201231281 六、發明說明: - 【發明所屬之技術領域】 本發明係關於一種藉由共擠壓(coextrude )脂肪族聚碳酸酉旨 (aliphatic polycarbonate)和共聚醋聚合物(copolyester polymer) 而製造之多層膜,以及一種製造該多層膜之方法。 【先前技術】 脂肪族聚碳酸酯具有優異的氧氣阻隔性和透明度等性質,但脂 〇 肪族聚碳酸酯因其低玻璃轉移溫度(Tg),故難以使用於單層膜 中’因此在大多數情況下’在使用時需要與其它樹脂層合 (laminate)。然而,為了使脂肪族聚碳酸酯和其它種類的樹脂(如 聚乙稀(PE)或聚丙烯(PP)等)層合,進行層合時需要藉由使 用一種可使兩種樹脂相互黏合的適當黏合劑(adhesive),或進行 共擠壓時需要使用連結層(tie layer)。同時,共聚酯聚合物因其 生物可分解性(biodegradability)和固有之物理性質,故可被廣泛 Q 用於膜、薄板、纖維等用途,但因其具有高透氧性,故在須要避 免酸化的包裝領域中於使用上受到限制。 【發明内容】 本發明之一實施態樣係關於藉由共擠壓脂肪族聚碳酸酯和共聚 酯聚合物,以提供一種在二樹脂界面間具有優異黏合強度,且不 再須要單獨的黏合層或連結層之多層瞑。 具體而吕’相較於使用共聚酿聚合物的模製物體(咖㈣ body) ’本發明可射優異的氧纽隔性和低溫熱黏合性,並提供 201231281 一種模製物體,其因不須黏合劑或連結層而能降低原料成本,也 因層的組成被簡化而能大幅降低製造成本。 本發明係關於一種模製物體,其中至少一由共聚酯聚合物製成 的表面層(surface layer)被層合於由脂肪族聚碳酸酯製成的基底 層(base layer)之一表面或二表面上,特別是關於一種薄板型或 膜型的多層膜。 本案發明人確認’當共擠壓脂肪族聚碳酸酯和共聚醒聚合物 〇時,兩層相互黏合效果良好,且即使在沒有黏合劑和連結層時也 難以將兩者分層,因而完成本發明。 【實施方式】 因此,本案發明人發現,和僅使用共聚酯聚合物的情況相比, 在脂肪族聚碳酸酯和共聚酯聚合物層合成多層結構的情況下,可 提供氧氣阻隔性和低溫熱封性。於此,因不需要單獨的黏合劑或 連結層,故原料成本可被降低’且因層的組成被簡化,故即使在 ο 多層膜製造過程中,製造成本也可被大幅降低。 另外,當具有這種脂肪族聚碳酸酯和共聚酯聚合物的層合結構 的模製物體形成時,意即一種保留共聚酯聚合物之優異膜性質(如 抗拉性(tensile property )和撕裂性(tear property )),且表現出脂 肪族聚碳酸酯之優異阻隔性的多層膜形成時,則該多層膜可使用 作為阻隔溼氣和氧氣的膜。 根據本發明之一般方面,係一種雙層結構的膜或薄板,其中由 共聚酯聚合物製成之表面層被層合於由脂肪族聚碳酸酯製成之基 5 201231281 底層的一表面上。 根據本發明之另外的一般方面,係一種三層結構的膜或薄板, 其中由共聚s曰聚合物製成之表面層被層合於由脂肪族聚碳酸酯製 成之基底層的二表面上。 於本發明中,層合係指以共擠壓法形成,且因脂肪族聚碳酸酯 和共聚酯聚合物之間的黏合性相當優異,故脂肪族聚碳酸酯和共 聚酯聚合物係藉由共擠壓而層合,以提供一種即使在沒有黏合層 ^ 或連結層時依然具有優異黏合性的多層膜。下文將更詳細描述本 發明的組成。 於本發明中,可使用藉由二氧化碳和一、二或多種環氧化物反 應而得之聚碳酸酯共聚物或三聚物(terpolymer)作為脂肪族聚碳 酸酯。於此,可使用選自以下群組中之一或多者作為環氧化物: 經或未經鹵素或燒氧基(alk〇xy)取代之(C2-C10)環氧院;經 或未經鹵素或烧氧基取代之(C4-C20)環氧環烷;經或未經鹵素、 C) 炫氧基、烧基或芳基取代之(C8-C20)苯環氧乙烷。烷氧基的具 體例子可包含烧基氧基(alkyl〇xy )、芳基氧基(aryloxy )、芳烧基 氧基(aralkyloxy)等,而芳基氧基的具體例子可包含苯氧基、聯 苯基氧基、及萘基氧基等。烷氧基、烷基和芳基可具有一選自鹵 素原子和烷氧基基團的取代基。 於本發明中,環氧化物的具體例子可包含環氧乙烷(ethylene oxide )、環氧丙烧(propylene oxide )、環氧丁烧(butene oxide ) ' 環氧戊烧(pentene oxide )、環氧己烧(hexene oxide )、環氧辛烧 (octene oxide )、環氧癸院(decene oxide )、環氧十二炫(dodecene 6 201231281
