Abstract

本案提供一種顯示面板,包含基板、接收天線結構及發射天線結構。畫素結構包含複數個呈陣列設置的畫素。接收天線結構提供第一訊號至畫素,並包含複數接收天線。發射天線結構用以傳送無線訊號至接收天線結構,使接收天線結構產生第一訊號,且發射天線結構包含複數發射天線。每一個發射天線一對一地對應於接收天線。發射天線結構及接收天線結構設置於基板之相異面,且每一個接收天線對應於基板上之對應孔,用以填充鐵磁結構,以增強傳輸效能。或者,射天線結構及接收天線結構設置於基板之相同側,以減少發射天線及接收天線間的距離,及增強其傳輸效能。

Description

顯示面板
本案是有關於一種顯示技術,特別是有關於一種具有陣列上閘極驅動器(Gate driver on array,GOA)之無線顯示面板,用以控制掃描線,及採用上述無線顯示面板的顯示裝置。
一般而言,顯示面板包含外圍之非顯示區域,其係被保留用於複數積體電路(ICs),作為向顯示面板之畫素提供資料訊號(Data signal)之資料驅動器(Data driver)。為了減少或消除外圍非顯示區域,無線傳輸技術能應用於傳輸資料訊號,藉此達到高資料傳輸速度。例如,無線顯示裝置包含發射天線結構及其對應之接收天線結構。發射天線結構具有至少一個發射天線Tx,且接收天線結構具有至少一個接收天線Rx,藉此形成至少一個無線資料傳輸對Tx-Rx。然而,目前沒有相關技術,是關於發射天線結構與接收天線結構及其外圍區域中所對應之元件,以在無線顯示裝置中,增進無線資料傳輸對Tx-Rx之傳輸效能。
因此,本領域中仍存在未處理之需求,以解 決上述之缺陷及不足。
本案提供一種顯示面板,包含:一基板包含一顯示區域,且包含一第一面及相對於該第一面之一第二面;一畫素結構係設置於該基板之該第一面並對應於該顯示區域,且該畫素結構包含複數畫素,該等畫素係呈陣列設置;一接收天線結構係設置於該基板並對應於該畫素結構,且用以提供資料訊號至該等畫素,其中該接收天線結構包含複數接收天線;及一發射天線結構係面向於該基板之該第二面,並與該接收天線結構於空間中呈分離設置,且用以傳送無線訊號至該接收天線結構,其中該發射天線結構包含複數發射天線,且該等發射天線係一對一對應於該等接收天線;其中每一該等接收天線係對應於該基板上之一對應孔。
於一些實施例中,該接收天線結構係設置於該基板之該第一面,且該發射天線結構係設置以面向該基板之該第二面,使該基板係位於該接收天線結構及該發射天線結構之間。
於一些實施例中,每一該等接收天線之該對應孔係於沿著垂直於該基板之方向,與每一該等接收天線之中心處呈對齊設置,且一鐵磁結構係填充於該對應孔。
於一些實施例中,每一該等接收天線之該對應孔係為穿透該基板之該第一面及該第二面的一通孔。
於一些實施例中,該接收天線結構係設置於該基板之該第二面並係面向該發射天線結構。

於一些實施例中,每一該等連接結構包含設置於該基板之一側面的一側線部,且每一該等連接結構之該接點端係透過該側線部以電性連接設於該基板之該第一面的該閘極驅動器。
於一些實施例中,每一該等連接結構係填充於穿透該基板之該第一面及該第二面的一對應通孔,且每一該等連接結構之該接點端係由該對應通孔,暴露於該基板之該第二面。

本文所述之接收天線之「饋入端」是指「實際」饋入端,並電訊連接至相對應的訊號線。通常,接收天線具有一外饋端及一內饋端,其中該外饋端之一端與該內饋端之一端是作為「饋入端」,而該外饋端之另一端與該內饋端之另一端則是作為接地或是電訊連接至一參考電壓電位(例如由共用電極提供之共用電壓VCOM)。
本文所述之實施例會結合圖示一併說明。根據本文之目的,本文會以具體且廣泛之方式描述關於本案之無線訊號傳輸之顯示面板及其顯示裝置,其係具有多通 道資料傳輸之功能。
本案揭示一種顯示面板,其係以發光二極體(Light emitting diodes,LEDs)作為主動式矩陣(Active matrix)。舉例來說,第1A圖為根據本案一實施例繪示的顯示裝置之顯示面板之立體分解圖。如第1A圖所示,顯示面板100為彩色微型發光二極體(Micro LED,μLED)顯示面板,其係具有顯示單元110、發射天線結構130及接收天線結構150。由影像顯示側(第1圖之頂部)至背光側(第1圖之底部)之方向,顯示單元110包含μLED晶片層112、薄膜電晶體(Thin-film transistor,TFT)陣列120及玻璃基板114。μLED晶片層112包含複數個μLED晶片,μLED晶片是呈陣列設置,且每一個μLED晶片能發出相對應的RGB(紅、綠、藍)顏色。因此,顯示單元110不需要彩色濾光層,並且顯示面板100也不需要背光模組。接收天線結構150是由複數個接收天線Rx組成,且接收天線結構150是設置於TFT陣列120,而接收天線結構150及TFT陣列120是設置於玻璃基板114。發射天線結構130是由發射天線層134組成並設置於印刷電路板(Printed circuit board,PCB)132。發射天線層134包含複數個發射天線Tx,且PCB132相對於玻璃基板114於空間中呈分離設置。藉此,整個發射天線結構130相對於接收天線結構150於空間中為分離設置。換言之,發射天線結構130及接收天線結構150之間存有一定距離,藉以於發射天線結構130及接收天線結構150之間,實現高無線數據傳輸速度。每一個發射天線Tx是一對一地對應於每一 個接收天線Rx,且每一個發射天線Tx具有相同的共振頻率(Resonance frequency),其係為對應於接收天線Rx的共振頻率。
