如上所述,顯示面板可採用無線傳輸機制以達 到高速資料傳輸。在一例子中,磁耦天線可被用作為傳輸器或接收器以達到無線傳輸。舉例而言,當傳輸天線Tx被提供一電流,傳輸天線Tx可產生磁場,其造成對應的接收天線Rx產生感應電流。如此,訊號從傳輸天線Tx傳輸至對應的接收天線Rx。然而,由於大型顯示裝置的需求,因電流而造成的嚴重壓降(即「IR壓降」)問題可能在資料線傳輸中發生。因此,本揭示提出一區塊驅動機制藉由將顯示面板區分成複數區塊且使用不同接收天線獨立驅動各區塊以解決IR壓降問題。再者,一拼接式微型發光二極體顯示裝置亦被提出。
第1A圖是依照本揭示一些實施例所繪示一顯示面板的爆炸圖。如第1A圖所示,顯示面板100是彩色液晶顯示(LCD)面板,其包含顯示單元110、傳輸天線結構130、接收天線結構150以及背光模組170。顯示單元110從影像顯示側(第1A圖的上側)朝向背光側(第1A圖的下側)包含第一偏光器112、彩色濾光層114、液晶層116、薄膜電晶體(TFT)陣列120以及第二偏光器118。接收天線結構150由複數設置於薄膜電晶體陣列120上的接收天線Rx所組成。傳輸天線結構130由複數設置於背光模組170上的傳輸天線Tx所組成,使得存在於傳輸天線結構130與接收天線結構150之間的距離能促進傳輸天線結構130與接收天線結構150之間的高速無線資料傳輸。

第2A圖以及第2B圖是依照本揭示一些實施例所繪示一天線。特別地,第2A圖以及第2B圖中所繪示的天線200可被用作為第1A圖中接收天線結構150中的接收天線Rx。如第2A圖所示,天線結構200從外饋入端202朝向內饋入端204以逆時針方向彎折。在一些實施例中,天線200的彎折方向可為順時針或逆時針。

在一些實施例中,天線200的傳輸特性可以傳輸係數(induced decibel)描述,其反映天線200的傳輸品質。天線200的傳輸係數可對應地由上述的天線200的該些參數決定。在無線傳輸領域,一組天線的傳輸係數值代表一比例Rx/Tx,代表該天線的接收天線Rx與傳輸天線Tx的比例。舉例而言,若Rx/Tx的功率比例為X,Rx/Tx的振幅比例為(X)1/2,且該天線的傳輸係數為10*log10X。一般而言,傳輸係數大於-10dB的天線代表該天線的無線傳輸具有可接受的品質,且傳輸係數接近0dB的天線代表該天線的無線傳輸具有極好的品質(即,最小傳輸損耗)。
天線的線圈匝數N是影響該天線的電感的重要參數之一。第2C圖是依照本揭示一些實施例所繪示天線的線圈匝數與該天線的傳輸係數的關係的曲線圖。特別地,第2C圖的曲線圖繪示具有不同線圈匝數N的一組天線,實質上具有相同外徑D、相同線寬、相同線距以及相同線厚。如第2C圖所示,當天線的線圈匝數N介於6至10的範圍,天線的傳輸係數介於-4.9以及-4.7的範圍。當天線的線圈匝數N為 9時,天線的傳輸係數達到最大值約-4.7。換句話說,當N小於10時,有個趨勢是當天線的線圈匝數N增加,天線的傳輸係數將會較佳。
第3A圖是依照本揭示一些實施例所繪示接收天線結構中一垂直行方向接收天線與像素結構中對應的資料線之間的連接。如第3A圖所示,像素結構300包含36條資料線,由左至右為D1~D36,以及1728條閘極線,由上至下為G1~G1728。對應地,接收天線結構包含36個接收天線320-1~320-36,配置於同一行中。36條資料線D1~D36的各者於外饋入端電性連接至36個接收天線320-1~320-36的對應一者,且36個接收天線320-1~320-36的內饋入端接地。換句話說,一行中接收天線的數量相同於對應資料線的數量。

如第3A圖所示,接收天線320-1~320-36的各者於接收天線的外饋入端電性連接至對應的資料線D1~D36。在一些實施例中,接收天線的各者可於接收天線的外饋入端以及內饋入端的其中一者電性連接至對應的資料線。在這個例子中,接收天線的外饋入端以及內饋入端中未電性連接至對應的資料線的另一者可接地。
再者,如第3A圖所示,接收天線320-1~320-36電性連接至對應的資料線D1~D36。在一些實施例中,接收天線可以電性連接至對應的訊號線,其中該些訊號線可為顯示面板的資料線、閘極線或其他訊號線。

