺黑等有機顏料(或亦含染料),鋁、黃銅等金屬粉末構成之金屬顏料,二氧化鈦被覆雲母、鹼性碳酸鉛等白粉構成之珍珠光澤顏料、螢光顏料等之1種或2種以上。
如此之印刷層12係為於裝飾片賦予裝飾圖案而形成之一代表層,為更提升該印刷層12之裝飾性亦可形成金屬薄膜層等。金屬薄膜層之形成可用鋁、鉻、金、銀、銅等金屬,以真空蒸鍍、濺鍍等方法製膜。此金屬薄膜層可設於全面,或部分設成圖案狀。
(3)表面樹脂層
其次說明本發明裝飾片10之表面樹脂層13。
本發明中表面樹脂層13係位於裝飾片10表面之層,乃形成以保護上述印刷層12,並隨用途賦予裝飾片10種種效果。
本案中,材質等無特殊限制,可用各種樹脂。具體有例如丙烯酸、聚酯、聚丙烯、乙烯-乙烯醇共聚物、聚碳酸酯、三乙酸纖維素等樹脂,考慮嵌入成形性、耐候性、表 面硬度則以使用其中之丙烯酸樹脂為佳。
丙烯酸樹脂者指聚(甲基)丙烯酸甲酯、聚(甲基)丙烯酸乙酯、聚(甲基)丙烯酸丙酯、聚(甲基)丙烯酸丁酯、(甲基)丙烯酸甲酯‧(甲基)丙烯酸丁酯共聚物、(甲基)丙烯酸乙酯‧(甲基)丙烯酸丁酯共聚物、乙烯‧(甲基)丙烯酸甲酯共聚物、苯乙烯‧(甲基)丙烯酸甲酯共聚物等含(甲基)丙烯酸酯之單聚物或共聚物構成之丙烯酸樹脂。(其中(甲基)丙烯酸甲酯指丙烯酸甲酯或甲基丙烯酸甲酯,以下(甲基)表相同意義。)聚(甲基)丙烯酸甲酯者聚合度以900~1800左右為佳,聚合度大於此則須添加具可塑化作用之低分子材料,降低熱變形溫度。
而上述聚酯樹脂有聚對酞酸乙二酯、聚對酞酸丁二酯、乙烯‧對酞酸酯‧異酞酸酯共聚物為代表之聚酯樹脂。聚酯樹脂係酸成分對酞酸、異酞酸、萘二羧酸等芳香族二羧酸,與醇成分乙二醇、二甘醇、丁二醇、己二醇等脂肪族二醇經酯結合而得之共聚物。
本發明之表面樹脂層13其目的在賦予裝飾片10耐候性(耐光性),故亦可添加紫外線吸收劑及/或光安定劑。此時紫外線吸收劑、光安定劑之添加量通常在0.5~10重量%左右,一般以併用紫外線吸收劑及光安定劑為佳。紫外線吸收劑可係苯并三唑、二苯基酮、柳酸酯、三等有機物,或0.2μ m以下之微粒狀氧化鋅、氧化鈰、氧化鈦等無機物。安定劑可係癸二酸雙(2,2,6,6-四甲基-4-哌啶酯)等受阻 酚系自由基捕捉劑、哌啶系自由基捕捉劑。
上述紫外線吸收劑、光安定劑以外,亦可添加填料:碳酸鈣、硫酸鋇、黏土、滑石等之粉末。其添加量係依用途適當決定。有時於著色熱塑性樹脂層添加難燃劑:氫氧化鋁、氫氧化鎂等之粉末。其添加量以對於熱塑性樹脂100重量份10~150重量份為佳。
如此之表面樹脂層13,其厚度須在50~150μ m。厚度未達50μ m則難以發揮該層之效果,厚於150μ m則嵌入成形時射出樹脂之熱蓄積於模具內之裝飾片內,有時造成印墨流動等。基於以上,表面樹脂層13厚度以75~125μ m為更佳。
(4)其它層,各種處理
如上述,本案之裝飾片10,至少係由基材片11、印刷層12及表面樹脂層13構成,而構成裝飾片10之層不限於這些,依裝飾片之用途、要求性能等,亦可層積其它適當層。
為提升裝飾片10與被著體之黏著性,可於基材片11背面(形成有印刷層之面之反面)形成易黏著底層(圖未示)。
易黏著底層可用各種胺基甲酸酯樹脂、環氧樹脂、熱塑性聚酯樹脂、聚醯胺樹脂等硬化性或熱塑性樹脂等,2液型胺基甲酸酯樹脂因可對於廣泛之被著體材質出現良好黏著性而較佳。
上述易黏著底層之形成予以變更,或易黏著底層之形 成以外,亦可於基材片11背面施以易黏著處理。易黏著處理有例如電暈放電處理、臭氧處理等。
又,本發明之裝飾片10,對於部分或全部之構成裝飾片10之各層,可賦予凹凸模樣作裝飾處理。如此之賦予凹凸模樣,即可更提升裝飾片10全體之美觀設計。