在顯示單元110中,TFT陣列120及μLED晶片層112相對應而定義畫素結構,且畫素結構是對應於顯示面板100的顯示區域。具體地,畫素結構包含複數個畫素,且畫素是呈M個直欄(Column)及N個橫列(Row)之陣列設置,其中M及N皆為正整數。畫素結構中的每一個畫素,其係具有TFT陣列120中對應的TFT,以及μLED晶片層112中對應的μLED晶片組件。其中,一個TFT及一個μLED晶片是對應於一個畫素中的子畫素(Sub-pixel)R、G或B。
於一些實施例中,顯示面板100能包含其他未揭露於第1A圖中的層或結構。舉例來說,TFT陣列120能包含複數個掃描線,如資料線(Scan line)或閘極線(Gate line)。此外,畫素結構中也能包含絕緣膜或絕緣層(即TFT陣列120與μLED晶片層112)。更進一步,由於TFT陣列120與發射天線結構130之間沒有背光模組,TFT陣列120與發射天線結構130之間可以存有其他的層或結構,藉以避免二者間直接相互接觸。
第1B圖為根據本案一實施例繪示的部份TFT陣列之示意圖。如第1B圖所示,TFT陣列120包含複數個TFT。其中,TFT是呈陣列設置,且每一個TFT係對應於畫素結構中的畫素。換言之,畫素結構包含複數個畫素,且畫素是呈M個直欄(Column)及N個橫列(Row)之陣列設 置。並且,TFT陣列120也包含複數個TFT,TFT亦呈M個直欄(Column)及N個橫列(Row)之陣列設置。此外,畫素結構更具有複數條資料線(Data line)D1、D2、D3...以及複數條閘極線(Gate line)G1、G2、G3...。資料線D1、D2、D3分別電訊連接於對應直欄(Column)之TFT的源極(Source),而閘極線G1、G2、G3分別電訊連接於對應橫列(Row)之TFT之閘極(Gate)。閘極驅動器122電訊連接閘極線G1、G2、G3,以供傳輸訊號至閘極線,且資料驅動器124電訊連接資料線D1、D2、D3,以供傳輸訊號至資料線。並於某些實施例中,閘極驅動器122及資料驅動器124可分別為複數,並設置於顯示面板的邊界區域。或於某些實施例中,閘極驅動器122為複數設置。於某些實施例中資料驅動器124,為複數設置。
第2A圖為根據本案一實施例繪示的於橫列之接收天線結構之接收天線與其對應之該畫素結構之資料線之連接示意圖。如第2A圖所示,畫素結構200包含36條由左至右的資料線D1至D36,以及1728條由上至下的閘極線G1至G1728。相對應地,接收天線結構包含36個接收天線210-1至210-36,且接收天線210-1至210-36呈直欄(Column)設置。每一條資料線D1至D36分別對應於36個接收天線210-1至210-36,並電訊連接其對應的接收天線210-1至210-36之外饋端,而接收天線210-1至210-36之內饋端則接地(Grounded)。也就是說,在一直欄中,接收天線的數量等同於其所對應的資料線的數量。
如第2A圖所示,每一個接收天線210-1至210-36電訊連接至其對應的資料線D1至D36,且係於接收天線210-1至210-36的外饋端。於某些實施例中,每一個接收天線電訊連接於對應的資料線,且係能於接收天線的外饋端或者內饋端。於此,接收天線未與資料線對訊連接之內饋端或者外饋端,則能接地。
此外,如第2A圖所示,接收天線210-1至210-36電訊連接至其對應的資料線D1至D36。於某些實施例中,接收天線能電訊連接至其對應之訊號線。其中,訊號線能為資料線、閘極線或其他顯示面板中的訊號線。
如上述之說明,於某些實施例中,顯示面板能包含其他訊號線,且訊號線能對應於接收天線結構,供以不同的設置方式。例如,第2B圖為根據本案一實施例繪示的接收天線結構之接收天線組件之矩陣與其對應之掃描線之連接示意圖。如第2B圖所示,畫素結構200’能區分成複數個接收天線組件240,其中每一個接收天線組件240具有一個接收天線(於第2B圖中未示)。更進一步,m*n畫素係對應於接收天線組件240具有相同的接收天線(於第2B圖中未示),藉由相同的接收天線傳送資料訊號(Data signal)至m*n畫素,其中m及n皆為正整數。此外,在畫素結構200’之外圍區域中,具有複數個陣列上閘極驅動器(Gate driver on array,GOA)X-GOA 220、Y-GOA 230,且X-GOA 220、Y-GOA 230分別呈橫列方向及直欄方向設置,如第2B圖所示。