如前所述,在大型顯示裝置中,因電流而造成的嚴重壓降(即「IR壓降」)問題可能在訊號傳輸中沿著訊號線發生,訊號線例如為資料線或閘極線。舉例而言,第4A圖是依照本揭示一些實施例所繪示一接收天線結構中具有相同線圈匝數的複數天線且第4B圖是依照本揭示一些實施例所繪示由第4A圖中該些天線所傳輸的訊號。如第4A圖所示,接收天線結構400包含三個接收天線420,422以及424,依序連接至閘極線410,其中閘極訊號由左向右傳輸。換句話說,電性連接至閘極線410的閘極驅動器(圖未示)應位於第4A圖的左側。需注意的是三個接收天線420,422以及424為相同的天線,各接收天線具有相同的線圈匝數N等 於2、相同的外徑、相同的線距、相同的線寬以及相同的線厚。如此,該些接收天線420,422以及424的各者的傳輸係數也實質上相同。理論上,透過閘極線410傳輸的閘極訊號應為方波脈衝,例如第4B圖中的脈衝450。然而,由於IR壓降問題,透過閘極線410傳輸的閘極訊號可能被閘極線410的負載所影響,導致傳輸至天線422以及424的實際閘極訊號的脈衝波形明顯地變形,因此成為第4B圖中的變形波形形狀452以及454且造成實際閘極訊號的嚴重壓降。
在一些實施例中,如第4A圖以及第4B圖所示的壓降問題可藉由改變如第1A圖中的接收天線結構150的接收天線Rx的結構以解決。舉例而言,某些位於靠近對應閘極線尾端的接收天線Rx可承受較大負載,且這些具有較大負載的接收天線Rx可被調整以增加其傳輸係數,使得這些接收天線Rx的各者的傳輸係數大於其他接收天線Rx的傳輸係數。舉例而言,第4C圖是依照本揭示一些實施例所繪示一接收天線結構中具有不同線圈匝數的複數天線。如第4C圖所示,接收天線結構400’具有與第4A圖中的接收天線結構400相似的天線結構,不同處只在於接收天線422’以及424’的線圈匝數增加,而接收天線420、422’以及424’的其他參數,例如:外徑、線距、線寬以及線厚維持相同。特別地,相較於接收天線420在較靠近於閘極驅動器的位置(位於第4C圖的左側)電性連接閘極線410,接收天線422’以及424’在較遠離閘極驅動器的位置電性連接閘極線410。對於接收天線422’,N等於4,且對於接收天線424’,N等於6。因此,三個接收天線420、422’以及424’的傳輸係數將依序地增加,使得接收天線422’的傳輸係數大於接收天線420的傳輸係數,且接收天線424’的傳輸係數大於接收天線422’的傳輸係數。在這個例子中,由於龐大負載所造成朝向閘極線410的尾端的IR壓降問題可被補償。

