1. SAtt att tAcka ett substrat, ktinneteckna t dArav, att en vArmeAterhAmtbar anOrdning bestAende av ett laminat, som omfatter minst ett forsta elektriskt resistivt skikt (11, 21, 25, 33, 38, 43, 49, 59, 60) och minst ett andra elektriskt resistivt skikt (12, 15, 19, 24, 31, 35, 36, 40, 41, 44, 47, 50, 57, 58), varvid Atminstone en del av en yta av ett forsta skikt ligger intill Atminstone en del av en yta av ett andra skikt och elektrisk och termisk kontakt bildas mellan den, och varvid det forsta skiktet uppvisar en resistivitet med positiv temperaturkoefficient (i det fOljande kallad FTC) och med en anomalitemperatur, over vilken det hr i huvudsak icke-ledande, och det andra skiktet har en i huvudsak konstant resistivitet (i det fOljande kallad cW) Atminstone under det farsta skiktets anomalitemperatur, anbringat pA ett fOremAl och upphettas for att bringas att AterhAmta sig. 12