具體地,每一個X-GOA 220代表位於 第2B圖中頂側的GOA,且每一個X-GOA 220延伸於直欄方向(即X方向)上,分別電訊連接於m條掃描線X1、X2、X3...Xm。每一個Y-GOA 230代表位於第2B圖中左側的GOA,且每一個Y-GOA 230延伸於橫列方向(即Y方向)上,分別電訊連接於n條掃描線Y1、Y2、Y3...Yn。於此,對於對應於接收天線組件240之每一個畫素而言,畫素電路之畫素能包含複數個掃描電晶體或開關,其中至少一個掃描電晶體能由掃描訊號控制,且掃描訊號為沿著X方向並對應於m條其中一條之掃描線X1、X2、X3...、Xm。同時,至少一個掃描電晶體能由掃描訊號控制,且掃描訊號為沿著Y方向並對應於n條其中一條之掃描線Y1、Y2、Y3...、Yn。藉此,畫素能由掃描訊號控制,用以接收透過相對應之接收天線所傳送的資料訊號。
第3圖為根據本案一實施例繪示的天線之俯視示意圖。具體地,第3圖所示之天線300可為第1A圖中接收天線結構150之接收天線Rx。如第3圖所示,天線300是於順時針方向,由外饋端302卷繞至內饋端304。並於某些實施例中,天線300之卷繞方向可為順時針或逆時針。此外,天線300包含複數個垂直段部310及複數個水平段部320,進而形成多匝導線。如第3圖所示,天線300之卷繞數N為3,表示天線300具有3匝導線。於某些實施例中,天線300之卷繞數N能根據天線300所期望的傳輸特性而決定。
在某些實施例中,能以誘導分貝(Induced decibel)(dB)作為天線傳輸特性之參數,藉此反映天線的傳輸效能。於無線傳輸領域中,天線之誘導分貝(dB)的值表示為比值Rx/Tx,其係為接收天線Rx與發射天線Tx的比值。舉例來說,如果Rx/Tx之功率為X,則Rx/Tx的大小為(X)1/2,且誘導分貝(dB)為10 * log10 X。通常,具有大於-10dB誘導分貝的天線,表示天線具有可接受的無線傳輸效能,而具有接近0dB誘導分貝的天線,則表示天線具有優異的無線傳輸效能(即最小傳輸損耗)。
如上所述,在顯示面板中,每一個發射天線Tx與其對應之接收天線Rx,具有相同的共振頻率,藉以形成具有不同的共振頻率的複數個無線資料傳輸對Tx-Rx。然而,在無線資料傳輸對Tx-Rx之間,無線資料傳輸可能會相互干擾,進而對於某些無線資料傳輸對Tx-Rx,會使其傳輸效能產生負面影響。有鑑於前述之缺失,本案揭露一種技術特徵,用以改面接收天線Rx的設置,進而減少無線資料傳輸對Tx-Rx之間的訊號干擾。
此外,應注意的是,上述之特徵並不會限制第1A圖中所示的發光二極體(Light emitting diode,LED)顯示面板100,且顯示面板100能為其他種類的顯示面板,如液晶顯示(Liquid crystal display,LCD)面板。舉例來說,第4圖為根據本案一實施例繪示的顯示裝置之顯示面板之立體分解圖。如第4圖所示,顯示面板400為液晶顯示(Liquid crystal display,LCD)面板,其係具有顯示單元410、發射天線結構430、接收天線結構450及背光模組 470。由影像顯示側(第4圖之頂部)至背光側(第4圖之底部)之方向,顯示單元410包含第一偏光鏡412、彩色濾光層414、液晶層416、TFT陣列420及第二偏光鏡418。接收天線結構450由複數接收天線Rx組成,並設置於TFT陣列420。在TFT陣列420及接收天線結構450之間,能設置玻璃基板(第4圖中未示),藉此能使TFT陣列420及接收天線結構450設置於玻璃基板上。背光模組470設置於顯示單元410及發射天線結構430之間,用以朝向顯示單元410發光。發射天線結構430是由設置於PCB 432之發射天線層434所形成,其中發射天線層434包含複數個設置於PCB 432的發射天線Tx。藉此,發射天線結構430相對接收天線結構450於空間中呈分散設置。換言之,發射天線結構430與接收天線結構450之間存有一定距離,藉以於發射天線結構430及接收天線結構450之間,實現高無線數據傳輸速度。每一個發射天線Tx是一對一地對應於每一個接收天線Rx,且每一個發射天線Tx具有相同的共振頻率(Resonance frequency),其係為對應於接收天線Rx的共振頻率。
在顯示單元410中,TFT陣列420、液晶層416及彩色濾光層414相對應而定義畫素結構,且畫素結構是對應於顯示面板400的顯示區域。具體地,畫素結構包含複數個畫素,且畫素是呈M個直欄(Column)及N個橫列(Row)之陣列設置,其中M及N皆為正整數。畫素結構中的每一個畫素,其係具有TFT陣列420中對應的TFT,以及彩色濾光層414中對應的彩色濾光組件。
於一些實施例中,顯示面板400能包含其他未揭露於第4圖中的層或結構。舉例來說,畫素結構中能包含絕緣膜或絕緣層(即TFT陣列420、液晶層416及彩色濾光層414)。
