Abstract

一種顯示面板,包含畫素結構,對應於顯示區域並具有複數畫素;及接收天線結構,設置於畫素結構。接收天線結構包含天線區塊。天線區塊包含天線及二個二極體。二極體為並聯且呈相反方向設置,並連接於二個開關,以供二個互為相反的時脈訊號。對於每個畫素中,開關在連續圖框交替開或關,供以進行點反轉驅動模式。掃描線延伸且交越天線而形成交越區域,且掃描線與交越部份的寬度能調整,以供補償由交越區域其天線造成掃描線之負載。

Description

顯示面板
本案是有關於一種顯示技術,特別是有關於一種利用天線以及掃描線進行點反轉驅動及訊號補償之顯示裝置。
目前無線傳輸技術已應用於顯示面板之訊號傳輸。一般而言,顯示面板包含一環周非顯示區域,其係被保留用於複數積體電路(ICs),作為向顯示面板之畫素提供資料訊號(Data signal)之資料驅動器(Data driver)。為了減少或消除該環周非顯示區域,無線傳輸技術能應用於傳輸資料訊號,藉此達到高資料傳輸速度,並能減少阻容延遲(RC delay)之缺失。
然而,當液晶顯示(LCD)裝置中使用無線傳輸技術時,在大尺寸(例如大於85”)且高解析度(超過8K)的液晶顯示裝置中,容阻負載(RC loading)會顯得很重要,且其不具有能允許畫素進行點反轉驅動模式之天線設置。更進一步,具有複數掃描線(Scan line)以提供畫素掃描訊號(Scan signal)之顯示面板中,該等掃描線會與接收天線產生交越區域(Crossover area),進而增加該等掃描線之負載。 因為每一該掃描線相對於接收天線具有不同的相對應之位置,每一該掃描線之負載增加應不相同,而造成該等掃描線之間有顯著的負載差異。
因此,本領域中仍存在未處理之需求,以解決上述之缺陷及不足。
本案提供一種顯示面板,包含:一畫素結構,其係對應於一顯示區域並具有複數畫素;及一接收天線結構,其係設置於該畫素結構,以在一點反轉驅動模式中提供第一訊號予該等畫素,其中該接收天線結構包含複數天線區塊,且每一該天線區塊係對應於該等畫素當中M*N個畫素,該M*N個畫素係以M個欄位及N個橫列設置,且M及N為正整數;其中,每一該天線區塊包含:一天線具有一內饋端及一外饋端,其中,該內饋端及該外饋端其中一者作為饋入端,而該內饋端及該外饋端其中一者電訊連接一直流電壓電位,作為一參考端;一第一二極體及一第二二極體,兩者並聯且電訊連接該天線之該饋入端,其中,該第一二極體及該第二二極體係以相反方向設置;一第一開關電訊連接該第一二極體及該M*N個畫素,其中,該第一開關之一控制端電訊連接一第一時脈訊號;及一第二開關電訊連接該第二二極體及該M*N個畫素,其中,該第二開關之一控制端電訊連接一第二時脈訊號,且該第二時脈訊號的相位與該第一時脈訊號相反;其中,在每一該M*N個畫 素中,當在一第一圖框時,該第一開關開啟且該第二開關關閉,當在一第二圖框時,該第一開關關閉且該第二開關開啟。
於一實施例中,每一該天線區塊更包含一橋接器,該橋接器係電訊連接自該M*N個畫素分別至該第一開關及該第二開關,該橋接器具有一主線及複數支線,該主線係分別電訊連接該第一開關及該第二開關,且該等支線係自該主線沿著一橫列方向延伸並電訊連接至該M*N個畫素。
於一實施例中,該顯示面板更包含一共用電極,其中,每一該天線區塊之該天線的該參考端係電訊連接該共用電極,以供接收來自該共用電極之該直流電壓電位。

本文所述之接收天線之「饋入端」是指「實際」饋入端,並電訊連接至相對應的訊號線。通常,接收天線具有一外饋端及一內饋端,其中該外饋端及該內饋端的其中一者是作為「饋入端」,而該外饋端及該內饋端的另一者則是作為接地或是電訊連接至一參考電壓電位(例如由共用電極提供之共用電壓VCOM)。
本文所述之實施例會結合圖示一併說明。根據本文之目的,本文會以具體且廣泛之方式描述關於本案之無線訊號傳輸之顯示面板及其顯示裝置。
如上所述,一種顯示面板能應用無線傳輸技藝以達到高資料傳輸速度之功效。於一例子中,磁耦合天線能利用發射器及接受器實現無線傳輸。例如,當一發射天線Tx有電流時,該發射天線Tx產生一磁場。其中該磁場會造成該發射天線Tx所對應之一接收天線Rx產生一感應電流。因此,訊號由該發射天線Tx傳送至對應之該接收天線Rx。然而,為了更大的顯示裝置之需求,於資料線傳輸時會由電流引起嚴重的電壓降問題(又稱為「IR drop」)。因 此,本案提出一種塊驅動機制(Block driving mechanism),用以解決IR drop問題,其係藉由將該顯示面板拆分成多個相異的區塊,且利用不同的接收天線獨自驅動每一該區塊。此外,本案亦提出拼貼顯示設備(Tiled display apparatus)。
第1A圖為根據本案一實施例繪示的顯示裝置之顯示面板之立體分解圖。如圖所示,該顯示面板100為一彩色液晶顯示面板(Liquid crystal display,LCD),其係包含一顯示單元110、一發射天線結構130、一接收天線結構150及一背光模組170。由影像顯示側(第1A圖之頂部)至背光側(第1A圖之底部)之方向,該顯示單元110包含一第一偏光鏡112、一彩色濾光層114、一液晶層116、一薄膜電晶體陣列(TFT array)120及一第二偏光鏡118。該接收天線結構150係由複數接收天線Rx構成,且該接收天線結構150設置於該薄膜電晶體陣列120。該發射天線結構150係由複數發射天線Tx構成,且該發射天線結構150設置於該背光模組170,因此該發射天線結構130及該接收天線結構150之間存有一距離,以增進其二者之間的無線資料傳輸速度。