在一些實施例中,多個如第6圖所示的微型發光二極體顯示面板600可被利用以及結合成一拼接式微型發光二極體顯示面板。第7圖是依照本揭示一些實施例所繪示一拼接式微型發光二極體顯示裝置的接收天線結構。如第7圖所示,拼接式微型發光二極體顯示裝置700由四個微型發光二極體顯示面板710接合而成且接合成2x2陣列,交叉形狀的接合間隙720位於四個微型發光二極體顯示面板710之間。四個微型發光二極體顯示面板710的各者具有實質上相同的尺寸。在各微型發光二極體顯示面板710中,接收天線結構具有接收天線,其配置成5x5陣列。由於拼接式微型發光二極體顯示裝置700的顯示區域中存在接合間隙720,相較於遠離接合間隙720的區域中的顯示訊號,靠近接合間隙720的區域中的顯示訊號可能明顯地降低。因此,各微型發光二極體顯示面板710,對於鄰近接合間隙720的列與行的接收天線,線圈匝數N等於4,且對於其他非鄰近接合間隙720的接收天線,線圈匝數N等於2。在這個例子中,鄰近接合間隙720的列與行的接收天線的傳輸係數將大於其他接收天線的傳輸係數,如此補償在靠近接合間隙720的區域中的訊號壓降問題。
需注意的是上述微型發光二極體顯示面板600以及拼接式微型發光二極體顯示裝置700僅為本揭示的實 施例。在一些實施例中,如上述的發明特徵也可應用至發光二極體顯示面板或拼接式發光二極體顯示裝置,而未限制至使用微型發光二極體。
在一些實施例中,接收天線結構可設計成補償微型發光二極體的亮度。第8A圖是依照本揭示一些實施例所繪示不同顏色微型發光二極體的亮度與電流之間的關係的曲線圖,且第8B圖是依照本揭示一些實施例所繪示對應不同顏色微型發光二極體的複數接收天線。如第8A圖所示,在特定電流如600毫安培,綠色發光二極體的亮度明顯優於紅色和藍色發光二極體的亮度,且紅色發光二極體的亮度微優於藍色發光二極體的亮度。如此,不同顏色的微型發光二極體晶片的接收天線的傳輸係數可對應地調整以調整微型發光二極體晶片的亮度。如第8B圖所示,接收天線810連接至綠色微型發光二極體G,其對應至G次像素;接收天線820連接至紅色微型發光二極體R,其對應至R次像素;以及接收天線830連接至藍色微型發光二極體B,其對應至B次像素。對於連接至綠色微型發光二極體G的接收天線810,線圈匝數N等於2;對於連接至紅色微型發光二極體R的接收天線820,線圈匝數N等於4;以及對於連接至藍色微型發光二極體B的接收天線830,線圈匝數N等於6。在這個例子中,連接至藍色微型發光二極體B的接收天線830的傳輸係數將大於連接至紅色微型發光二極體R的接收天線820的傳輸係數,且連接至紅色微型發光二極體R的接收天線820的傳輸係數將大於連接至綠色微型發光二極體G的接收天線810的傳輸係數,如此補償藍色微型發光二極體B以及紅色微型發光二極體R的亮度。據此,RGB顏色的微型發光二極體晶片的亮度可被調整成類似於另一者。
在一些實施例中,接收天線結構可被設計成補償微型發光二極體的臨限電壓,一微型發光二極體的臨限電壓可相關於該微型發光二極體的色溫。第9A圖是依照本揭示一些實施例所繪示不同顏色微型發光二極體的電流與電壓之間的關係,且第9B圖是依照本揭示一些實施例所繪示對應不同顏色微型發光二極體的複數接收天線。如第9A圖所示,在特定的電流如600毫安培,紅色發光二極體的臨限電壓Vth明顯低於綠色發光二極體以及藍色發光二極體的臨限電壓Vth,且綠色發光二極體的臨限電壓Vth微低於藍色發光二極體的臨限電壓Vth。如此,不同顏色的微型發光二極體晶片的接收天線的傳輸係數可對應地調整以調整微型發光二極體晶片的臨限電壓Vth。如第9B圖所示,接收天線910連接至紅色微型發光二極體R,其對應於R次像素;接收天線920連接至綠色微型發光二極體G,其對應於G次像素;且接收天線930連接至藍色微型發光二極體B,其對應於B次像素。對於連接至紅色微型發光二極體R的接收天線910,線圈匝數N等於2;對於連接至綠色微型發光二極體G的接收天線920,線圈匝數N等於4;以及對於連接至藍色微型發光二極體B的接收天線930,線圈匝數N等於6。在這個例子中,連接至藍色微型發光二極體B的接收天線930的傳輸係數將大於連接至綠色微型發光二極體G的接收天線920的傳輸係數,且連接至綠色微型發光二極體G的接收天線920的傳輸係數將大於連接至紅色微型發光二極體R的接收天線910的傳輸係數,如此補償藍色微型發光二極體B以及綠色微型發光二極體G的臨限電壓Vth。據此,提供給RGB顏色的微型發光二極體晶片的資料訊號的臨限電壓Vth可被調整成相似於另一者。

如上所述,接收天線的感應分可由接收天線的一或多個參數決定,參數包含接收天線的線圈匝數N、外徑D、內徑d、線距p、線寬W以及線厚T。在決定這些參數的值方面,接收天線從對應的傳輸天線所接收的電壓為需考慮的因素。舉例而言,第11圖是依照本揭示一些實施例所繪示一接收天線的電壓與線圈匝數之間的關係。如第11圖所示,對於同一個對應的傳輸天線,由接收天線所接收的電壓Vout可被接收天線的線圈匝數N決定,當N等於11時電壓Vout為7.1伏特,當N等於10時電壓Vout為6.35伏特,當N等於9時電壓Vout為5.7伏特。換句話說,有個趨勢是降低接收天線的線圈匝數N會造成接收天線的電壓Vout降低。

Claims (17)

