593000 A7 ____ B7 五、發明説明(/ ) 【發明所屬之技術領域】 本發明為一種車胎防刃刺防爆增益改良裝置,係是一種針對 車胎結構加以改進成為一種安全之車胎體,且可迎合各種車胎之 尺寸、大小及受力之裝置,以確保行車之安全者。 【先前技術】 按一般車胎可概分為有内胎之車胎體與無内胎式之高逮胎 體兩種,以上之車胎均無法防範外物破壞,依有内胎設計之車胎 體係是利用内胎充氣形成張力,使外胎擴張而成一可行駛之車胎 體,但該車胎體如受尖刺物、刀刃刺穿破壞即漏氣而無法行駛, 定保受推車之苦,若於高速行駛間破胎則有可能造成車禍;又高 速胎體係是表彰可防外物刺入不會立即漏氣,可有足夠的時間行 駛至維修廠進行維修保養,唯高速胎體雖可有足夠的時間供車主 行馱與維修,但不幸的是該特性往往造成車主疏忽,因當尖刺物 刺入車胎時車胎並無明顯的胎壓不足,如於車主沒檢查而行駛高 速巔簸路段,極易發生車胎急速洩氣而發生車禍危及生命者。 有鑑於上述之缺失亟待改進,故發明人本著為大眾行車安全 著想,研發多件車胎結構並申請取得世界多國發明專利權,然發 明人並不因此而感到自滿,再次以近期申請第911〇8887、 91119904、90127577號…等之發明專利,再加以研究與試驗求 本纸張尺度適用中SI國豕標準(CNS ) A4規格(210 x 297公釐) (請先閲讀背面之注意事項再填寫本頁) ·.裝·
、1T -—.ϋ m —ϋ 1^1 1 其精進’終求得-更佳之精簡結構,得以造福大眾行車安全,並 依法申請專利保護者。 至於本發明之結構、目的、方式、精神,須請鈞局委員參 考下列依附®與朗,即可達到完全的了解。 【内容】 本發明為一種車胎_刺防爆肖益改良裝置,特別是指-種 結構極為姻,可迎合各種尺寸、受壓、特性需求,而變更需求 符合之備胎體,來達到防刃刺、防爆之車胎設計,可因車胎受尖 刺物或刀刃破壞而漏氣爆胎,得以繼續安全行駛至維修廠維修保 養,免受推車之苦與受生命危險之虞,造福大幕行車安全之功效 本發明為一種車胎防刃刺防爆增益改良裝置,(第一圖)其 主要包括有一車胎10,其内環兩侧内緣處凸設有環形之凸環鉤 部1〇1,其夹層設有簾紗強化者;一半環形之備胎片20 (第二圖 A)’其備胎片20設有數個間隔設置之強化片202,備胎片20兩 端之強化片202設有數個螺孔202a,可供兩半環形之備胎片20 以螺栓60 (第三圖A、B)栓固形成一備胎體200,又半環形之 備胎片20設有數個插槽203 ;並另設有一扣槽204加置有一墊 體205,又扣槽204之兩侧壁亦可設為波浪狀(第二圖B)可輕 本紙張尺度適用中國國家標準(CNS ) A4規格(公釐) (請先閲讀背面之注意事項再填寫本頁)
593000 五、發明説明(3 量化者;其中扣槽2〇4之墊體2〇5可依需求不設置者,另有一墊 片206者;(第五圖)一伸縮頂柱3〇為兩管柱相插合,其中設一 彈簧,一管柱設有數個扣孔3〇卜302與一管柱設有凸鉤300者。 又一 C形之備胎體70 (第三圖c、D),其係是利用兩個半 環形備胎片20與橡膠體71相結合包覆呈一具彈性活動特性體, 其中橡膠髏71之夾層設有簾紗強化;並形成一缺口 62之形體 與C形扣槽701,該缺口處兩侧之強化片202設有螺孔2〇2a,可 供螺拴61栓入迫固者。 又半環形之備胎片20,可以利用如合金或具強度又較輕之 特材製成者。 