在該顯示單元110中,該薄膜電晶體陣列120、該液晶層116及該彩色濾光層114定義一畫素結構,且該畫素結構係對應於該顯示面板100之一顯示區域。更進一步說明,該畫素結構包含複數畫素,且該等畫素係呈M個欄位及N個橫列之矩陣設置,其中M及N皆為正整數。該畫素結構之每一該畫素係對應於該薄膜電晶體陣列120之一該薄 膜電晶體(TFT),以及該彩色濾光層114之一組彩色濾光器。
在一實施例中,該顯示面板100能包含第1A圖中未顯示之其他層或結構。例如,該顯示結構中能更包含複數絕緣膜或絕緣層(即該薄膜電晶體陣列120、該液晶層116及該彩色濾光層114)。
第1B圖為根據本案一實施例繪示的部份薄膜電晶體陣列之示意圖。如圖所示,該薄膜電晶體陣列120包含複數薄膜電晶體(TFT),該等薄膜電晶體係以陣列設置,且每一該薄膜電晶體係對應於該畫素結構中之一畫素。換句話說,對於包含呈M個欄位及N個橫列矩陣設置之複數畫素的該畫素結構,該薄膜電晶體陣列120也包含複數薄膜電晶體,且該等薄膜電晶體亦係呈M個欄位及N個橫列陣列設置。更進一步,該畫素結構更具有複數資料線(Data line)D1、D2、D3...以及複數閘極線(Gate line)G1、G2、G3...。每一該資料線D1、D2、D3係分別電訊連接於對應直欄(column)之該薄膜電晶體之源極(Source),且每一該閘極線G1、G2、G3係分別電訊連接於對應橫列(Row)之該薄膜電晶體之閘極(Gate)。一閘極驅動器122電訊連接該等閘極線G1、G2、G3,以供傳輸訊號至該等閘極線,且一資料驅動器124電訊連接該等資料線D1、D2、D3,以供傳輸訊號至該等資料線。於某些實施例中,該閘極驅動器122可為複數設置。或於某些實施例中,該資料驅動器124可為複數設置。
第2A圖為根據本案一實施例繪示的接收天線 結構中的多個接收天線群組所形成之天線矩陣及其對應之掃描線之間的連接關係示意圖。如圖所示,該畫素結構200係劃分為複數接收天線矩陣210,且每一該接收天線矩陣210包含對應於相同接收天線(圖中未示)之m*n個畫素,以使資料訊號傳輸至該m*n個畫素,其中m及n為正整數。此外,如第2A圖所示,在畫素結構200之週邊外圍區域,該等閘極驅動陣列(Gate driver on array,GOA)220、230分別沿著該橫列方向及該直欄方向設置。具體地,每一該X-閘極驅動陣列(X-GOA)220表示一個閘極驅動陣列(GOA)為在如第2A圖中之頂側,且其與沿著該直欄方向(即該X方向)延伸之m條該等掃描線X1、X2、X3...、Xm電訊連接;每一該Y-閘極驅動陣列(Y-GOA)230表示一個閘極驅動陣列(GOA)為在如第2A圖中之左側,且其與沿著該橫列方向(即該Y方向)延伸之n條該等掃描線Y1、Y2、Y3...、Yn電訊連接。於此,對應於其中一該接收天線矩陣210之每一該畫素,該畫素電路中的該畫素能包含複數掃描電晶體或複數開關,且其中至少一該掃描電晶體係由一掃描訊號控制,且該掃描訊號為沿著該X方向並對應於m條其中一掃描線X1、X2、X3...、Xm,同時,至少一該掃描電晶體係由一掃描訊號控制,且該掃描訊號為該Y方向並對應於n條其中一掃描線Y1、Y2、Y3...、Yn。藉此,該畫素能由該等掃描訊號控制,以接收透過相對應知該接收天線發射之該資料訊號。
第2B圖為根據本案一實施例繪示的接收天 線、特定畫素的畫素電路及對應此畫素的複數掃描電晶體開關之間的連接關係示意圖。如圖所示,該接收天線240電訊連接一畫素電路之畫素,其中包含一X掃描電晶體222、一Y掃描電晶體232及二個相互串聯之電路模組252、254。一般而言,一畫素電路包含如電晶體、電容、二極體或其他電路等電路組件,且電路組間之間可以有不同變形的連接方式。因此,該等電路模組252、254於圖中僅以二個圖塊表示,而沒有顯示其中細部的電路組件。具體地,如第2B圖所示,該X掃描電晶體222與該掃描線Xm電性連接,且該Y掃描電晶體232與該掃描線Yn電性連接。換言之,第2B圖中所示之該畫素是對應於第2A圖中之該等掃描線Xm及Yn。
應注意的是,縱使第2B圖中表示該X掃描電晶體222、該Y掃描電晶體232及該等電路模組252、254為串聯設置,以上之各元件之間的電訊連接方式仍可為其他不同的設置,並不以此為限。
第3圖為根據本案一實施例繪示的天線之俯視圖。具體而言,如第3圖所示之該天線300可為第1A圖中該接收天線結構150之該接收天線Rx。如第3圖所示,該天線300係以順時針方向,由一外饋端302卷繞至一內饋端304。並於某些實施例中,該天線200之該卷繞方向可為順時針或逆時針。此外,該天線300包含複數垂直段部310及複數水平段部320,進而形成多匝導線。如第3圖所示,該天線300之該卷繞數N為3,表示該天線300具有3匝導線。於某些實 施例中,該天線300之該卷繞數N能根據該天線300之期望的傳輸特性而決定。
