Tercihen RT ve protazi kodlayan, bir hastadan elde edilen HIV pol geninden bir diziye sahip olan HIV enfeksiyonuna duyarli olan bir hücre hattini transfekte etmeyi ve dizinin yok edildigi bir HIV-DNA yapilanmasini; bir simerik virüs stogu yaratacak sekilde transfekte edilen hücreleri kültürlemeyi; simerik virüslerin HIV pol geniyle sifrelenen enzimin inhibitörüne fenotipik duyarliligini degerlendirmeyi ve oraya bir deger atamayi; simerik virüs duyarliligi için degeri ve HIV'nin yabani tipte bir simerik gerilmesi için karsilik gelen degeri içeren bir veri seti yapilandirmayi; en azindan ilave iki inhibitör için duyarlilik degerlendirmesini tekrarlamayi ve bu vasitayla toplam olarak en azindan böyle üç adet veri setini yapilandirmayi, simerik ile yabani tipteki duyarliliklar arasindaki fark her bir veri setinin olmasi durumunda bahis konusu inhibitörle tedaviye simerik stogun direncinin görsel bir ölçümünü saglayacak sekilde iki boyutlu veya üç boyutlu grafikteki veri (DEVAMI VAR)