  1. 一種顯示面板,包含:一像素結構,對應於一顯示區域,包含複數像素,該些像素配置成一陣列,該陣列包含M行以及N列,其中M和N為正整數;以及一接收天線結構,設置於該像素結構,用以提供複數第一訊號至該些像素,其中該接收天線結構包含複數接收天線,該些接收天線的各者對應於該些像素的M行的至少其中一者以及N列的至少其中一者,且具有一傳輸係數(induced decibel);其中對於該些接收天線的各者,該傳輸係數是由該接收天線的複數參數決定,該些參數包含:該接收天線的一線圈匝數;該接收天線的一外徑;該接收天線的一內徑;該接收天線的一線距;該接收天線的一線寬;以及該接收天線的一線厚;其中該些接收天線的至少一者的該傳輸係數大於該些接收天線的其他者的該傳輸係數,其中該些接收天線的各者具有一相同外徑、一相同線距、一相同線寬以及一相同線厚,且該些接收天線的各者的該傳輸係數是由該些接收天線的各者的該線圈匝數決定,該些接收天線的至少一者的該線圈匝數大於該些接收 天線的其他者的該線圈匝數。
  2. 如請求項1所述的顯示面板,其中該像素結構更包含複數資料線,該些接收天線的各者電性連接至該些資料線的其中一者,且該像素陣列的M行中同一行的各像素連接至該些資料線中的同一條資料線。
  3. 如請求項2所述的顯示面板,其中該些接收天線的各者具有一外饋入端以及一內饋入端,且該些接收天線的各者在該外饋入端或該內饋入端電性連接至該些資料線中的其中一對應資料線。
  4. 如請求項1所述的顯示面板,其中該像素結構更包含複數閘極線,該像素陣列的N列中同一列的各像素電性連接至該些閘極線中的同一條閘極線,且該些閘極線的各者電性連接至一閘極驅動器;以及該接收天線包含複數第一接收天線以及複數第二接收天線,該些第一接收天線對應於在遠離該閘極驅動器的位置電性連接至該些閘極線的該些像素,該些第二接收天線對應於在靠近該閘極驅動器的位置電性連接至該些閘極線的該些像素,且該些第一接收天線的各者的該線圈匝數大於該些第二接收天線的各者的該線圈匝數。
  5. 如請求項1所述的顯示面板,更包含一發 光二極體晶片層,該發光二極體晶片層包含複數發光二極體晶片,其配置成一發光二極體陣列,其中該些像素的各者包含三次像素,該些次像素包含一紅色(R)次像素、一綠色(G)次像素以及一藍色(B)次像素,且該些發光二極體晶片的各者對應於該些像素的該些次像素的其中一者。
  6. 如請求項5所述的顯示面板,其中:該些接收天線包含複數第一接收天線、複數第二接收天線以及複數第三接收天線,該些第一接收天線對應於該些像素的該些紅色次像素,該些第二接收天線對應於該些像素的該些綠色次像素,該些第三接收天線對應於該些像素的該些藍色次像素;以及該些第三接收天線的各者的該線圈匝數大於該些第一接收天線以及該些第二接收天線的各者的該線圈匝數。
  7. 如請求項6所述的顯示面板,其中該些第一接收天線的各者的該線圈匝數大於該些第二接收天線的各者的該線圈匝數。

  12. 如請求項1所述的顯示面板,其中該些接收天線的各者具有一相同外徑、一相同內徑、一相同線距、一相同線寬以及一相同線圈匝數,且該些接收天線的 各者的該傳輸係數是由該接收天線的該線厚決定;以及該些接收天線的至少一者的該線厚大於該些接收天線的其他者的該線厚。
  13. 一種拼接式微型發光二極體(LED)顯示裝置,包含:複數微型發光二極體顯示面板,其配置成拼接式,其中該些微型發光二極體顯示面板鄰近者之間形成複數間隙;其中該些微型發光二極體顯示面板各者包含:一像素結構,對應於一顯示區域,包含複數像素,其配置成一陣列,該陣列包含M行以及N列,其中M和N為正整數;一微型發光二極體晶片層,包含複數微型發光二極體晶片,其配置成一微型發光二極體陣列,其中該些微型發光二極體晶片的各者對應於該些像素的其中一者;以及一接收天線結構,設置於該像素結構,用以提供複數第一訊號至該些像素,其中該接收天線結構包含複數接收天線,其配置成一天線陣列,且該些接收天線的各者對應於該些像素的M行的至少其中一者以及N列的至少其中一者,且具有一傳輸係數(induced decibel);其中對於該些接收天線的各者,該傳輸係數是由 該接收天線的複數參數決定;其中對於該些微型發光二極體顯示面板的各者,該天線陣列中的該些接收天線包含靠近該些間隙的複數第一接收天線以及遠離該些間隙的複數第二接收天線,且該些第一接收天線的各者的該傳輸係數大於該些第二接收天線的各者的該傳輸係數,其中該些接收天線的各者具有一相同外徑、一相同線距、一相同線寬以及一相同線厚,且該些接收天線的各者的該傳輸係數是由該接收天線的各者的該線圈匝數決定,該些第一接收天線的各者的該線圈匝數大於該些第二接收天線的各者的該線圈匝數。