在某些實施例中,能以誘導分貝(induced decibel)(dB)作為一天線之傳輸特性參數,藉此反映該天線的傳輸效能。於無線傳輸領域中,該天線之誘導分貝(dB)的值表示為比值Rx/Tx,其係為該接收天線Rx與該發射天線Tx的比值。舉例來說,如果Rx/Tx之功率為X,則Rx/Tx的大小為(X)1/2,且誘導分貝(dB)為10 * log10 X。通常,具有大於-10dB誘導分貝的該天線,表示該天線具有可接受的無線傳輸效能,而具有接近0dB誘導分貝的該天線,則表示該天線具有優異的無線傳輸效能(即最小傳輸損耗)。
請再參閱第2B圖,該接收天線240電訊連接該畫素電路之該畫素,且是連接於該接收天線240之外饋端。並於某些實施例中,該接收天線能電訊連接於對應的資料線,且是連接於資料線的該外饋端或該內饋端。於此,未與對應的資料線電訊連接之其他該外饋端與該內饋端則能接地,或是電訊連接一參考電壓電位(如一共用電極之一直流電壓電位VCOM,或是其他參考電壓電位如VSS訊號或VDD訊號)。
如上所述,對於利用無線傳輸技術之一LCD裝置中,在大尺寸(如大於85”)且高解析度(如超過8K)的LCD裝置中,容阻負載(RC loading)會顯得很重要,且其不具有能允許該等畫素進行點反轉驅動模式(Dot inversion driving mode)之天線設置。為了克服此缺失,本案提出一種顯示面 板,用以實現具有點反轉(Dot inversion)之該接收天線及其對應之畫素設置。
第4A圖為根據本案一實施例繪示的接收天線結構之天線區塊之示意圖,且第4B圖為第4A圖中之天線區塊之示意圖。應注意的是,為了說明目的,於第4A圖及第4B圖中所示之線具有相異之線寬。然而,第4A圖及第4B圖所示之線寬並不表示為其實際的線寬或尺寸大小,且第4A圖及第4B圖中所示之元件實際上能具有不同的尺寸大小、形狀及其對應之結構位置。
如第4A圖所示,該接收天線結構400包含複數天線區塊410,且該等天線區塊410係呈矩陣設置,每一該天線區塊410係分別對應於一閘極驅動器X-GOA 420以及一閘極驅動器Y-GOA 430。其中,該閘極驅動器X-GOA 420連接於一組沿著該直欄方向(即該X方向)延伸之m條X掃描線X1至Xm。該閘極驅動器Y-GOA 430連接於一組沿著該橫列方向(即該Y方向)延伸之n條Y掃描線Y1至Yn。並且,m與n皆為正整數。換言之,每一該天線區塊410係對應於m*n個畫素。如第4B圖所示,每一該天線區塊410包含一天線412、二個二極體414A、414B、二個電晶體(如開關416A及開關416B)以及一橋接器418。該天線412更包含一內饋端412A及一外饋端412B。如第4A、4B圖所示,該內饋端412A係作為該天線412之一饋入點,而該外饋端412B則作為該天線412之一參考端,且該外饋端412B電訊連接一共用電極VCOM,以供由該共用電極VCOM接收該直流電壓電位。該 等二極體414A、414B為並聯設置且電訊連接該天線412之該內饋點412A,且該等二極體414A、414B係呈相反方向設置。該等開關416A、416B,並分別電訊連接該等二極體414A、414B至該橋接器418。該橋接器418呈梳狀結構,且具有一主線418M及複數支線418B。該主線418M分別電訊連接該等開關416A、416B,該等支線418B自該主線418M沿著該橫列方向延伸並電訊連接該等畫素。更進一步,第4B圖中上側的該二極體414A及該開關416A分別是指該第一二極體414A及該第一開關416A,且第4B圖中下側的該二極體414B及該開關416B分別是指該第二二極體414B及該第二開關416B。
第4C圖為根據本案一實施例繪示的多個畫素、多條掃描線及天線區塊中的橋接器之間的連接關係示意圖。具體地,如第4C圖中左上部分之該天線區塊410,其包含三條X掃描線X1、X2、X3及三條Y掃描線Y1、Y2、Y3。其中X掃描線及Y掃描線與該天線412交越(Crossover),並電訊連接3*3個畫素450。每一該畫素450電訊連接對應之該橋接器418之該等支線418B,以使每一該畫素450透過該橋接器418電訊連接該天線412。
第5A圖為根據本案一實施例繪示連接至一畫素的天線區塊之示意圖。如第5A圖所示,該天線區塊包含一接收天線Rx、二個二極體514A、514B、二個電晶體(如開關516A及516B)及一橋接器結構之一支線518B。該接收天線Rx、該等二極體514A、514B及該等電晶體(如開關516A 及516B)係分別與第4A、4B圖中之元件相對應且為相同之元件,包含該天線412、二個二極體414A、414B、二個電晶體(如開關416A及開關416B),因此不再另述。該畫素包含二個掃描電晶體540、542及一電容550,且該等掃描電晶體540、542分別連接該掃描線X1、Y1。此外,一發射天線Tx係供以對應於一接收天線Rx。
