Abstract

Predlozeni izum se nanasa na postopek za pripravo 2,4-dihidroksipiridina, ki obsega segrevanje spojine s formulo A, kjer je R H, alkil ali aralkil, in fosforjeve kisline, pri cemer razmerje fosforjeve kisline proti vodi ni manjse od priblizno 27 do priblizno 1 mas.%. Izum se prav tako nanasa na postopek za pripravo 2,4-dihidroksi-3-nitropiridina, ki obsega reakcijo 2,4-dihidroksipiridina z dusikovo kislino. S postopki v smislu predlozenega izuma pripravimo intermediate, ki so uporabni pri pripravi spojin, ki so koristne za zdravljenje kardiovaskularne bolezni, oznacene kot hipertenzija ali miokardialna ishemija, za izboljsanje ishemicne poskodbe ali velikosti miokardialnega infarkta ali zdravljenje hiperlipidemije ali hiperholesterolemije.

Claims (10)

1 PATENTNI ZAHTEVKI 1. Postopek za pripravo 2,4-dihidroksipiridina, označen s tem, da obsega segrevanje spojine s formulo A: OH
kjer je R H, alkil ali aralkil, in fosfoijeve kisline, pri čemer razmerje fosforjeve kisline proti vodi ni manjše kot 27 mas. % proti 1 mas. %.
2. Postopek po zahtevku 1, označen s tem, da razmerje dobimo z odstranitvijo vode.
3. Postopek po zahtevku 2, označen s tem, da odstranitev izvedemo z destilacijo.
4. Postopek po zahtevku 1, označen s tem, da fosforjevo kislino in spojino s formulo A segrejemo na 210°C.
5. Postopek za pripravo 2,4-dihidroksi-3-nitropiridina, označen s tem, da obsega reakcijo 2,4-dihidroksipiridina, pripravljenega po zahtevku 1, z dušikovo kislino.
6. Postopek po zatevku 5, označen s tem, da 2,4-dihidroksipiridin ne izoliramo pred reakcijo z dušikovo kislino.
7. Postopek po zahtevku 5, označen s tem, da organsko kislino dodamo pred reakcijo z dušikovo kislino. 2
8. Postopek po zahtevku 7, označen s tem, daje organska kislina ocetna.
9. Postopek po zahtevku 6, označen s tem, da organsko kislino dodamo pred reakcijo z dušikovo kislino.
10. Postopek po zahtevku 9, označen s tem, daje organska kislina ocetna.