此凹凸模樣可藉髮線加工、噴砂加工、壓花加工等賦予。例如,壓花加工係用熱壓方式之單片或輪轉式壓花機,按壓壓花版於經加熱軟化之表面而形成。此時之樹脂片係表面樹脂層或基材片。凹凸模樣之賦予亦可與基材片、表面樹脂層之成膜同時施行。例如,藉T模熔融擠壓法,以冷卻面有凹凸模樣之壓花兼冷卻輥用作冷卻輥,與成膜同時賦形之方法等。凹凸模樣之賦予尚有,與層積基材片表面樹脂層同時熱壓表面樹脂層之正面,以壓花加工賦形之所謂雙重壓花法賦形之方法。凹凸模樣乃木紋導管溝、石板表面凹凸(花崗岩劈開面等)、布面結構、犁皮、砂粒、髮線、方線條紋等。凹凸模樣通常係在表面樹脂層之正面,有時也有在表面樹脂層背面、基材片正面、基材片反面者。
於凹凸模樣凹部內亦可經習知抹塗法(參考特公昭58-14312號公報等)以著色墨填充形成著色部。著色墨可用與印刷層12同者。但基於耐磨損性其黏結劑以2液硬化型胺基甲酸酯樹脂為佳。可藉抹塗法、刮刀法、輥塗法等向來所用之抹塗法中之任一。亦即,於凹凸模樣全面塗敷著色墨,然後凸部之墨以刮刀、泡棉輥、布等抹除,以於凹 部留下著色墨。
(5)裝飾片之被著體
本發明之裝飾片所用之被著體(易言之本發明裝飾片之用途)無特殊限制,可用於經嵌入成形法形成之各種物品。用於嵌入成形法之樹脂素材有丙烯酸樹脂、聚酯樹脂、聚苯乙烯樹脂、聚丙烯等聚烯烴系樹脂、ABS(丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物)樹脂、酚樹脂、氯乙烯樹脂、纖維素系樹脂、橡膠等之板材,立體物品或薄片等,這些素材2種以上複合成之素材以例如板材、立體形狀物品等使用之木粉塑膠、紙粉塑膠、FRP(纖維強化塑膠)等複合(素)材。
(6)於被著體之黏著(層積)法
本發明之裝飾片主要係為用於嵌入成形法而開發,因此,裝飾片於被著體之黏著(層積)法以於嵌入成形時使之一體黏著於嵌入成形物品表面為佳。具體有例如特公昭50-19132號公報、特公昭43-27488號公報所述,配置於裝飾片之射出成形時之雌雄二模間後,射出熔融樹脂充填於模內,形成樹脂成形品(被著體)之同時於其表面黏著層積裝飾片之嵌入成形法等。
實施例 實施例1
準備丙烯酸成分比率佔全體28重量%,丁二烯成分比率佔全體30重量%,苯乙烯成分比率佔全體42重量%,厚度400μ m之ABS樹脂作為基材片,於其上塗8μ m厚之以 聚酯‧胺基甲酸酯樹脂為主要成分之黏結劑。另於表面樹脂層,厚度75μ m之丙烯酸樹脂背面,用含聚酯‧胺基甲酸酯樹脂為黏結劑成分之印墨形成厚度5μ m之印刷層,之後層積形成有該印刷層之表面保護層於上述黏結劑之上,製作本發明實施例1之裝飾片。
實施例2
作為基材片之ABS樹脂成分組成改為丙烯酸成分比率佔全體34重量%,丁二烯成分比率佔全體24重量%,苯乙烯成分比率佔全體42重量%以外,如同實施例1製作本發明實施例2之裝飾片。
實施例3
作為基材片之ABS樹脂成分組成改為丙烯酸成分比率佔全體45重量%,丁二烯成分比率佔全體15重量%,苯乙烯成分比率佔全體40重量%以外,如同實施例1製作本發明實施例3之裝飾片。
實施例4
作為基材片之ABS樹脂成分組成改為丙烯酸成分比率佔全體42重量%,丁二烯成分比率佔全體12重量%,苯乙烯成分比率佔全體46重量%以外,如同實施例1製作本發明實施例4之裝飾片。
實施例5
實施例4中,用作表面樹脂層之厚75μ m之丙烯酸樹脂改為厚50μ m之丙烯酸樹脂,如同實施例4製作本發明 實施例5之裝飾片。
實施例6
實施例1中,用作表面樹脂層之厚75μ m之丙烯酸樹脂改為厚125μ m之丙烯酸樹脂,如同實施例1製作本發明實施例6之裝飾片。
實施例7
作為基材片之ABS樹脂成分組成改為丙烯酸成分比率佔全體28重量%,丁二烯成分比率佔全體27重量%,苯乙烯成分比率佔全體45重量%以外,如同實施例1製作本發明實施例7之裝飾片。
實施例8