第5B圖為根據本案一實施例繪示的第5A圖中天線區塊及畫素之多個掃描訊號與多個時脈訊號之時序示意圖。如第5B圖所示,每一該掃描訊號係由該等掃描線X1至Xm及Y1至Yn提供,且該等時脈訊號Odd_CK、Even_CK為一脈衝訊號(Pulse wave signal),並具有對應之一固定周期、一固定脈衝波束寬度。該脈衝訊號具有一導通週期(Conduction period)及一關閉週期(Turn-off period)。具體地,每一該掃描訊號之該導通週期表示為高電位,而每一該掃描訊號之該關閉週期則表示為低電位,但前述之電位表示並不以此為限。如第5B圖所示,該奇時脈訊號Odd_CK及該偶時脈訊號Even_CK於連續圖框(Frame)間,二者相位互為相反(Phase-inversed)。具體地,在一第一圖框F1時,於該週期560中,該等掃描訊號X1、Y1由其所對應之該導通週期傳送,進而開啟該畫素中所對應之該等掃描電晶體540、542,請參閱第5A圖。在該週期560中,該奇時脈訊號Odd_CK係於該導通週期,且該偶時脈訊號Even_CK則於該關閉週期。並在一第二圖框F2時,於該週期570中,該等掃描訊號X1、Y1由其所對應之該導通週期傳送,進而開啟該 畫素中所對應之該等掃描電晶體540、542,請參閱第5A圖。在該週期570中,該奇時脈訊號Odd_CK係於該關閉週期,且該偶時脈訊號Even_CK則於該導通週期。換言之,對於在連續圖框中之該畫素550,該奇時脈訊號Odd_CK及該偶時脈訊號Even_CK,二者相位互為相反(Phase-inversed)訊號,藉此允許該等二極體514A、514B及該等開關516A、516B交替開啟而形成複數平行通道。
第5C圖為根據本案一實施例繪示在奇時脈訊號開啟的情況下如第5B圖所示的第一圖框當中第5A圖中畫素之電壓傳輸之示意圖。如第5C圖所示,在該第一圖框F1時,於該週期560中,該奇時脈訊號Odd_CK於該導通週期,且該偶時脈訊號Even_CK於該關閉週期。藉此,該第一開關516A為導通,且該第二開關516B為關閉(因此未於第5C圖中顯示)。於此,該共用電壓VCOM會大於該畫素之電壓Vpixel。因此,當該接收天線Rx被該發射天線Tx感應而產生一電壓差△V時,該接收天線Rx之該饋入端的電壓電位變為VCOM+△V,進而允許該接收天線Rx對該畫素之該電容550充電,其中係經由該第一二極體514A及該第一開關516A所形成之該第一平行通道。
第5D圖為根據本案一實施例繪示在偶時脈訊號開啟的情況下如第5B圖中第一圖框中第5A圖中畫素之電壓傳輸之示意圖。如第5D圖所示,在該第二圖框F2時,於該週期570中,該偶時脈訊號Even_CK於該導通週期,且該奇時脈訊號Odd_CK於該關閉週期。藉此,該第二開關 516B為導通,且該第一開關516A為關閉(因此未於第5D圖中顯示)。於此,該畫素之電壓Vpixel會大於該共用電壓VCOM。因此,該畫素之該電容550會將存於該接收天線Rx之電壓進行放電,其中係經由該第二二極體514B及該第二開關516B所形成之該第二平行通道。
應注意的是,如第5B圖所示,在連續圖框F1、F2間存有一空白週期BLK,其中所有訊號接於該關閉週期,藉此允許該奇時脈訊號Odd_CK及該偶時脈訊號Even_CK在該第二圖框F2時重設(Reset),並且切換至一個異於在該第一圖框F1時的相位。該空白週期BLK之長度可以改變。於某些實施例中,藉由設置特定的該等訊號,能使連續圖框F1、F2間不存有該空白週期BLK。
如上述之實施例中,僅具有單一個該共用電極VCOM。於某些實施例中,該顯示面板包含複數共用電極,該等共用電極係設置於相異層且不相互連接。於此,每一該共用電極則具有不同的直流電壓電位。舉例來說,如第6圖所示,其係為根據本案另一實施例繪示的接收天線結構之天線區塊之示意圖。如第6圖所示,相較於第4A圖中所示之該接收天線結構400,該接收天線結構600與其唯一之差異為該接收天線結構600具有三個相異的共用電極VCOM-1、VCOM-2、VCOM-3。藉此,允許每一該天線區塊610之該參考端電訊連接其中一個共用電極VCOM-1、VCOM-2、VCOM-3。該接收天線結構600之其他結構、元件及層皆對應且相同於第4A圖中所示之該接收天線結構 400的結構、元件及層,於此不再說明。具體而言,如第6圖所示,在該等天線區塊之頂側橫列中,於該天線區塊最左側之該天線係電訊連接該共用電極VCOM-1,於該天線區塊中間側之該天線則電訊連接該共用電極VCOM-3,該天線區塊最右側之該天線係電訊連接該共用電極VCOM-2。在該等天線區塊之中間側橫列中,於該天線區塊最左側之該天線係電訊連接該共用電極VCOM-2,於該天線區塊中間側之該天線則電訊連接該共用電極VCOM-1,該天線區塊最右側之該天線係電訊連接該共用電極VCOM-3。在該等天線區塊之底側橫列中,於該天線區塊最左側之該天線係電訊連接該共用電極VCOM-3,於該天線區塊中間側之該天線則電訊連接該共用電極VCOM-2,該天線區塊最右側之該天線係電訊連接該共用電極VCOM-1。於此,任二相鄰之該等天線區塊610不論於該橫列方向或於該直欄方向上,皆會分別電訊連接其中一該共用電極VCOM-1、VCOM-2或VCOM-3,且為相異之該共用電極。