第5A圖為根據本案一實施例繪示的顯示面板之接收天線結構及發射天線結構之立體分解圖,其中連接結構是由側線(Side wiring)部形成。第5B圖為第5A圖中一實施例的接收天線結構、發射天線結構及連接結構之俯視示意圖。如第5A圖所示,顯示面板500包含玻璃基板510及PCB 550,且玻璃基板510與PCB 550於空間中具有一定距離。玻璃基板510具有第一面512(即第5A圖中之頂面)、第二面514(即第5A圖中,面向PCB 550之底面)以及側面515(即第5A圖中之前面)。如第5B圖所示,在玻璃基板510之第一面512上定義顯示區域516,且接收天線結構520設置於顯示區域516。因此,顯示區域516外被視為是外圍區域518。陣列上閘極驅動器(Gate driver on array,GOA)530設置於外圍區域518。此外,複數個連接結構540用以電訊連接GOA 530,用以提供傳輸訊號予GOA 530。具體地,請復參閱第5A圖,每一個連接結構540具有襯墊542、接點端546及側線部544。其中,襯墊542設置於第一面512之外圍區域518,接點端546設置於第二面512。側線部544設置於側面515,且側線部544透過側線而連接於襯墊542及接點端546。另一方面,PCB 550設有發射天線結構560、控制驅動器562及複數個突出接點564。控制驅動器562供以 產生掃描訊號予GOA 530。每一個突出接點564相對於PCB 550呈突出設置,且每一個突出接點564電訊連接控制驅動器562。並於玻璃基板510的第二面514上,每一個突出接點564直接面對於連接結構540之對應接點端546。突出接點564係自PCB 550呈突出狀並具有一特定的高度,以使突出接點564直接接觸於其對應之接點端546,以及使連接結構540彼此間電訊連接。於此,控制驅動器562能透過突出接點564以及連接結構540,傳送掃描訊號至GOA 530。在掃描訊號傳送的例子中,並沒有限制於其電壓條線,如高參考閘極電壓VGH、低參考閘極電壓VGL、起始脈衝訊號YDIO、時脈訊號CK、XCK或是VSS、VDD訊號。
第6圖為第5A圖中一實施例的LED顯示面板之剖面結構圖。顯示面板600為微型發光二極體(Micro LED,μLED)顯示面板,其具有如第5A圖中的結構。具體地,玻璃基板510具有接收天線Rx、連接結構540、側線部544以及連接端546。其中,接收天線Rx設置於玻璃基板510之第一面(即第6圖中玻璃基板510之頂面)。連接結構540具有襯墊542。襯墊542設置於玻璃基板510之第一面,而側線部544設置於玻璃基板510之側面,且連接端546設置於玻璃基板510之第二面(即第6圖中玻璃基板510之底面)。PCB 550具有發射天線Tx、突出接點564。發射天線Tx是對應而面於玻璃基板510設置,突出接點564直接接觸於其所對應的連接結構540的接點端546。發射天線Tx對應於接收天線Rx,其中是以中心線C為對應方式。中心線C 表示發射天線Tx及接收天線Rx之間的中心點大體上是相互對準、對齊的。此外,在LED顯示面板600的頂部,LED顯示面板600具有複數層,包含但不限於有第一平坦層610、層間介電質(Interlayer dielectric,ILD)層620、第二平坦層650、絕緣層660及黑色矩正(Black matrix,BM)層670。此外,絕緣層660設有μLED晶片680,用以發光。μLED晶片680具有陽極682、陰極684及凸塊686,且凸塊686設置於μLED晶片680的下方。ILD層620與第二平坦層650之間形成具有連接線630,用以電訊連接連接結構540及GOA(第6圖中未示)。更進一步,ILD層620與第二平坦層650之間形成具有資料線635,用以使接收天線Rx電訊連接TFT 640之源極(Source)。在某些實施例中,連接線630及資料線635形成為相同的導電層。TFT 640之汲極(Drain)電訊連接μLED晶片680之陽極682。
第7圖為第5A圖中一實施例的LCD面板之剖面結構圖。如第7圖所示,顯示面板700為液晶顯示(LCD)面板,其具有如第5A圖中的結構。具體地,玻璃基板510具有接收天線Rx、連接結構540、側線部544以及連接端546。其中,接收天線Rx設置於玻璃基板510之第一面(即第7圖中玻璃基板510之頂面)。連接結構540具有襯墊542。襯墊542設置於玻璃基板510之第一面,而側線部544設置於玻璃基板510之側面,且連接端546設置於玻璃基板510之第二面(即第7圖中玻璃基板510之底面)。PCB 550具有發射天線Tx、突出接點564。發射天線Tx是對應而面於玻璃基板510設置,突出接點564直接接觸於其所對應的連接結構540的接點端546。發射天線Tx對應於接收天線Rx,其中是以中心線C為對應方式。中心線C表示發射天線Tx及接收天線Rx之間的中心點大體上是相互對準、對齊的。此外,背光模組710設置於玻璃基板510及PCB 550之間。由於背光模組710存在,突出接點564之高度因此增加。更進一步,在顯示面板700的頂部,顯示面板700具有複數層,包含但不限於有TFT層720、液晶層730及彩色濾光層740。並於液晶層730側邊具有密封劑735,用以封閉之用途。TFT層720之細部結構不再此特說明。