作為基材片之ABS樹脂成分組成改為丙烯酸成分比率佔全體28重量%,丁二烯成分比率佔全體33重量%,苯乙烯成分比率佔全體39重量%以外,如同實施例1製作本發明實施例8之裝飾片。
實施例9
實施例7中,用作表面樹脂層之厚75μ m之丙烯酸樹脂改為厚125μ m之丙烯酸樹脂,如同實施例7製作本發明實施例9之裝飾片。
比較例1
作為基材片之ABS樹脂成分組成改為丙烯酸成分比率佔全體15重量%,丁二烯成分比率佔全體40重量%,苯乙烯成分比率佔全體45重量%以外,如同實施例1製作比較 例1之裝飾片。
比較例2
作為基材片之ABS樹脂成分組成改為丙烯酸成分比率佔全體48重量%,丁二烯成分比率佔全體4重量%,苯乙烯成分比率佔全體48重量%以外,如同實施例1製作比較例2之裝飾片。
(比較試驗) 1.彎曲彈性模量
就上述實施例1~9及比較例1、2中各用作基材片之ABS樹脂,依ISO 178之試驗方法測定彎曲彈性模量。結果如表1。
2.韋克斯軟化溫度
就上述實施例1~9及比較例1、2中各用作基材片之ABS樹脂,依JIS K 7206之試驗方法測定韋克斯軟化溫度。結果如表1。
3.層積適性
以層積適性試驗判斷構成上述實施例1~9及比較例1、2之裝飾片之各層黏著性。此試驗係藉乾式層積作評估。乾式層積之條件為,層積壓力4.5MPa,張力40kgf,往ABS之突刺角50度,刺入ABS時之溫度80℃。結果如表1。
4.臭味
就上述實施例1~9及比較例1、2中各用作基材片之ABS樹脂,進行臭味試驗判斷其橡膠臭味。此試驗係各於 高100mm,直徑50mm,口徑30mm之瓶放入ABS樹脂(30mm×10mm),加蓋並於60℃放置2小時,之後由6人依序作嗅覺評估。打開瓶蓋於5cm距離由第1人作嗅覺評估,5秒內閉蓋,於烘箱加熱15分鐘後由第2人同樣作嗅覺評估,如此重複至第6人。
評估係依以下6段為之,剔除上下個1人,以其餘4人之平均評分判定。結果如表1。實用上,未達評估3者應屬合格。
評估1:無臭
評估2:有氣味但不覺臭
評估3:感覺有臭味
評估4:感覺極臭
評估5:惡臭
評估6:惡臭難耐
5.嵌入成形性
使用上述實施例1~9及比較例1、2之裝飾片實際進行嵌入成形,作綜合評估。結果如表1。
6.表面硬度
就上述實施例1~9及比較例1、2之裝飾片依JIS鉛筆硬度方法測定表面硬度。結果如表1。
由表1知本發明之裝飾片,於橡膠臭味、嵌入成形性等優於比較例者。
產業上之利用可能性
以本發明之嵌入成形用裝飾片,可賦予裝飾片ABS樹脂所具之剛性、硬度、加工性、耐衝擊性、彎曲疲勞性等種種特性。本發明之嵌入成形用裝飾片在嵌入成形時與200℃以上之熔融樹脂接觸之際,亦無來自丁二烯成分之獨特橡膠臭味產生,成形性可予提升。構成印刷層之印墨不因熱流動,可保持美觀設計。基於以上,本發明之嵌入成形用裝飾片可用於種種用途,尤適用於汽車內裝用面板等之裝飾。

Claims (5)

  1. 一種嵌入成形用裝飾片,其為至少由基材片、印刷層及表面樹脂層經層積而成之嵌入成形用裝飾片,其特徵為上述基材片為由丁二烯成分比率佔全體10~33重量%、苯乙烯成分比率佔全體38~48重量%之ABS樹脂構成之單層薄片,上述表面樹脂層為由厚度50~150μ m之丙烯酸樹脂構成,且上述印刷層含有聚酯‧胺基甲酸酯樹脂作為黏結劑。
  2. 如申請專利範圍第1項之嵌入成形用裝飾片,其中上述基材片之韋克斯軟化溫度(Vicat softening temperature)為85~100℃,彎曲彈性模量為1100~2000MPa。
  3. 如申請專利範圍第1或2項之嵌入成形用裝飾片,其中上述印刷層至少含有熱塑性樹脂。
  4. 如申請專利範圍第1項之嵌入成形用裝飾片,其中上述表面樹脂層之厚度為75~125μm。
  5. 如申請專利範圍第1項之嵌入成形用裝飾片,其中丙烯腈成分比率佔全體34~45重量%。