如上述之實施例,該等閘極驅動器設置於該顯示面板之一外圍區域。於某些實施例中,該等閘極驅動器能移動至該顯示區域,並於該等天線區塊之間設置。藉此,能減少或消除該顯示面板之該外圍區域。舉例來說,第7圖為根據本案再一實施例繪示的接收天線結構之天線區塊之示意圖。如第7圖所示,該接收天線結構700包含複數天線區塊710,且該等天線區塊710係呈2*2矩陣設置。具體地,該等閘極驅動器X-GOA 720設置於二相鄰橫列的該等天線 區塊710之間,且該等閘極驅動器Y-GOA 730設置於二相鄰直欄的該等天線區塊710之間。換言之,每一該閘極驅動器設置於該顯示區域中任二相鄰之該等天線區塊710之間。該等天線區塊710之結構及其元件係對應且相同於第4A、4B圖中所示之該等天線區塊410之結構及元件,,因此不再另述。
如上述之實施例所述,該等X掃描線X1至Xm及該等Y掃描線Y1至Yn能與該天線等Rx形成該等交越區域。具體地,於該接收天線及該等掃描線之間的該等交越區域,係指「天線交越區域(Antenna crossover area)」。例如,第8A圖為根據本案一實施例繪示的接收天線及掃描線之間的交越區域之示意圖。如第8A圖所示,該天線區塊800具有一天線810,該天線810係對應於60條該等X掃描線X1至X60以及27條該等Y掃描線Y1至Y27,且該天線810之該卷繞數N為3。在該等X掃描線中,於該等X掃描線最左側之該X掃描線X1沒有與該天線810形成該天線交越區域。並且,於該等X掃描線最右側之該掃描線X60僅與該天線810形成一個該天線交越區域840。然而,於該等X掃描線中間側之該掃描線X30,其係與該天線810總共形成六個該天線交越區域820,其係為該卷繞數N的兩倍。在該等Y掃描線中,於該等Y掃描線最頂側及最底側之該Y掃描線Y1及Y27,皆沒有與該天線810形成該天線交越區域。然而,於該等Y掃描線中間側之該Y掃描線Y13與該天線810總共形成六個該天線交越區域830。應注意的是,位於中心處之該等掃描線 與其對應之該天線810應形成更多的該等天線交越區域830,且位於鄰近該外圍區域的該等掃描線與其對應之該天線810應形成較少該等天線交越區域830。
第8B圖為根據本案一實施例繪示的第8A圖中部份水平接收天線及X掃描線間交越區域之示意圖,且第8C圖為根據本案一實施例繪示的第8A圖中部份垂直接收天線及Y掃描線間交越區域之示意圖。如第8B圖所示,該X掃描線X30之寬度為6μm,且該天線810之該水平段部的寬度為50μm。因此,該等天線交越區域820為300μm2。並如第8C圖所示,該Y掃描線Y13之寬度為6μm,且該天線810之該垂直段部的寬度為30μm。因此,該等天線交越區域820為180μm2。
如第8A圖中所示之該等掃描線,每一該掃描線之負載(loading)係關聯於其所對應之該掃描線之該交越區域。舉例來說,第8D圖為根據本案一實施例繪示的第8A圖中X掃描線之電容值之時序圖,且第8E圖為根據本案一實施例繪示的第8A圖中Y掃描線之電容值之時序圖。如第8D圖所示,於該等X掃描線最左側之該X掃描線X1(其係沒有與該天線810形成該交越區域),其中該電容大約為5.5F,而於中間側之該X掃描線X30(其係與該天線810形成六個該等交越區域),其中該電容大約為6.5F。如第8E圖所示,於該等Y掃描線最頂側之該Y掃描線Y1(其係沒有與該天線810形成該交越區域),其中該電容大約為11.5F,而於中間側之該Y掃描線Y13(其係與該天線810形成六個該等交越區 域),其中該電容大約為12.6F。其中,上述所述之交越區域係指X掃描線或Y掃描線之水投影與天線線圈之垂直投影重疊或重合的區域。交越或稱為交疊的部分則如第8B圖及第8C圖所示。
應注意的是,第8A圖僅顯示於單一該接收天線810與該等掃描線所形成之該等天線交越區域。第9圖為根據本案一實施例繪示的顯示面板中接收天線及掃描線間交越區域之示意圖。如第9圖所示,該顯示面板900包含複數接收天線,且該等接收天線係呈矩陣設置。因此,每一該掃描線之該等天線交越區域的數量會增加,且該等掃描線之間之該負載的差異亦被放大,進而造成不均勻之負載結構。為了彌補前述之缺失,本案另提供一種顯示面板,且該顯示面板具有特定的掃描線及共用電極,用以補償該等掃描線之間的負載。為了補償該等掃描線因與天線線圈交越區域的負載不均的問題,因而可以以下技術解決該等問題。
第10A圖為根據本案一實施例繪示的接收天線及掃描線間交越區域之示意圖。如第10A圖所示,該共用電極VCOM具複數條帶部分,且該等條帶部分設置於該接收天線1010周圍。對於該等X掃描線X1至X60,每一該X掃描線具有一交越部分,且每一該交越部分係交疊於該共用電極VCOM之水平的該條帶部分。舉例來說,於該等X掃描線中間側之該X掃描線X30,其係具有對應之一交越部分1020,而於該等X掃描線最左側之該X掃描線X1則具有對應 之該交越部分1022,於該等X掃描線最右側之該X掃描線X60則具有對應之該交越部分1024。其他二條該等X掃描線X68、X53如第10A所示,其係分別具有對應之該交越部分1026、1028。相同地,對於該等Y掃描線Y1至Yn,每一該Y掃描線具有一交越部分,且每一該交越部分係交疊於該共用電極VCOM之垂直的該條帶部分。