第8A圖為根據本案一實施例繪示的顯示面板之接收天線結構及發射天線結構之立體分解圖,其中連接結構是由側線部形成。第8B圖為第8A圖中一實施例的接收天線結構及連接結構之俯視示意圖。如第8A圖所示,顯示面板800包含玻璃基板810及PCB 550,且玻璃基板810與PCB 550於空間中具有一定距離。玻璃基板810具有第一面812(即第8A圖中之頂面)、第二面814(即第8A圖中,面向PCB 550之底面)以及側面815(即第8A圖中之前面)。在第8A圖中所示之PCB 550及其設有之元件與第5A圖中所示之PCB 550相同,並具有相同的標號,於此不再另述。具體地,第8A、8B圖中所示之玻璃基板810的元件,與第5A、5B圖中玻璃基板510所對應之元件,其之間的唯一差異是第8A、8B圖中存有連接結構840。玻璃基板810設有的其他元件則與第5A、5B圖中玻璃基板510所對應的元件相同,並具有相同的標號,於此不再另述。
如第8A圖所示,每一個連接結構840用以電訊連接GOA 530,用以提供傳輸訊號予GOA 530。具體地,每一個連接結構840具有對應通孔842。其中,對應通孔842可為玻璃通孔(Through glass via,TGV),其係穿透玻璃基板810,且導電材料填充於TGV 842,用以形成連接結構840。因此,連接結構840具有接點端844。接點端844自TGV 842暴露於第二面814,且接點端844能直接接觸於突出接點564。藉此,於PCB 505上的控制驅動器562能透過突出接點564及連接結構840,傳送掃描訊號至GOA 530。如此一來,連接結構840不需要設置側線。
第9圖為第8A圖中一實施例的LED顯示面板之剖面結構圖。如第9圖所示,顯示面板900為μLED顯示面板,其具有如第8A圖中的結構。具體地,第9圖所示之顯示面板900與第6圖所示之顯示面板600,其之間結構的唯一差異是第9圖中存有連接結構840,且連接結構840是由其中所填充的通孔842所形成。顯示面板900所設有的其他結構、元件或層皆與第6圖中顯示面板600所對應的結構、元件或層相同,並具有相同的標號,於此不再另述。
第10圖為第8A圖中一實施例的LCD面板之剖面結構圖。如第10圖所示,顯示面板1000為LCD面板,其具有如第8A圖中的結構。具體地,第10圖所示之顯示面板1000與第7圖所示之顯示面板700,其之間結構的唯一差異是第10圖中存有連接結構840,且連接結構840是由其中所 填充的通孔842所形成。顯示面板1000所設有的其他結構、元件或層皆與第7圖中顯示面板700所對應的結構、元件或層相同,並具有相同的標號,於此不再另述。
於某些實施例中,為了增進接收天線結構中接收天線的訊號傳輸效能,接收天線結構能另增設鐵磁結構。舉例來說,第11A圖為根據本案一實施例繪示的LED顯示面板之剖面結構圖,其中鐵磁結構填充於基板上的對應通孔。第11B圖為第11A圖中一實施例的接收天線結構及鐵磁結構之俯視示意圖。具體地,如第11A圖所示,顯示面板1100為μLED顯示面板,其具有相似於第9圖中顯示面板900的結構。第11A圖所示之顯示面板1100與第9圖所示之顯示面板900,其之間結構的唯一差異是第11圖中存有鐵磁結構1110,且鐵磁結構1110相對於接收天線Rx的中心處,呈對齊設置。顯示面板1100所設有的其他結構、元件或層皆與第9圖中顯示面板900所對應的結構、元件或層相同,並具有相同的標號,於此不再另述。
具體地,如第11A、11B圖所示,每一個接收天線Rx於玻璃基板810上具有對應孔,且對應孔是相對於其對應的接收天線Rx之中心處,呈對齊設置。鐵磁結構1100填充於玻璃基板810上的對應孔中,因此,藉由鐵磁結構1100能增強接收天線Rx以及其對應之發射天線Tx之間的電磁感應,進而增強其訊號傳輸效能。
如第11A圖所示,對應孔為通孔(Through hole),可為玻璃通孔(Through glass via,TGV),其係穿透 玻璃基板810,且是沿著垂直於玻璃基板810的方向穿透而連通。然而,於某些實施例中,對應孔可為盲孔(Blind hole),即本文所述之對應盲孔。例如,第11C圖為根據本案一實施例繪示的LED顯示面板之剖面結構圖,其中鐵磁結構填充於基板上的對應盲孔。第11C圖所示之顯示面板1100’與第11A圖所示之顯示面板1100,其之間結構的唯一差異是如第11C圖中所示,自玻璃基板810之第二面面向PCB 550之方向,鐵磁結構1110’是填充於對應盲孔中,而沒有穿透於玻璃基板810。顯示面板1100’所設有的其他結構、元件或層皆與第11A圖中顯示面板1100所對應的結構、元件或層相同,並具有相同的標號,於此不再另述。
應注意的是,第11A、11B、11C圖中所示之每一個連接結構,其係與第8A、8B、8圖中所對應的連接結構840相同,且連接結構是由導電結構填充於通孔842所形成。或於其他實施例中,第11A至11C圖中所示連接結構能以其他連接結構替代,如第5A、5B圖中所示之連接結構540。
