Claims (34)
1. Фильтровальная среда, включающая подложку,
где подложка характеризуется наличием поверхности, характеризующейся углом скатывания, находящимся в диапазоне от 40 градусов до 90 градусов, и углом контакта, находящимся в диапазоне от 90 градусов до 180 градусов, для капли воды объемом 50 мкл, если поверхность погружена в толуол;
где подложка содержит поры со средним диаметром, составляющим по меньшей мере 20 мкм; и
при этом поверхность содержит поли(гидроксипропилметакрилат) (PHPM), поли(2-гидроксиэтилметакрилат) (PHEM), поли(2-этил-2-оксазолин) (P2E2O), полиэтиленимин (PEI), кватернизированный полиэтиленимин, или поли(дофамин), или их комбинации.
2. Фильтровальная среда по п. 1, где поверхность характеризуется углом скатывания, находящимся в диапазоне от 70 градусов до 90 градусов.
3. Фильтровальная среда по одному из предыдущих пунктов, где подложка содержит целлюлозу, сложный полиэфир, полиамид, полиолефин, стекло или их комбинации.
4. Фильтровальная среда по любому из предыдущих пунктов, где подложка содержит поры со средним диаметром, находящимся в диапазоне от 40 мкм до 50 мкм.
5. Фильтровальная среда по любому из предыдущих пунктов, где подложка характеризуется пористостью, составляющей от по меньшей мере 15% до 99%.
6. Фильтровальная среда по любому из предыдущих пунктов, где подложка обладает способностью сохранять угол скатывания, составляющий по меньшей мере 80% от исходного угла скатывания, после погружения в углеводородную жидкость при температуре, составляющей по меньшей мере 50°C, в течение от по меньшей мере 1 часа.
7. Фильтровальная среда по любому из предыдущих пунктов, где поверхность содержит поли(гидроксипропилметакрилат) (PHPM).
8. Фильтровальная среда по любому из пп. 1-6, где поверхность содержит поли(2-гидроксиэтилметакрилат) (PHEM).
9. Фильтровальная среда по любому из пп. 1-6, где поверхность содержит поли(2-этил-2-оксазолин) (P2E2O).
10. Фильтровальная среда по любому из пп. 1-6, где поверхность содержит полиэтиленимин (PEI) или кватернизированный полиэтиленимин, или их комбинации.
11. Фильтровальная среда по любому из пп. 1-6, где поверхность содержит поли(дофамин).
12. Фильтровальный элемент, содержащий фильтровальную среду по любому из предыдущих пунктов.
13. Фильтровальный элемент по п. 12, где фильтровальный элемент предназначен для удаления воды из углеводородной жидкости.
14. Фильтровальный элемент по п. 12 или 13, где фильтровальный элемент дополнительно содержит коалесцирующий слой, расположенный выше по потоку относительно подложки.
15. Фильтровальный элемент по п. 14, где коалесцирующий слой содержит поры с некоторым средним диаметром, и при этом средний диаметр пор подложки является больше среднего диаметра пор коалесцирующего слоя.
16. Фильтровальная среда, включающая подложку,
где подложка характеризуется наличием поверхности, характеризующейся углом скатывания, находящимся в диапазоне от 40 градусов до 90 градусов, и углом контакта, находящимся в диапазоне от 90 градусов до 180 градусов, для капли воды объемом 50 мкл, если поверхность погружена в толуол;
где подложка содержит поры со средним диаметром, составляющим по меньшей мере 20 мкм; и
при этом поверхность содержит поли(гидроксипропилметакрилат) (PHPM).
17. Фильтровальный элемент, содержащий фильтровальную среду по п. 16.
18. Фильтровальная среда, включающая подложку,
где подложка характеризуется наличием поверхности, характеризующейся углом скатывания, находящимся в диапазоне от 40 градусов до 90 градусов, и углом контакта, находящимся в диапазоне от 90 градусов до 180 градусов, для капли воды объемом 50 мкл, если поверхность погружена в толуол;
где подложка содержит поры со средним диаметром, составляющим по меньшей мере 20 мкм; и
при этом поверхность содержит полиэтиленимин (PEI) или кватернизированный полиэтиленимин, или их комбинации.
19. Фильтровальный элемент, содержащий фильтровальную среду по п. 18.
20. Фильтровальная среда, включающая подложку,
где подложка характеризуется наличием поверхности, характеризующейся углом скатывания, находящимся в диапазоне от 40 градусов до 90 градусов, и углом контакта, находящимся в диапазоне от 90 градусов до 180 градусов, для капли воды объемом 50 мкл, если поверхность погружена в толуол;
где подложка содержит поры со средним диаметром, составляющим по меньшей мере 20 мкм; и
где поверхность образована с помощью нанесения покрытия на подложку методом погружения в раствор полимера;
при этом полимерный раствор содержит полимер, содержащий поли(гидроксипропилметакрилат) (PHPM), поли(2-гидроксиэтилметакрилат) (PHEM), поли(2-этил-2-оксазолин) (P2E2O), полиэтиленимин (PEI), кватернизированный полиэтиленимин, или поли(дофамин), или их комбинации, и
при этом полимерный раствор содержит до 5% (вес./об.) полимера, исходя из молекулярной массы полимера.