舉例來說,於該等Y掃描線中間側之該Y掃描線Y13,其係具有對應之該交越部分1030,而於該等Y掃描線最頂側之該Y掃描線Y1則具有對應之該交越部分1032,於該等Y掃描線最底側之該Y掃描線Y27則具有對應之該交越部分1034。其他二條該等Y掃描線Y5、Y22如第10A所示,其係分別具有對應之該交越部分1036、1038。藉此,該等X掃描線及該等Y掃描線之該等交越部份的寬度能用以達到補償之目的。上述所提及之交越或交疊,係為共用電極VCOM之水平投影方向上與該X掃描線及該Y掃描線之水平投影方向上的面積具有部分重合或重疊的狀況。位於天線線圈外側之掃描線與天線線圈於水平投影方向具有較少重疊,而位於天線線圈內之掃描線與天線線圈於水平投影方向上具有較多交疊部分,為了補償這種負載不均勻的情形,因此本案之一實施例設計將位於天線線圈外側之掃描線與共用電極VCOM交越部分1022、1034等的掃描線的面積設置較位於天線線圈內側之掃描線與共用電極VCOM交越部分1020、1030的掃描線的面積大。
第10B圖為根據本案一實施例繪示的X掃描線及第8A圖中共用電極之水平條帶部分間交越區域之示意 圖。如第10B圖所示,於該等X掃描線中間側之該X掃描線X30,其該交越部份1020的寬度W30等同於其該剩餘部分之寬度。換言之,該等X掃描線中間側之該X掃描線X30,作為該等X掃描線X1至X60的該中心掃描線,在該X掃描線X30及該交越部份1020中具有固定的寬度。另一方面,於該等X掃描線最左側之該X掃描線X1,其該交越部份1022的寬度W1大於其該剩餘部分之寬度(也是W30,這是因為所有該等X掃描線之該交越部份具有相同的寬度)。相同地,於該等X掃描線最右側之該X掃描線X60,其該交越部份1024的寬度也大於其該剩餘部分之寬度(也是W30)。請復參閱第10A圖,該X掃描線X8及該X掃描線X53,其各自的該交越部份1026、1028之寬度也分別大於其對應之該等剩餘部分之寬度。此外,於該等X掃描線最左側之該X掃描線X1,其該交越部份1022的寬度W1,寬度W1大於該X掃描線X8之該交越部份1026的寬度。並且,該X掃描線X8之該交越部份1026的寬度大於寬度W30,其中該等X掃描線中間側之該X掃描線X30,其該交越部份1020的寬度為W30。同理,於該等X掃描線最右側之該X掃描線X60,其該交越部份1024的寬度,其係大於該X掃描線X53之該交越部份1028的寬度。並且,該X掃描線X53之該交越部份1028的寬度大於寬度W30,其中該等X掃描線中間側之該X掃描線X30,其該交越部份1020的寬度為W30。該等Y掃描線的該等交越部份1030-1038之寬度亦等同於前述對於其寬度之設置,於此不再另述。
於某些實施例中,每一該掃描線之該交越部份的寬度是由對應於每一該掃描線的該天線交越區域之一總交越面積決定。例如,該等X掃描線中間側之該X掃描線X30,其具有最大數量以及最大的該天線交越區域之該交越區域,該交越部份1020的寬度不需要調整。相較之下,該等X掃描線最左側及最右側之該X掃描線X1、X60,其具有最少數量以及最小的該天線交越區域之該交越區域,該交越部份1022、1024的寬度則隨著該等X掃描線X1至X60之負載增加而明顯增加。如此一來,於該等X掃描線之間的負載分布能因此平均設置。
第10C圖為根據本案一實施例繪示的第8A圖中X掃描線之補償區域之時序圖。第10D圖為根據本案一實施例繪示的第8A圖中X掃描線之電容之時序圖。如第10C圖所示,該等X掃描線中間側之該X掃描線X30,其該補償區域(即該交越部份的面積)為零,這是由於該等X掃描線中間側之該X掃描線X30,其該交越部份1020的寬度並沒有增加。相較之下,每一該X掃描線X1至X60,其各自的該補償區域(即該交越部份的面積)為最大,這是由於每一該X掃描線X1至X60,其該交越部份1022、1024的寬度明顯地增加。因此,如第10D圖所示,該等X掃描線之該電容供以補償至大約6.5pF,進而允許該等X掃描線具有均勻之負載。
第10E圖為根據本案一實施例繪示的第8A圖中Y掃描線之補償區域之時序圖。第10F圖為根據本案一實施例繪示的第8A圖中Y掃描線之電容之時序圖。如第10E圖 所示,該等Y掃描線中間側之該Y掃描線Y13,其該補償區域(即該交越部份的面積)為零,這是由於該等Y掃描線中間側之該Y掃描線Y13,其該交越部份1030的寬度並沒有增加。相較之下,每一該Y掃描線Y1至Y27,其各自的該補償區域(即該交越部份的面積)為最大,這是由於每一該Y掃描線Y1至Y27,其該交越部份1032、1034的寬度明顯地增加。因此,如第10F圖所示,該等Y掃描線之該電容供以補償至大約12.6pF,進而允許該等Y掃描線具有均勻之負載。