另外,第11A、11C圖中,每一個顯示面板皆為μLED顯示面板。於某些實施例中,第11A圖所示之鐵磁結構1100,或第11C圖所示之鐵磁結構1100’,皆能應用於LCD面板,如第10圖中所示之LCD面板。
於上述之實施例中,接收天線結構設置於玻璃基板的第一面,且發射天線結構面向於玻璃基板之第二面設置。藉此,玻璃基板是設置於接收天線結構及發射天 線結構之間。換言之,接收天線結構及發射天線結構是分別設置於玻璃基板的相異側。或於某些實施例中,接收天線結構及發射天線結構能設置於玻璃基板之相同側,並呈相互面對設置。藉此,接收天線結構及發射天線結構之間的距離能縮小,進而增強其之間的訊號傳輸效能。
第12圖為根據本案一實施例繪示的LED顯示面板之剖面結構圖,其中,接收天線結構於玻璃基板之第二面上並面於發射天線結構設置。如第12圖所示,顯示面板1200為μLED顯示面板。其中,PCB 550及其所設置的元件,如發射天線Tx及突出接點564,皆與第6圖及第9圖中所對應的元件相同,並具有相同的標號,於此不再另述。如第12圖所示,玻璃基板1210具有接收天線Rx、連接結構1240以及襯墊1244。其中,接收天線Rx設置於玻璃基板1210之第二面(即第12圖中玻璃基板1210之底面)。連接結構1240係由導電結構填充於通孔1242填充所形成。襯墊1244設置於玻璃基板1210之第二面,使襯墊1244作為接點端而供以直接接觸於突出接點564。此外,接收天線Rx具有對應通孔1212。其中,對應通孔1212可為玻璃通孔(Through glass via,TGV),其係穿透於玻璃基板1210,且導電材料填充於TGV 1212,用以形成導電結構並連接接收天線Rx及玻璃基板1210之第一面。此外,在LED顯示面板1200的頂部,LED顯示面板1200具有複數層,包含但不限於有ILD層1220、平坦層1250、第一絕緣層1260及BM層1270。μLED晶片1280具有陽極1282、陰極1284及凸塊1286,且凸塊1286設置於μLED晶片1280的下方。ILD層1220與平坦層1250之間形成具有連接線1230,用以電訊連接連接結構1240及GOA(第12圖中未示)。此外,ILD層1220與平坦層1250之間形成具有資料線1235,用以電訊連接在TGV 1212(其係電訊連接接收天線Rx)形成之導電結構及TFT 1240之源極(Source)。在某些實施例中,連接線1230及資料線1235形成為相同的導電層。TFT 1240之汲極(Drain)電訊連接μLED晶片1280之陽極1282。更進一步,第二絕緣層1290形成於玻璃基板1210之第二面,用以覆蓋接收天線Rx。
如第12圖所示,連接結構1240是由導電結構填充於對應通孔1242填充所形成,其係相似於第8A、8B、9圖中所示之連接結構840。於某些實施例中,第12圖所示之連接結構能以其他連接結構替代,如第5A、5B、6圖中所示之連接結構。
如第12圖所示,大部分畫素結構的元件、結構及層仍設置於玻璃基板1210之第一面上。於某些實施例中,於整個畫素結構中,GOA及連接結構能移至玻璃基板1210之第二面,並面向PCB,藉以形成翻轉單元結構。舉例來說,第13圖為根據本案一實施例繪示的顯示面板之接收天線結構及發射天線結構之立體分解圖,其中,GOA及連接結構形成於玻璃基板之第二面上。如第13圖所示,顯示面板1300包含玻璃基板1310及PCB 550,且玻璃基板1310與PCB 550於空間中具有一定距離。其中,PCB 550及其所設置的元件,如發射天線結構560、控制驅動器562及突出接點564,皆與第5A圖中顯示面板500所對應的元件相同,並具有相同的標號,於此不再另述。玻璃基板1310具有第一面1312(即第13圖中之頂面)以及第二面1314(即第13圖中,面向PCB 550之底面)。在玻璃基板1310之第二面1314上,設有接收天線結構1320、GOA 1330及連接結構1340。因此,玻璃基板1310不需要設置側線或是通孔。
第14圖為第13圖中一實施例的LED顯示面板之剖面結構圖。如第14圖所示,顯示面板1400為μLED顯示面板,其具有如第13圖中的結構。具體地,第14圖所示之顯示面板1400中,PCB 1450設置於玻璃基板1410之頂側,且玻璃基板1410是設置於第14圖中的底側。於此,玻璃基板1410的第一面為玻璃基板1410的底面,而玻璃基板1410的第二面為玻璃基板1410的頂面。PCB 1450具有發射天線Tx以及突出接點1455。發射天線Tx是對應而面於玻璃基板1410設置,且發射天線Tx對應於接收天線Rx,其中是以中心線C為對應方式。中心線C表示發射天線Tx及接收天線Rx之間的中心點大體上是相互對準、對齊的。此外,於玻璃基板1410之第二面,顯示面板1400具有複數層,包含但不限於有ILD層1420、平坦層1445、絕緣層1460、BM層1470以及封裝層1490。絕緣層1460設有μLED晶片1480,用以發光。