Abstract
Anhidrosekerin sürekli üretimi için bir usul tarif edilmekte olup, bu usulde seker alkoller ve/veya monoanhidroseker alkolleri bir reaksiyon kazani içine sürekli olarak ilave edilmekte ve dehidrasyon islemi, içinde sonuçta elde edilen reaksiyon ürünlerinin çözülebildigi bir asit katalizörü ve tercihen bir organik çözücü gibi bir çözücü madde mevcudiyetinde gerçeklestirilmektedir. Çözülmüs reaksiyon ürününü içeren su ve organik çözücü maddenin her biri sürekli olarak reaksiyon odasindan uzaklastirilmaktadir. Reaksiyon ürünü uzaklastirilan çözücüden ayrilmakta, reaksiyon kazani içine yeniden dönüstürülmektedir. Reaksiyon ürünü istege göre damitilmak ve/veya yeniden kristalize edilmek suretiyle saflastirilmaktadir. Elde edilen saflastirilmis reaksiyon ürünü özellikle uygun sekilde polimerlerin üretimi için bir baslangiç ürünü olarak elde edilmekte ve en az % 99.0 oraninda bir safliga sahip olmaktadir.