如第10A圖所示,該等掃描線於其該交越部份之寬度係供以調整,進而補償負載。於某些實施例中,該共用電極VCOM之寬度亦供以調整。第11圖為根據本案一實施例繪示的接收天線及掃描線間交越區域之示意圖。具體地,相較於第10A圖所示之該結構1100及其對應之結構1000,第11圖與第10A圖之間所示之實施例存有唯一差異點,即為第11圖之實施例不僅能調整該等X掃描線與該等Y掃描線之該等交越部份的寬度,更能調整該共用電極VCOM之該等條帶部分之寬度。特別是,該共用電極VCOM之該水平條帶部分,其係對應於該等X掃描線,且複數交疊部分(Overlapping portion)1122、1124、1126及1128係分別對應於該等X掃描線X1、X60、X8及X53之交越部份(Crossover portion)。並且,該等交疊部分1122、1124、1126及1128之寬度係分別大於對應的該共用電極VCOM之該水平條帶部分的該剩餘部分。相同地,該共用電極VCOM之該垂直條帶部分,其係對應於該等Y掃描線,且複數交疊部 分1132、1134、1136及1138係分別對應於該等Y掃描線Y1、Y27、Y5及Y22。並且,該等交疊部分1132、1134、1136及1138之寬度係分別大於對應的該共用電極VCOM之該垂直條帶部分的該剩餘部分。
發明人針對第10A圖所示之補償結構的實施例進行實驗及模擬,進而確定補償參數。例如,以12*5該接收天線結構進行模擬,其係呈5橫列12直欄之矩陣設置。每一該接收天線之卷繞數N為12,且每一該接收天線之該水平部段及該垂直部段的大小係顯示於第8B及8C圖中。於此,如第10A圖所示之該等X掃描線中間側之該X掃描線X30,該天線交越區域之數量為120(等於12*2*5),且該等Y掃描線中間側之該Y掃描線Y13,該天線交越區域之數量為288(等於12*2*12)。
第12A圖為根據本案一實施例繪示在每一個接收天線之卷繞數N=12的情況下對應於具有五個接收天線之直欄的X掃描線之補償區域之時序圖。第12B圖為根據本案一實施例繪示的第12A圖中X掃描線之補償資料之電容之時序圖。如第12A圖所示,該等X掃描線X1至X60之該等交越部份的寬度供以被調整,藉此,每一該X掃描線的該總交越面積為36000μm2(等於120*300μm2)。於此,如第12B圖所示,該補償結構會導致該等X掃描線之該電容為6.340-6.376pF範圍之平均值。
第12C圖為根據本案一實施例繪示在每一個接收天線之卷繞數N=12的情況下對應於具有實二個接收天線 之橫列的Y掃描線之補償區域之時序圖。第12D圖為根據本案一實施例繪示的第12A圖中Y掃描線之補償資料之電容之時序圖。如第12C圖所示,該等Y掃描線Y1至Y27之該等交越部份的寬度供以被調整,藉此,每一該Y掃描線的該總交越面積為51840μm2(等於288*180μm2)。於此,如第12D圖所示,該補償結構會導致該等Y掃描線之該電容為12.649-12.676pF範圍之平均值。
如上述之說明,其係出於說明及描述目的而提供該顯示面板及該顯示裝置之實施例。雖然能分別於不同實施例中描述某些特徵,在不脫離本案的精神及範圍之情況下,該些特徵可以相互組合進而形成其他的實施例。

Claims (20)

  1. 一種顯示面板,包含:一畫素結構,其係對應於一顯示區域並具有複數畫素;及一接收天線結構,其係設置於該畫素結構,以在一點反轉驅動模式中提供第一訊號予該等畫素,其中該接收天線結構包含複數天線區塊,且每一該天線區塊係對應於該等畫素其中的M*N個畫素,該M*N個畫素係呈M個欄位及N個橫列設置,且M及N為正整數;其中,每一該天線區塊包含:一天線,其係具有一內饋端及一外饋端,其中,該內饋端及該外饋端其中一者作為一饋入端,而該內饋端及該外饋端其中另一者電訊連接一直流電壓電位作為一參考端;一第一二極體及一第二二極體,兩者並聯且電訊連接該天線之該饋入端,其中,該第一二極體及該第二二極體係呈相反方向設置;一第一開關,電訊連接該第一二極體及該M*N個畫素,其中,該第一開關之一控制端電訊連接一第一時脈訊號;及一第二開關,電訊連接該第二二極體及該M*N個畫素,其中,該第二開關之一控制端電訊連接一第二時脈訊號,且該第二時脈訊號的相位與該第一時脈訊號相反; 其中,在每一該M*N個畫素中,當在一第一圖框時,該第一開關開啟且該第二開關關閉,當在一第二圖框時,該第一開關關閉且該第二開關開啟。
  2. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之顯示面板,其中,每一該天線區塊更包含一橋接器,該橋接器係電訊連接自該M*N個畫素分別至該第一開關及該第二開關,該橋接器具有一主線及複數支線,該主線係分別電訊連接該第一開關及該第二開關,且該等支線係自該主線沿著一橫列方向延伸並電訊連接至該M*N個畫素。
  3. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之顯示面板,更包含一共用電極,其中,每一該天線區塊之該天線的該參考端係電訊連接該共用電極,以供接收來自該共用電極之該直流電壓電位。
  4. 如申請專利範圍第3項所述之顯示面板,更包含複數掃描線延伸且交越該等天線區塊之該等天線,其中,該等天線區塊之該等天線具有複數天線交越區域,該等天線交越區域係在垂直於該畫素結構之方向上與該等掃描線交疊,且每一該掃描線具有一交越部份,該交越部份係在垂直之方向上與該共用電極交疊,且每一該掃描線之該交越部份的寬度係大於或等於每一該掃描線之一剩餘部份的寬度。
  5. 如申請專利範圍第4項所述之顯示面板,其中,該等掃描線更包含一第一掃描線及一第二掃描線,該第一掃描線及該第二掃描線係分別對應於該等天線交越區域之一第一數量及一第二數量,且該第二數量係大於該第一數量,該第一掃描線之該交越部份的寬度係大於該第二掃描線之該交越部份的寬度。