μLED晶片1480具有陽極1482、陰極1484及凸塊1486,且凸塊1486設置於μLED晶片1480的下方。應注意的是,由於μLED晶片1480向下發光,凸塊1486應為透 明的,用以允許光穿透其中。ILD層1420與平坦層1445之間形成具有連接線1430,且連接結構1448設置於BM層1470,用以藉由通孔(Via)電訊連接於連接線1430。藉此,連接線1430電訊連接連接結構1448及GOA(第14圖中未示)。更進一步,ILD層1420與平坦層1445之間形成具有資料線1435,且接收天線Rx設置於BM層1470。接收天線Rx之其中一段部是透過通孔(Via)形成,用以電訊連接資料線1435,用以使資料線1435電訊連接接收天線Rx及TFT 1440之源極(Source)。在某些實施例中,連接線1430及資料線1435形成為相同的導電層。TFT 1440之汲極(Drain)電訊連接μLED晶片1480之陽極1482。應注意,如第14圖所示之玻璃基板1410,不需要設置側線或是通孔(Through hole)。藉此,能簡化顯示面板1400之製程步驟及其成本。
第15圖為第13圖中一實施例的LCD面板之剖面結構圖。如第15圖所示,顯示面板1500為LCD面板,其具有如第13圖中的結構。具體地,第15圖所示之顯示面板1500中,PCB 1550設置於玻璃基板1510之底側,且玻璃基板1510是設置於第15圖中的頂端。於此,玻璃基板1510的第一面為玻璃基板1510的頂面,而玻璃基板1510的第二面為玻璃基板1510的底面。具體地,玻璃基板1510具有設置於其第二面(即第15圖中,玻璃基板1510之底面)的接收天線Rx,以及設置於其第二面(即第15圖中,玻璃基板1510之底面)的連接結構1545。PCB 1550具有發射天線Tx及突出接點1555。發射天線Tx是對應而面於玻璃基板510設置,突出接點564直接接觸於其所對應的連接結構1545的接點端。發射天線Tx對應於接收天線Rx,其中是以中心線C為對應方式。中心線C表示發射天線Tx及接收天線Rx之間的中心點大體上是相互對準、對齊的。此外,背光模組1560設置於玻璃基板1510及PCB 1550之間。由於背光模組1560存在,突出接點1555之高度因此增加。更進一步,在玻璃基板1510之第二面,顯示面板1500具有複數層,包含但不限於有TFT層1520、液晶層1530及彩色濾光層1540。並於液晶層1530側邊具有密封劑1535,用以封閉之用途。TFT層1520之細部結構不再此特說明。
第16圖為第13圖中一實施例的LED顯示面板之剖面結構圖。顯示面板1600為μLED顯示面板,其具有如第13圖中所示之結構。具體地,第16圖所示之顯示面板1600與第14圖所示之顯示面板1400,其之間結構的唯一差異是第16圖中存有的接收天線Rx’以及連接結構1448’,其係自封裝層1490’形成,而非自BM層1470。於此,另外增設的絕緣層1495則能用以覆蓋接收天線Rx’。顯示面板1600所設有的其他結構、元件或層皆與第14圖中顯示面板1400所對應的結構、元件或層相同,並具有相同的標號,於此不再另述。
如上述之說明,其係出於說明及描述目的而提供該顯示面板及該顯示裝置之實施例。雖然能分別於不同實施例中描述某些特徵,在不脫離本案的精神及範圍之情況下,該些特徵可以相互組合進而形成其他的實施例。

Claims (20)

  1. 一種顯示面板,包含:一基板,包含一顯示區域,且包含一第一面及相對於該第一面之一第二面;一畫素結構,係設置於該基板之該第一面並對應於該顯示區域,且該畫素結構包含複數畫素,該等畫素係呈陣列設置;一接收天線結構,係設置於該基板並對應於該畫素結構,且用以提供資料訊號至該等畫素,其中該接收天線結構包含複數接收天線;及一發射天線結構,係面向於該基板之該第二面,並與該接收天線結構於空間中呈分離設置,且用以傳送無線訊號至該接收天線結構,其中該發射天線結構包含複數發射天線,且該等發射天線係一對一對應於該等接收天線;其中每一該等接收天線係對應於該基板上之一對應孔。
  2. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之顯示面板,其中該接收天線結構係設置於該基板之該第一面,且該發射天線結構係設置以面向該基板之該第二面,使該基板係位於該接收天線結構及該發射天線結構之間。
  3. 如申請專利範圍第2項所述之顯示面板, 其中每一該等接收天線之該對應孔係於沿著垂直於該基板之方向,與每一該等接收天線之中心處呈對齊設置,且一鐵磁結構係填充於該對應孔。
  4. 如申請專利範圍第3項所述之顯示面板,其中每一該等接收天線之該對應孔係為穿透該基板之該第一面及該第二面的一通孔。
  5. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之顯示面板,其中該接收天線結構係設置於該基板之該第二面並係面向該發射天線結構。
