Abstract

1) Çok katmanlı film olup, aşağıdakileri içermektedir: - kalıptan çekilebilir sıcak eriyik kendinden yapışkanlı bir bileşimden oluşan bir yapışkan katman (A); - kompleks haline getirilebilir bir ince katman (B); ve - aşağıdakileri içeren bir monomer bileşiminin polikondansasyonu ile elde edilen bir doğrusal kopolyesterin (C1) ısıl mühürlenebilir ve bölünebilir bir katmanı (C): - en az bir diyol (i), - tereftalik asit ve bunun diester türevlerinden birisi arasından seçilen en az bir bileşik (ii), ve - isteğe bağlı olarak aromatik veya alifatik bir karboksilik diyasit veya bunun diester ve anhidrit türevlerinden birisi arasından seçilen bir bileşik (iii); polikondansasyonda kullanılan monomer (i), (ii) ve (iii) miktarları, (C1)?in yumuşama sıcaklığı 190°C?nin altında olacak şekildedir. 2) 150°C ve 200°C arasında bulunan bir sıcaklıkta, üflemeli kalıplama ile birlikte kalıptan çekme aracılığıyla söz konusu çok katmanlı filmin imal edilmesine yönelik yöntem. 3) PET bazlı bir kap ve ısıl mühürlenebilir ve bölünebilir katmanın (C) söz konusu kap üzerine ısıl mühürlendiği, söz konusu çok katmanlı filmden oluşan bir kapak içeren yeniden kapatılabilir ambalaj.
