Abstract

Fotokatalitik olarak etkili kendinden-temizleyen bir kaplanmis alt tabakanin, özellikle de bir cam alt tabakanin üretilmesine mahsus bir yöntem olup, bu yöntem, bir cam alt tabakanin yüzeyi üzerine, bunun, alt tabaka en azindan 600C'lik bir isi derecesinde bulunmakta olarak, bir titanyum kaynagini ve bir oksijen kaynagini ihtiva etmekte olan bir sivi karisimi ile temas ettirilmesi ile titanyum oksitli bir kaplamanin yatirilmasini ihtiva etmektedir. Kaplanmis yüzey iyi seviyede dayanikliliga, yüksek seviyede bir fotokatalitik etkiye ve düsük seviyede bir görülür isik yansimasina sahip bulunmaktadir. En çok tercih edildigi sekilde yatirma isi derecesi 645C ila 720C'lik erim içinde bulunmakta olup, bu erim özellikle iyi seviyede dayaniklik saglamaktadir.