  6. 如申請專利範圍第5項所述之顯示面板,其中每一該等接收天線之該對應孔係為穿透該基板之該第一面及該第二面的一通孔,且每一該等接收天線之一饋入端係透過該對應孔中填充之一導電結構以電性連接該等畫素之複數對應畫素。
  7. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之顯示面板,更包含:一閘極驅動器,係設置於該基板之該第一面的一外圍區域;複數連接結構,係設置於該基板之該外圍區域,且電性連接該閘極驅動器; 一印刷電路板,係與該基板於空間中呈分離設置並係面向於該基板之該第二面設置,其中該發射天線結構係設置於該印刷電路板;一控制驅動器,係設置於該印刷電路板,並用以產生複數掃描訊號予該閘極驅動器;及複數突出接點,係突出設置於該印刷電路板,並電性連接該控制驅動器;其中每一該等連接結構係對應於該等突出接點的其中一者,且每一該等連接結構具有一接點端,該接點端係設置於該基板之該第二面並係直接接觸於該等突出接點的其中一對應突出接點,使該控制驅動器透過該等突出接點及該等連接結構以傳送該等掃描訊號至該閘極驅動器。
  8. 如申請專利範圍第7項所述之顯示面板,其中每一該等連接結構包含設置於該基板之一側面的一側線部,且每一該等連接結構之該接點端係透過該側線部以電性連接設於該基板之該第一面的該閘極驅動器。
  9. 如申請專利範圍第7項所述之顯示面板,其中每一該等連接結構係填充於穿透該基板之該第一面及該第二面的一對應通孔,且每一該等連接結構之該接點端係由該對應通孔,暴露於該基板之該第二面。
  10. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之顯示面板,其中該顯示面板包含一發光二極體顯示面板,其中每一該等畫素包含設置於該基板之該第一面一發光二極體。
  11. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之顯示面板,其中該顯示面板包含一液晶顯示面板,其中該顯示面板更包含設置於該接收天線結構及該發射天線結構之間的一背光模組。
  12. 一種顯示面板,包含:一基板,包含一顯示區域,且包含一第一面及相對於該第一面之一第二面;一畫素結構,係設置於該基板並對應於該顯示區域,且該畫素結構包含複數畫素,該等畫素係呈陣列設置;一接收天線結構,係設置於該基板之該第二面並對應於該畫素結構,且用以提供資料訊號至該等畫素,其中該接收天線結構包含複數接收天線;及一發射天線結構,係面向於該基板之該第二面,並與該接收天線結構於空間中呈分離設置,且用以傳送無線訊號至該接收天線結構,其中該發射天線結構包含複數發射天線,且該等發射天線係一對一對應於該等接收天線。
  13. 如申請專利範圍第12項所述之顯示面板,其中,該畫素結構係設置於該基板之該第一面,且每一該等接收天線係對應於穿透該基板之該第一面及該第二面之一對應通孔,且每一該等接收天線之一饋入端係透過該對應通孔中填充之一導電結構以電性連接該等畫素之複數對應畫素。
  14. 如申請專利範圍第13項所述之顯示面板,更包含:一閘極驅動器,係設置於該基板之該第一面的一外圍區域;複數連接結構,係設置於該基板之該外圍區域,且電性連接該閘極驅動器;一印刷電路板,係與該基板於空間中呈分離設置並係面向於該基板之該第二面設置,其中該發射天線結構係設置於該印刷電路板;一控制驅動器,係設置於該印刷電路板,並用以產生複數掃描訊號予該閘極驅動器;及複數突出接點,係突出設置於該印刷電路板,並電性連接該控制驅動器;其中每一該等連接結構係對應於該等突出接點的其中一者,且每一該等連接結構具有一接點端,該接點端係設置於該基板之該第二面並係直接接觸於該等突出接點的其中一對應突出接點,使該控制驅動器透過該等突 出接點及該等連接結構以傳送該等掃描訊號至該閘極驅動器。
  15. 如申請專利範圍第14項所述之顯示面板,其中每一該等連接結構包含設置於該基板之一側面的一側線部,且每一該等連接結構之該接點端係透過該側線部以電性連接設於該基板之該第一面的該閘極驅動器。
  16. 如申請專利範圍第14項所述之顯示面板,其中每一該等連接結構係填充於穿透該基板之該第一面及該第二面的一對應通孔,且每一該等連接結構之該接點端係由該對應通孔,暴露於該基板之該第二面。
  17. 如申請專利範圍第12項所述之顯示面板,其中該畫素結構係設置於該基板之該第二面,且該接收天線結構係位於該畫素結構及該發射天線結構之間。
  18. 如申請專利範圍第17項所述之顯示面板,更包含:一閘極驅動器,係設置於該基板之該第二面的一外圍區域; 複數連接結構,係設置於該基板之該第二面的該外圍區域,且電性連接該閘極驅動器;一印刷電路板,係與該基板於空間中呈分離設置並係面向於該基板之該第二面設置,其中該發射天線結構係設置於該印刷電路板;一控制驅動器,係設置於該印刷電路板,並用以產生複數掃描訊號予該閘極驅動器;及複數突出接點,係突出設置於該印刷電路板,並電性連接該控制驅動器;其中每一該等連接結構係直接接觸於該等突出接點的其中一對應突出接點,使該控制驅動器透過該等突出接點及該等連接結構以傳送該等掃描訊號至該閘極驅動器。
