Abstract
Su, doğal kaynaklardan elde edilen bir renk veya bunun sentetik eşdeğeri, enzimatik olarak modifiye edilmiş izokuersitrin (EMIQ), rutin ve mirisitrin ve opsiyonel olarak fumarik asitten oluşan gruptan seçilen bir bileşiği kapsayan bir renk solmasını önleyiciyi kapsayan bir içecek ürünü açıklanmaktadır.
