Claims (4)
- 反射型の第1の画素電極、少なくとも発光層を含む第1の有機膜、及び透明な第1の対向電極を備える第1の基板と、
透明な第2の画素電極、少なくとも発光層を含む第2の有機膜、及び透明な第2の対向電極を備える透明な第2の基板と、
前記第1の基板と前記第1の画素電極との間、及び、前記第2の基板と前記第2の画素電極との間に設けられた各々1つ以上の薄膜トランジスタと、を有する有機電界発光表示素子であって、
前記第1の基板及び第2の基板には、第1の画素領域、第2の画素領域、及び第3の画素領域が各々分かれて設けられ、
前記第1の画素領域、第2の画素領域、及び第3の画素領域は、各々、赤色画素領域、青色画素領域、及び緑色画素領域であり、
前記第1の画素領域及び第3の画素領域が前記第1の基板に設けられ、前記第1の画素領域、第2の画素領域、及び第3の画素領域が前記第2の基板に設けられることを特徴とする有機電界発光表示素子。 - 前記第1の基板に、第3の画素領域、第2の画素領域、第2の画素領域、第1の画素領域、第1の画素領域、第2の画素領域、第2の画素領域、及び第3の画素領域がこの順に設けられ、前記第2の基板に、第1の画素領域、第3の画素領域、第3の画素領域、及び第1の画素領域がこの順に設けられることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の有機電界発光表示素子。
- 前記第1の基板は、赤色光、緑色光、青色光、シアン色光、及びマゼンタ色光を放射し、前記第2の基板は、赤色光、緑色光、及びイエロー光を放射することを特徴とする請求項2に記載の有機電界発光表示素子。
- 前記赤色光と緑色光によってイエロー光が放射され、前記緑色光と青色光によってシアン色光が放射され、前記青色光と赤色光によってマゼンタ色光が放射されることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の有機電界発光表示素子。