另一環形之備胎體40 (第四圖A、B),其係是利用強化之橡 膠材或其它可撓性之強化之材質所製成,其中夾層設有簾紗強 化,其設有數個氣孔401與一環形扣槽402,該環形扣槽402之 一側片設有一凹口 40a可利於與車胎1〇凸環鉤部101結合時方 便喪入者。 就以胎壁之高度尺寸較高之車胎1〇,得以(第五圖)藉由 其凸環鉤部101,供兩半環形之備胎片20之扣槽2〇4與墊體205 扣合,並以螺栓60插入兩備胎片20兩端之強化片202的螺孔 202a栓迫結合形成備胎體200 (第五圖、第三圖a、B),其栓合 即可令備胎體200與車胎10之凸環鉤部1〇1構成強大之迫合緊 本紙張尺度適用中國國家標準(CNS ) A4規格(210X297公釐) (請先閲讀背面之注意事項再填寫本頁) •裝· 訂 線 593000 A7 --------—_______ 五、發明説明(+ ) ~~ 密固定度,再以伸縮頂柱30插入備胎體2〇〇之插槽2〇3頂固, 即可以一輪框結合成一輪胎即可施予氣壓者;其中伸縮頂柱3〇 之一管柱的扣孔301、302 ,係是供另一管柱之凸鉤3〇〇位移扣 固,其輪胎欲更換或維修時只需於車胎1Q之一侧施力下壓,即 可令伸縮頂柱30之管柱凸鉤300位移至另一扣孔302固定,即 可方便輕易將車胎10與輪框分離者;其中之伸縮頂柱3〇可依需 求設置或不設置者。 又以一般尺寸之(第六圖、第四圖A、B)車胎1〇 ,得以藉 由其凸環鉤部101,供備胎體40之環形扣槽402頂迫鉤入,利 用凸環鉤部101與備胎體40之環形扣槽402相互頂束,形成強 大頂束力加以固定,並得以數個螺栓50 (第六圊)栓入備胎體 40、凸環鉤部1〇1加強固定者;(第三囷c、D)另該車胎10 (第 一圖)亦可以利用C形之備胎體70與車胎之凸環鉤部ι〇1栓扣 合’其係是將C形之備胎體70之缺口 62拉開以其c形扣槽7〇1 扣固於車胎之凸環鉤部101,並以螺栓61栓入備胎體70缺口 62 處之兩強化片202之螺孔202a迫固者。 車胎10受尖利物破壞時,即可藉備胎髏40、200、70繼續 行駛至維修廠進行維修,免除推車與拖吊維修之苦與確保生命之 安全者。 由此可知,本發明確可達車胎防刃刺防爆與確保行車安全之 本紙張尺度適用中國國家標準(CNS ) Α4規格(2丨0'〆297公釐) (請先閲讀背面之注意事項再填寫本頁) •裝· 、11 線 593000 A7 五、發明說明(Γ ) 功效,又其結構精簡,且未見諸公開使用者,符合專利實用性、 新親性之要件’袭依法向鈞局提出專利申請,想請鈞局委員 速予惠審並准予本案專利權,實感德便。 需陳明者,以上所述乃是本創作之較佳實施例,如依本創作 之構想所作之改變,其產生之功能、作用仍未超出說明書與圏式 所涵蓋之精神時,一切應屬本創作之範圍内,合予陳明。 【實施方式】 ! 同上述者。 .【圖式簡單說明】 第一圖為本創作之外胎之局部立體示意圖 第二圖A為本創作之備胎片局部立體示意圖 第二圖B為本創作之備胎片另實施例局部立體示意圚 第三圖A為本創作之備胎片相栓合示意圖 第三圖B為本創作之備胎片相栓合局部示意圖 第三圖C為本創作之C形備胎體之示意圖 第三圖D為本創作之C形備胎體之局部示意圖 第四圖A為本創作之備胎體局部立體示意圓 本紙張尺度適用中國國家標準(CNS)A4規格(210 X 297公釐)