  6. 如申請專利範圍第5項所述之顯示面板,其中,該等掃描線更包含一第三掃描線,該第三掃描線係對應於該等天線交越區域之一第三數量,且該第三數量係大於該第一數量並係小於該第二數量,該第三掃描線之該交越部份的寬度係分別大於該第二掃描線之該交越部份的寬度並小於該第一掃描線之該交越部份的寬度。
  7. 如申請專利範圍第4項所述之顯示面板,其中,每一該掃描線之該交越部份的寬度由其所對應之該等天線交越區域之一總交越面積決定。
  8. 如申請專利範圍第4項所述之顯示面板,其中,每一該畫素更包含複數掃描開關,且每一該掃描開關之一控制端係電訊連接相對應之該掃描線。
  9. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之顯示面板, 更包含複數共用電極,且每一該天線區塊之每一該天線的該參考端係電訊連接其中一該共用電極,且每一該共用電極具有一相對應直流電壓電位。
  10. 如申請專利範圍第9項所述之顯示面板,其中,該等天線區塊當中相鄰的兩個天線區塊係分別電訊連接相異之該共用電極。
  11. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之顯示面板,更包含複數掃描線及複數閘極驅動器,該等閘極驅動器係電訊連接該等掃描線,其中至少一該閘極驅動器係設置於該顯示區域且係於二相鄰之該等天線區塊之間。
  12. 一種顯示面板,包含:一畫素結構,其係對應於一顯示區域並具有複數畫素;一接收天線結構,其係設置於該畫素結構,以提供第一訊號予該等畫素,其中該接收天線結構包含複數天線;複數掃描線,其係延伸且交越該等該等天線,其中,該等天線具有複數天線交越區域,該等天線交越區域係在垂直於該畫素結構之方向上與該等掃描線交疊;一共用電極,其中該等掃描線具有一交越部份,該交越部份係在垂直方向上予該共用電極交疊;其中,每一該掃描線之該交越部份的寬度係大於或等 於每一該掃描線之一剩餘部份的寬度;其中,該等掃描線更包含一第一掃描線及一第二掃描線,該第一掃描線及該第二掃描線係分別對應於該等天線交越區域之一第一數量及一第二數量,且該第二數量係大於該第一數量;該第一掃描線之該交越部份的寬度係大於該第二掃描線之該交越部份的寬度。
  13. 如申請專利範圍第12項所述之顯示面板,其中,該等掃描線更包含一第三掃描線,該第三掃描線係對應於該等天線交越區域之一第三數量,且該第三數量係大於該第一數量並係小於該第二數量,該第三掃描線之該交越部份的寬度係分別大於該第二掃描線之該交越部份的寬度並小於該第一掃描線之該交越部份的寬度。
  14. 如申請專利範圍第12項所述之顯示面板,其中,每一該掃描線之該交越部份的寬度係由其所對應之該等天線交越區域之一總交越面積決定。
  15. 如申請專利範圍第12項所述之顯示面板,其中,該等掃描線之一中心掃描線係對應於該等天線交越區域之一最大數量,且該中心掃描線之該交越部份的寬度係等於該中心掃描線之一剩餘部份的寬度。
  16. 如申請專利範圍第12項所述之顯示面 板,其中,該共用電極更包含複數條帶部份,該等條帶部份設置於該等天線周圍;每一該條帶部份具有複數交疊部份,該等交疊部份係對應於該等掃描線之該等交越部份,且每一該交疊部份的寬度係大於每一該條帶部份之一剩餘部份的寬度。
  17. 如申請專利範圍第12項所述之顯示面板,其中,該等掃描線更包含複數X掃描線及複數Y掃描線,該等X掃描線係沿著一直欄方向延伸,且該等Y掃描線係沿著一橫列方線延伸。
  18. 如申請專利範圍第12項所述之顯示面板,其中,該接收天線結構更包含複數天線區塊,每一該天線區塊係對應於該等畫素當中的M*N個畫素,該M*N個畫素係呈M個欄位及N個橫列設置,且M及N為正整數,且每一該天線區塊更包含:一該等天線之對應天線,其係具有一內饋端及一外饋端,其中,該內饋端及該外饋端的其中一者作為一饋入端,而該內饋端及該外饋端的另一者電訊連接一共用電壓,以供接收一直流電壓電位並作為一參考端;一第一二極體及一第二二極體,兩者並聯且電訊連接該對應天線之該饋入端,其中,該第一二極體及該第二二極體係呈相反方向設置;一第一開關,其係電訊連接該第一二極體及該等 M*N畫素,其中,該第一開關之一控制端係電訊連接一第一時脈訊號;及一第二開關,其係電訊連接該第二二極體及該等M*N畫素,其中,該第二開關之一控制端係電訊連接一第二時脈訊號,且該第二時脈訊號的相位與該第一時脈訊號相反;其中,在每一該M*N個畫素中,當在一第一圖框時,該第一開關開啟且該第二開關關閉,當在一第二圖框時,該第一開關關閉且該第二開關開啟。
  19. 如申請專利範圍第18項所述之顯示面板,其中,每一該天線區塊更包含一橋接器,該橋接器係電訊連接自該M*N個畫素分別至該第一開關及該第二開關,該橋接器具有一主線及複數支線,該主線係分別電訊連接該第一開關及該第二開關,且該等支線係自該主線沿著一橫列方向延伸並電訊連接至該M*N個畫素。
  20. 如申請專利範圍第12項所述之顯示面板,更包含複數閘極驅動器,其係電訊連接該等掃描線,其中至少一該閘極驅動器係設置於該顯示區域且係於二相鄰之該等天線區塊之間。
